The office lady called me and was extremely rude regarding a cancellation. She claimed I had the wrong company and was not in their system. Would not recommend this company based on terrible customer service.

Been using this company for many years. Always on time (sometimes early but not to early) always friendly and professional,. When I ask them to come spray for spiders and or ants the spray gets the job done!

No matter the issue, we receive detailed education about what’s going on, how to prevent it and maintain common bug nuisances. Today I called and they were able to squeeze me in same day. They weren’t rushed, they really took the time, and took care of the issue. We have been using them for years. Can’t say enough good things! I would highly recommend them!

Randy and Derek were quick to come out and assess the situation. Their plan of action has worked and I have plans for them to come out once the weather is better to do additional work. Derick the technician is awesome and he did a great job. The secretary of this business is beyond rude and I will never refer anyone else to this company due to her rude and inconsiderate behavior. If I could find a way to bypass her and deal with the technicians I would but unfortunately I will be going to a different company.

Derrick was super nice. He was knowledgeable, honest, patient, and helpful. He did and inspection, didnt find anything, and was kind about it. I would defiantly call them back again if I needed anything at all.

Said we didnt have termites. Unfortunately we did have termites, and noticed it within the month of their inspection. Turns out we had thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands and thousands of dollars in damages.

Derek was very polite, personable and knowledgeable. He did a great job. And will recommend him to anyone.

They came out and sprayed for mosquitos and it lasted for 3 months and did a great great job and the price was excellent and I will definetetly have it done this year!!

I’m not sure how the actual service of the pest control is but the lady answering the phone is rude & the reason I decided to try somewhere else. I left a message with the operator but never received a call back. I called a second time and the lady answering the phone gave me no information and acted as if I was a waste of her time when inquiring about services and cost.

Derek was amazing......he did an amazing job....he was very thorough and k knowlegable.....my problem was taken care of first visit but he comes back for rechecks....and is very professional ...it was a great price...i strongly recommend this company

Called to schedule an appointment lady on the phone started to answer my question by saying that she would have to ask the techs then changed her answer to no sorry they dont handle that problem when its listed on the website.

Doesn’t care to call you back to set up an appointment.
