Got notice saying no access to delivery location. 2nd time this happened. There was no reason that this small package couldnβt be delivered, besides the fact that it was Saturday. π€¨

Package was already late. Then I get an email saying that they couldnt deliver because they couldnt get to the front door. My mother was even home and there was nothing blocking the mailbox. Ridiculous. And good luck trying to get a hold of anyone in the office to get anything resolved. This is crazy and Im beyond annoyed.

Worst redelivery service Ive ever seen. Had packages that were supposed to be delivered today, but the carrier didnt even attempt it. He said Maybe the office is holding it for you to pick up in person. Then I told him it was scheduled for redelivery for today and he simply walked off without another reply. I had to reschedule the delivery again. Ive lived in many different States and have never seen a worse attitude from a carrier.

I ship prepaid international. I have been doing this for several years. I schedule package pickup which has international packages as an option. The custom form is part of the postage. I have never had a problem with customs. The problem is the postal carriers dont know the policies so every time there is a new one they do not pickup the packages on my porch. And the worst part is that there is tracking on the pickup so they say the package was not on the porch. I know it is out there because I see them drive by without picking it up. Why not tell the truth? I wish there were other affordable shipping options. Unfortunately, nobody at USPS cares about bad customer service.
I am shocked to see such poor ratings. I use this post office quite often. I always receive quick, friendly service. In addition, I have a terrific mail lady. She always delivers within a time window. She knows I cant get out in the ice. If she delivers a package, she always knocks on the door to hand me my mail
No prepaid package drop off location. Letter size only. Had to wait 15 minutes til open. Just to drop off a prepaid package. This is unbelievable. Most locations I have been to offer a large size package drop off door.You have multiple size Priority boxes. But no after or before drop off location. Makes no sense. Please address!
Why is this office constantly rude and abrasive? Seems to me it must be a management issue if the front desk staff always seems to have some type of chip on their shoulder.We received a call that we had a package to pick up. We sent our son to get the package, we never told him what was in it. when he went to get the package, he was told We never call people to pick up packages and sent him away. When I call the Post Office, they again said We never call people to pick up packages I them played the message from my voicemail. The post office person said Oh, he should of told us it was Bees.What, we have been told twice We never call people to pick up packages...yet you do? Then it is our fault some how when we go to get the package a second time.Rude...always Rude at this office.
Waited for a package to arrive today. Received update thru tracking that stated could not deliver due to an obstruction. Called the local post office to see what happened. They stated that they dont know and would try to contact the mail person. They continued to say that the delivery person would not answer their phone and that they have no idea. Two hours later received a direct to voicemail call that stated there was a loose dog on the street so no one would receive mail today.
Mail not being delivered for random reasons, mail going to wrong addresses causing ID theft, stolen mail during wedding/birthday occasions, being told to buy a new mailbox and fix property or will never get mail again here, rude people, nothing gets done when they mess up, no one cares, worst experience ever with this post office. 45 years never dealt with this kind of awfulness until I moved to Marion. They need a new staff and be good to their customers. Carriers have rights but customers are crapped on and disrespected.
Terrible customer service. Just moved here from West Coast and have never experienced such a level of rudeness from customer service associate on the phone. I have never been talked to in such a condescending manner. Mail did not run AT ALL on Wednesday afternoon, yet I was met with interruptions and snipping. Mail is apparently regularly delivered at 7 PM in the evening, after most everything is closed in this town. Bills need to get paid, they need to arrive. How is this acceptable in the least? Hire more carriers or something. And definitely hire better customer service associates.
They only list a 800 number and I only had a simple question to ask and it took putting me on hold for over a hour. This is uncalled for and I had to go through technical support.Why is the post office workers paid so much and they do very little ????Waiting in line takes over 15 minutes at the Barks Rd. branch and if you need help filling out a forum they tell you they can not help you. Seriously ??? How rude... A very nice lady who stood in line stepped out and took time out to help me fill out the forum.Shame on you postal workers at the Barks Rd. branch for not helping you do not deserve the amount of pay you get per hour.
I have never had an issue with the staff at the post office. They have always been friendly and helpful whenever Iβve had to ship something.When the issue of mail being delivered to the wrong houses, the manager was helpful.

I mail a lot of packages here, and the staff have always been polite, friendly, and efficient.
I have absolutely no issues with business that I conduct inside the post office. My issues are with the mail carriers themselves. Those that deliver on my street that is and those that deliver packages. I have lived at this same address for 11 years. While misdelivered mail is not that common it does happen and at the most inconvenient times. Last year for example, my Grandmother sent me a card for my birthday like she does every year. It always arrived directly on my birthday unless it is on a Sunday. I look forward to that card every year. Last year, it was apparently misdelivered and discarded by whoever received it because I never got it and it was never returned. Turns out it would have been my last birthday card. My Grandma passed earlier this year. Also last year, I ordered something off the internet, paid shipping and taxes and all. I tracked it every step of the way. The day it said out for delivery I kept a look out for the mail man. He delivered our other mail but, not the package. I was told that they save bulky items for last so, I waited. Then their tracking screen said not deliverable due to obstruction. I called back. The carrier told his supervisor that my dog was tied up in front of my house and he couldnt get to the porch. That was a lie. My dogs are not EVER tied up out front, nor are they left outside alone. On Saturday, I had another package delivered but, I had to leave. I left a polite note for our carrier to please make sure the package wasnt seen and if it didnt fit in the box to please stick it inside the screen door to prevent theft. He crammed it into the box, ripped the note off of the front of it and crammed that inside with it!
Well I was just told by my legal aide attorney that the only way to get a hold of my OHIO HEALTH CARE POWER OF ATTORNEY IS TO call him or write well she knows that hes in prison & I said well I cant do that because I dont have bank card to put money on the phone or by JPay stamps cuz you have to have a bank card or credit card not pre paid so therefore I cant tell him cuz my ID social security card and bank card got stolen so now I have no way to communicate with my OHIO HEALTH CARE POWER OF ATTORNEY DUSTIN STEVEN BISHOP A733418 so now he is going to be upset BECAUSE HE IS LOCKED UP at NORTH CENTRAL IN MARION OHIO & I have to mail him a letter in the U.S.A. mail & Dustin says that takes weeks so what am I supposed to do ? Hes going to be beside hisself cuz he dont know Im ok ! This country sucks
Mail carrier doesnt care about their job or the mail they deliver Everytime It rains my mail gets soaked because they obviously dont know how the lid to a mailbox works... On top of that after a year of living in my house they stop my mail deliveries and made me move my mail box to a back corner of my yard because it was just too inconvenient for them to walk an extra 15 feet
If I could give negative stars I would. We moved to the area March 2017. It is now Sept 2017. Im STILL not receiving my mail regularly. The ONLY carrier that DOES DELIVER is the fill in. Why is it the REGULAR CARRIER IS RETURNING mail despite the phone calls to complain. Over the past several months Ive had items purchased from Amazon returned stating the address was invalid! Upon reporting to USPS WITH AN EMAIL FROM AMAZON they assured me this would be fixed. Upon contacting Amazon they kindly sent the item out without any additional shipping charges to me ONLY TO HAVE IT RETURNED AGAIN! And they refuse to send it again. Last month we received an email that the bank had issued new debit cards&we should receive them within X #of days. Well this never happened. In fact upon reporting to the bank we learned that one card was activated (clearly indicating that whoever had the card also received the pin# that was mailed SEPARATELY) and a total of $520 withdrawn straight from an atm south of Columbus! Thankfully we got that back and got the card cancelled shortly after it was activated. So today ECOT sends an alert to my son stating they need a call immediately otherwise he will be UN-enrolled because theyve sent mail but YES....IT WAS RETURNED TO THEM. This is only a few of the MANY issues whereby we get notified by whomever that the mail is being returned. If it wasnt for the fill in carriers I wouldnt receive the twice a month mail (varies) that i do. I think this regular should be TERMINATED! ESPECIALLY WHEN ITS CLEAR THAT THERE IS ACTIVITY AT THE HOUSE! And we have NO PETS....NO OBSTRUCTIONS! NO REASON THAT SHE SHOULD BE TOYING WITH OUR MAIL! WHEN WILL U ALL LISTEN TO THE COMPLAINTS! AS IM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS ISSUES LIKE THIS....

Every time I have gone in or called I have received extremely rude Service. Delivery drivers are great so its surprising for the customer service to be as rude as they are.

Nearly constant fight with getting our mail, getting other peoples mail, packages taken back to the post office with no attempt made to deliver it, newest is a package dumped, over the walking gate, into the snow.

Dont know if this is where i complain about things or what but, i am so annoyed with how late my mail get to me. I have to wait all day long some times. It used to come around 3:30 everyday, now it comes at 5 or 6 sometimes 7, my pay check comes in the mail and my bank closes at 6, most of the times i cant even get to the bank in time to cash my check because my mail is always so late! im so sick of it π‘

Sender said an attempt was made to deliver but business was closed. WE WERE OPEN. USPS is a joke!
The mail guy we have is very rude and rude to the animals we have as well we get torn and ripped mail if it even comes to the right house.
Have never had a good experience here or with our mail delivery man never comes at same time it is either 11 or as late as 5! When i have a package coming that i have been waiting on he will NOT come to our door to see if anyone is home to deliver it even if our front door is open!!! Talk about laziness, and when i try to call it seems to always be busy... why would a government facility not have multiple phone lines!!!
I never get my packages delivered for my long driveway and the staff ive personally worked with were rude and they didnt even check to see if my package was there before they were going to send me on my way
