This was their first time at my house, everything seemed to go smoothly and I like having an office I can call in case there’s issues. Overall very happy with first visit and professionalism of company.

My TCA folks always do a fantastic job but I wanted to give a shout out to team 13 today for going above and beyond to clean around all of my new puppy stuff with puppy gates and toys everywhere. They still did a super awesome job as always!!

Having this monthly cleaning frees up my time to focus on more important things while not sacrificing a clean home. I have been using The Cleaning Authority for about a year. I only have the team once a month. I really like how they alternate deep cleaning living areas and bathrooms/kitchen. They clean baseboards, blinds and ceiling fans as part of their routine. The teams are well trained.

Very professional and friendly staff. Did a great job cleaning. Accomplished a lot quickly but also very thorough. Brought all their own equipment and cleaning supplies. Additionally, I particularly liked that they put everything back in its proper place on their very first visit and used cleaning products that did not leave a cleaning product smell.

Since I have been working from home, it has been a very refreshing to have the team come in and clean every three weeks. It helps to relieve a lot of stress in knowing that the house is being touched touched up professionally. I feel very comfortable when I leave to go to work and they have to come in and clean while I’m gone.

I am overall happy with this service. They have been on time and professional. They have worked well with my husband who is working from home on where to start, etc so he’s not interrupted. Their prices are excellent and I love the idea of the rotation schedule. Very unique and I love the idea that I get a deep clean on in certain areas every other month.Here are my small issues. Yesterday, they were only here for one hour. They got to my home at 8:37 and left at 9:44. For reference, I have a 5 bedroom, 3 full bath home, so not small, but not huge. I will say that my home does look and smell clean, but I don’t think all the details they said they did (like baseboards) would’ve been able to be completed in that time frame. I think 2 hours is more the expectation. I have communicated this to the manager who assured me he is looking into it, which I appreciate.Also, this is the third time they have cleaned my home. They have yet to put trash liners back in my wastebaskets in the bedrooms or bathrooms. A minor detail, but kinda annoying that I always have to put them back in after cleaning day. I was told they should do this.I have a bath and body works wallflower in one of the bedrooms that I just installed Sunday. They put it back in upside down so now the whole thing is empty. These normally last for more than 30 days and aren’t cheap.I am going to continue using them because they are by far better than my past experiences with other companies (at least they don’t leave the gas on my stove on when they left leading to my home smelling like gas and I have an indoor cat who breathed the gas in for a couple of hours - real experience I had with another company). So I will take these few issues if I have a clean and safe home. But if they cleaned up these small details, they would be superb and almost perfect. 😀

Hard workers arrived on time ready with all materials. All rooms were dusted, cleaned and vacuumed. Tile floors were scrubbed and buffed when dry. I am very pleased with the work and workers. I highly recommend The Cleaning Authority.

I’ve been wanting to work with The Cleaning Authority for a while now because I really like the idea of their cleaning rotations. I was pleasantly surprised at the estimate and how it wasn’t nearly as much as I would have thought. That sealed the deal! Especially because Tom, the owner of the company and the person who did our estimate, made me feel absolutely no pressure to hire them, of which I was a HUGE fan. I hate being sold to and love that I didn’t feel that way at all when Tom came over for the estimate. I’m so glad we got on the schedule because they did not disappoint!! The ladies were prompt to arrive and gave our house a very thorough cleaning. Bless them - they even made the kids’ beds, which was something I totally wasn’t expecting!! The only drawback is that now we can’t live here because the house is too clean and I don’t want to mess it up... LOL! But seriously - would highly recommend and I’m pleased to be a client!! CA gets the job done and they add their little thoughtful touches that I usually dont think about. Management is flexible when I need a schedule change which is important now that most of my office hours are at home. I love CA!

After a kitchen remodel, painting, sanding and staining our entire first floor our home was covered in dust!! The cleaning authority came to our home yesterday and made it shine! The ladies came prepared including gloves and masks to make sure we were all safe! They cleaned diligently and worked without distractions the entire time. They went above and beyond. Washing out cabinets, cleaning dust from two story ceiling fans, and making my bathrooms sparkle like never before! Our home smelled and looked fresh and clean.Before they arrived the owner Tom reached out to explain what was included and asked if I had any special request he could note on the plan for the day. Once the ladies arrived they also asked if there were any specific area needing extra attention. I get like they really cared and wanted to make sure my expectations were met. I paused my cleaning services during the quarantine for a few weeks and boy did I miss them. When I resumed, I was thoroughly impressed (again) by them. They wear masks, foot covers fresh for each house, etc. Lots of safety standards while still providing great cleaning services.

Wonderful first time with them! Cristine and Berkys were very professional and made my house look spotless!

Overall happy with their service. I’m fairly picky so not dusting the tops of picture frames and tv’s deducts bonus points. Also, Forgetting to empty a bathroom trash can today is not excusable but then again they do plenty right. And if there is a problem, the owner is very responsive and will make it right. So that makes up for the occasional misstep. Would give them a B++, maybe an A-

Ive used the cleaning authority for several years and a couple of houses for scheduled every other week cleaning. They are always on time, great at what the do and friendly! Never have I thought of changing and I have never had to complain about anything.

I paused my cleaning services a couple months before the quarantine, and struggled to keep it clean myself while my entire family was home. I have been trying to practice extreme social distancing, however I recently broke down and resumed cleaning. These people (especially Team 10 Annie and Esperanza) are lifesavers! They described their new safety measures to me in detail and were flexible in working me into the schedule. I am so appreciative!

I really like the deep cleaning rotational system that hits different areas of my home. Esperanza and Annie (Team 10) have been my cleaning team for quite some time. They always do an exceptional job and I appreciate their thoroughness.

I have been using this service for over two years and they have been the most reliable company I have ever used. It is the same two ladies (America and Arely) who are always happy and so sweet to be around. They do an amazing job and I have never had any complaint.

This company starts out with a bang and rapidly goes down hill from there. They do not take care of your personal property and do not follow cleaning instructions. I was left with damaged wood floors, broken glass in a photo frame and a huge chipped plate hanging on the wall. None of the damage was mentioned to me at the time I had to discover it on my own. Never any apology but denials that they caused the damage. Very unprofessional company,, not willing to correct their mistakes, have had to file an insurance claim and they are still denying responsibility for their incompetence. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THESE PEOPLE FOR ANYTHING. BEWARE. And the cycle cleaning the claim on their paperwork is not done, I have been discovering no wiping down of baseboards, no cleaning of fan blades, cobwebs, just not doing the tasks they claimed they were doing. And never wiped down cabinet doors. Very poor performance after sounding so amazing at the initial interview. BUYER BEWARE....FIND AN INDEPENDENT PERSON YOU CAN DEVELOP A PERSONAL RELATIONSHIP WITH, THEY WILL TREAT YOU WITH MORE RESPECT. Additionally the rotation of crews through your cleaning cycles does not benefit the homeowner in any way.EXTREMELY POOR WORKMANSHIP.

We have been using The Cleaning Authority for quite some time now...at least a few years. They always do a good job and it was challenging when our black lab was still alive. I prefer to to have the same people clean my house every time and when we used to have them only once a month, it seemed easier to have that request followed. After changing to every other week, I was having different teams every time, but Im happy that for the past few months I have been getting at least one of the same people on the team at my house every time. They get used to coming and are familiar with my house. There are lots of payment options, email reminders, and great customer service. I recommend them to everyone that asks me about my cleaners and my neighbors use them now, too!

Ive been using The Cleaning Authority for about six months. They have been thorough and timely. My biggest problem with other cleaning services Ive had, especially individual cleaners, is the reliability. They never show up when they say they will. TCA always sends an email at least one day before your cleaning with the time they will arrive. they show up when theyre supposed to. If theres a change they call and talk to you. Because of a holiday, I received a call early the week before to reschedule my usual Monday cleaning to the Friday before my usual day. I liked Friday so much that I emailed and asked if I could change my usual day and they responded right away that they would make the change. I like that they are accessible by email and text as well. You do get different teams each time and some are better than others but none have been terrible.
