My house really looks renovated! with a cozy and wonderful smell

Im highly disappointed with the level of unprofessionalism from Camilla. My appointment was scheduled and confirmed for 12 pm. I waited 32 mins, obviously because everyone deserves a grace period. NO SHOW! So, I first send a text to Camilla (The Owner) who I had been corresponding with at 12:32... NO RESPONSE. I then waited a few more moments because surely they were going to arrive.... NO SHOW, so, I then called Camilla at 12:41 and again at 12:45.... NO ANSWER, so, I sent another text at 12:50.... NO RESPONSE. I waited 15 more minutes (1 hour grace period) because I always give people the benefit of the doubt and called her again at 1:00pm.... NO ANSWER! At this point, Im annoyed because everyones time is valuable, so I obviously need to continue with my day and other plans I had scheduled plus I assumed they werent going to show. Camilla TEXTS my phone at 2:03pm (2 HOURS 3 MINS after my scheduled appointment) to say Hello, Im so sorry about that Im wasnt with my phone They got a lot of traffic. They just arrived. Hope still could works for you. The audacity!!!! After 2 hours, several missed calls and text, as the business owner, you couldnt have the common courtesy to return my phone call to apologize about the inconvenience. I was baffled! SO, I kindly let her workers know that I wouldnt be able to use their service anymore as it had gotten later in the day and again everyones time is valuable, so I had to carry on with my other scheduled plans. Camilla then text me again at 4:11pm to say, Hope you never have a unforeseen event Absolutely unprofessional and just rude! So, I kindly respond, Camilla please do not text my ever phone again. You’re very unprofessional and I pray you learn how to better communicate to provide quality customer service. Everyone’s time is valuable. Take care and may God bless your business. I say ALL of this share with others that this is not the type of business my family will ever patronize or spend our hard earned money with. I hope this helps someone else and you choose to show another professional cleaning service some love and spend your hard earned dollars with. Clearly she still doesnt understand the principle or ready to conduct professional business. Its so disgusting!
