Went in for a job interview, was told things went pretty well. Got the second interview with the plant manager, was told Id hear from HR the following week. I was never contacted. Sure, not everyone gets a job, and thats fine, but to subject potential new hires to nearly two hours worth of interviewing, only to not even have the courtesy to reach out and say I wasnt what they were looking for? Ill pass. Not to mention I reached out, personally, leaving a voicemail and my calls werent returned.Theres no obligation to get back to me, sure. But I still dont find it very professional to be told Id recieve word of a determination, and instead, I get ignored. It lends itself to wondering what being an employee must be like....There are plenty of businesses around that are hiring. If youre up to the task of putting on a good song and dance for two hours of your time to potentially be ignored, I say fill out an application, but based on my personal experience, my time was valued much more elsewhere. Ive also heard similar stories from a few coworkers Ive met here in Marion and Upper Sandusky that more or less ended the same way with Sika.Oh, and dont expect first shift any time soon if that matters to you. Was told staffing tended to lean toward shift work.Hope this helps. Maybe youll have better luck than I did, and if so, awesome. Unfortunately, Sika came off to me as just another company eager to see what they can get out of a person with little to no regard for that person, at least not their time and effort.

Great place to get a load. We where in and out loaded, in less than an hour. It is fairly easy to find this place. Very friendly and professional staff. Definitely wouldnt mind getting another load out of here. Thanks.We talked to a few other drivers who picked up there often. And they all said the same thing. Real quick in and out
