I have been working with Hanger since 2004, at multiple locations, but always with the same prosthetist. This company goes above and beyond, the staff are always warm and inviting, the environment is always clean and I couldnt possibly see how anyone would have issue with this place. Will probably be my clinic of choice forever honestly.

Have been coming here since this summer ( 2020 ) . Phil is amazing ! I have had a slow to heal sore and Phil has done everything possible . I would not trade him for any person in the state of Ga. We have worked together using numerous methods to accelerate the healing process, e.g. different insoles, new Brace, different shoes and finally were near the end . He is always willing to assist in anyway possible consistently thinking outside the box to assist in your recovery . If you need the services that Hanger Clinic provides, come here, talk to Phil, no matter if your two minutes away or 2 hours the time and information you receive will be worth the effort !

The Hanger Clinic was my last stop on a list of many, and their service gave me such huge comfort and relief. I had a prescription for a special brace for my foot, and after having called and visited other medical supply stores, I had grown weary of the “we don’t have that” or “no one is here to assess the inventory.” When I called Hanger, I spoke with Jessica who asked me a series of questions to ensure they would be able to provide me with nothing but quality service, and that’s exactly what they did. They were expecting me when I arrived, and I was then met with James who was so accommodating. He fit me perfectly for my new brace, and made sure it was comfortable to my liking and gave me the support I needed. They were awesome from top to bottom, and I would recommend anyone I know needing this type of care and service to go to this location.

Very pleased with Hanger Clinic. Appointment was easy to make, I didnt have a long wait. Was seen at my appointment time. Staff was very professional and courteous. I recommend Hanger Clinic for anyone needing a prosthetic to go to Hanger Clinic.

I ARRIVE 30 EARLY AND REALIZE I FORGOTTEN MY PRESCRIPTION. I LIVE LESS THAN TWO MILES AWAY. BUT THE RECEPTIONIST STATED SHE WOULD CALL THE DOCTORS OFFICE. I CALLED THE DOCTORS OFFICE AND THEY SAID THEY WOULD FAX IT. IN THE MEANTIME THE RECEPTIONIST WAS ON THE PHONE FOR ONE HOUR AND HAD A PATIENT TALKING TO THEM ABOUT ANOTHER 35 MINS PRIOR TO HER LEAVING. BUT TELLS ME THEY HAD TO RESCHEDULE ME. BECAUSE THEY WERE BEHIND SCHEDULE. BECAUSE I WAS NEW THEY PUSH ME OUT. WHILE LEAVING EMORY CALLED AND SAID THEY FAX THE PRESCRIPTION AND I ASK THE RECEPTIONIST DID SHE HAVE IT SHE SAID YES. BUT WE GOT TO RESCHEDULED BECAUSE ITS BEEN AND HOUR. APPOINTMENT WAS AT 2:30 GOT PRESCRIPTION AT 3:00. GREAT FIRST IMPRESSION.

My boyfriend and I stopped in to see if we could ask a few questions before his surgery and were turned away completely. The ladies at the front desk looked at us like we were stupid. If I could give no stars, I would. We chose another place called Procare in Atlanta and they are amazing!

Avoid this location NO one listens nor cares to understand the problem.! After 2 sets of AFO made WRONG I have fallen and injured myself. I can not even bend to walk from knees and have tibwalk straight stiff legged gait tibeven attempt to use these MESSED UP AFOS

They have always been helpful. Apryl has built me several legs that get a severe use from the work in the HVAC trade I work in daily.

Everything was great and I was a walk in.

Their very compassionate and work with me.
