Lesley and her teams are by far the best cleaning service Ive ever used, and I used them for many years. The work was consistently good, but when there were any problems, Lesley came out herself to make sure it was corrected and done right. I tried just about every other cleaning service I could find while living in Marietta, and none even came close to the dedication and consistent good work of House Elves.We usually had the same team coming to our home, although the staff did change every now and then. They got to know us an how we liked things to be done, and worked hard to keep us happy. Stop looking and hire House Elves, they are the best.

We have used Lesley and House Elves to clean our house every other week for over a year now. We couldnt be happier with the service. The house is immaculate after they are through. And, they do a lot of extra signature touches that make your house feel like a 5-star hotel. I remember after the first clean I just went from room to room amazed at what the crew accomplished in a relatively short time for a very reasonable price. Lesley is very professional. The price is very reasonable, our house is cleaned to satisfaction each time (and any issues are addressed immediately), and Lesley is wonderful to work with. House Elves has been cleaning our house for over one year, and they do a great job! The owner, Lesley, is easy to work with, very quick to respond and is proactive in addressing my questions and concerns (my concerns have been mostly of a preferential nature...not related to the quality of their service). They have been very accommodating through several renovations, the employees have been fantastic with our pets, but most importantly they do a thorough and professional job of cleaning our home.

Lesley and her team do a great job. She is always very responsive if I need to skip a clean day or reschedule. She always sends a reminder before my scheduled cleaning. For the last year and a half House Elves has done a great job cleaning our home. The owner Leslie took the time to come out and meet with us, finding out exactly what cleaning we wanted and how often. She offered competitive rates and always has a smile on her face🙂. There was one occasion the cleaning crew forgot to clean a side table and the sink...Leslie came later that evening after work hours and personally took care of the unfinished items. That’s going above and beyond if you ask me!I also get a text reminder the day before our scheduled cleaning which is a helpful reminder.Melissa is our regular cleaner who works for House selves. She’s great around children and our small dog. We have been using House Elves for a little over a year now. Leslie and her team are absolutely amazing! Since moving up here 4 years ago, we have been through about 3 maids and 2 services. Im extremely picky, and also cautious about who I let into my house. The team that comes into the house is professional, thorough, and nice. If I ever have an issue with a cleaning, or find that something was missed (which has only happened once over the past year), Leslie herself will come that day or the next to fix the problem. One time, my husband and I decided to scrape the popcorn off of my sons ceiling. Even though we put plastic on everything, there was still a lot of dust. I was having a hard time getting it cleaned up. I called Leslie to ask her if I could be put on the schedule for the week. She actually came to my house, that day, and cleaned all of the dust!! All she asked for in return was a cup of coffee. I am so happy with the service they provide, I recommend them to all of my friends! You wont be disappointed!!

We have used this cleaning service for 2 years and have always had a wonderful experience. They are very professional, on time and can easily add additional one time services (like an oven clean). They even fold your toilet paper into pretty designs so you feel like you are on a cruise ship :) I started with them because of the awesome name but I have stayed with them for the awesome service. Highly recommend!

House Elves has been working at both my home and business for years now. Their work is consistent and top shelf!!!! They say what they do and do what they say. If there is an issue they resolve it. But more important, House Elves does little extras that tend to make you smile when you see them. I would not consider using another service. Keep up the great work!

I first started using House Elves in 2016 to help ready my house for the holidays, soon after I hired them to come in and clean once a week for both at my house and my office.I look forward to Thursdays and coming home to a clean house! ;) Leslie and her team are professional and kind and any time Ive had an issue with something Leslie herself has come by to take care of it. The way the owner handles work disputes is extremely unprofessional. After being told that “I’m only just a gay” after being fired was uncalled for. Lesley, the owner, putting her thumb to her butt and jumping around yelling “ow my butt hurts” is extremely immature for someone her age to do. Being fired from that job was a blessing in disguise to be honest. I’m glad to say I don’t work for someone who would not only kick their employee on the side of the road and tell them to get an Uber, BUT do so because the employee just wanted to get home because HER HUSBAND WAS HAVING A HEART ATTACK. That behavior is not only disturbing and heartless, but implulsibe and sad.Honestly, this company has the highest turnover rate than any company I have ever worked at before. Proper background checks are not done on employees upon hire, nor drug screenings even though the company is advertised as drug free. One employee while working there stole clients checkbooks and pills (which I think could have been avoided if the company did as advertised)If you are looking for a company that has the same team come to your home that you are comfortable with and does consistent work, then save your time and choose a different company.I was hired March of 2017, so I don’t know any of the other people who has given bad reviews before that date. First of all, I apologize to Leslie and her crew for taking 2 months to write this review. No excuse. Please know all people looking for the most INCREDIBLE cleaning company in the entire ATL that you have found it here; look no further. Although it is a luxury for me to have my house cleaned--and it should not be, let me say--I was hosting and cooking a very complex menu this past December 21 for a fancy Italian Feast of the Seven Fishes for 30 in my small home. Past experience painfully has taught me I cannot clean the entire house AND cook a multi-course menu within a short time. I needed help, and I prayed that the incredible Leslie and her totally professional and always good natured crew could fit me in to their crammed holiday cleaning schedule, as I am not a regular.Leslie had cleaned my mothers home prior to the estate sale after she passed away. Beautiful job. Lo and Behold Leslie kindly worked me in! Whew!Leslie arrived first and instantly began cleaning my crammed old kitchen, saying her crew has been working steadily for the past 8 hours on one other home that needed much more work than anticipated, which of course they do with the same attention to detail as always. I felt so badly that the crew arrived an hour later and worked like TROUPERS UNTIL 9 PM! WHAT? They cleaned in our bedroom which kind of embarrassed me but WOW was it nice. I was out shopping for party details, you know how that goes...No one complained for one second, just worked and worked cleaning a house I have only worked on alone for the past several decades. We have 2 cats. I try, but there is NO COMPARISON to how true professionals clean for most of us. I was THRILLED. I did not pay them enough. I owe them a bigger tip. Seriously.
