This business is falsely advertising. I came across a housekeeping ad stating they charge $69 for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment that is 1000 square feet. Two women came to my apartment to confirm and give me a quote, to my surprise I was told my rate would be $160. I looked confused, she immediately said for you I can do $120. I said Id think about it and would follow up. Later that evening I messaged Nara asking why her ad disclosed a price of $69, she said thats for a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apt. Considering I have a 1 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment under 1000 SF I was not sure why she was trying to rip me off. Then it dawned on me that because I live in a nice building in an expensive part of town she thought it would be appropriate to price gouge and rip me off. I have always had a house keeper and I live very cleanly. I am truly disappointed by the unprofessionalism of this fraudulent and unprofessional company.

I second Joe. Lack of professionalism and false advertising! They dont even deserve half a star in my opinion.

I called and texted multiple times over a 2 days period, with NO response at all!! VERY unprofessional!!!

Hired this company to clean a empty apartment. Met with cleaner on location with her husband. She walked the apartment and said she would call when done. When I went back a couple hours later, NOTHING WAS DONE. They also left the apartment unlocked and open for unknown time frame. No responses on phone and no explanation. They left my apartment unlocked and NOT cleaned. What a joke.
