I visited We Fix It Phone Repair on two occasions. One was to remove & replace my IPhone battery and the second time was to fix my charging port. Both times I was extremely pleased and impressed with their service. They troubleshot the port & discovered that part of a charging cable connector was stuck in the port. They fixed it & saved me from buying a new phone. I highly recommend them for any of your phone problem and their charges are very reasonable.

My phone screen was shattered and they serviced my phone promptly while checking for other issues. I am very satisfied with the quality, price, and promptness of my service. I highly recommend batteries plus!

Friendly and knowledgeable service

Ive been doing business at this batteries plus since it first opened. Ive seen managers come and go, but they hit a home run with this crew. I had them install a new battery to my iPhone because Im old and cheap. I ended up buying three more items, (Great selection).Ill be back

The battery in my iphone had stopped holding a charge. Took it into the Marietta Batteries Plus Bulbs store today. The gentleman was extremely interested in my problem, determined my phone needed the battery and proceeded to begin the process. Beyond his genuine concern and interest, he gave me a time line when it would be ready and it was ready even sooner. The people, in any environment, usually make the difference in having a positive or negative experience. Today, my experience was great and I couldnt be more pleased with the demeanor and professionalism of the representative.

I didnt have a good customer care when I pick up my phone, I want to say the person that was helping me was by himself when the rest of the employee working on the back, even though I understand the frustration when you get more than 2 customer but he should give a better service by saying thank you.. he just hand me the receipt and walk away.

Had the battery replaced on my HUAWEI Nexus phone and it is as good as new. Had to wait to get battery in but the service itself was done under 2 hours and having done some research on what has to be done, it did not look like fun. Service was quick, knowledgeable, and professional.

Fast, friendly, affordable repair. I went Sprint they quoted me an outrageous price and told me it had to shipped away. Batteries+ repaired in 1 hour at a fraction of the price.

Very displeased, they did repair my smashed i phone 8 Plus screen, but took much longer than they indicated and got home and noticed my camera was not working! I immediately called the store and spoke with the technician who assured me he knew what was wrong and I could bring the phone back, he would fix it. I agreed to return on Saturday (2 days later) and after sitting and waiting for hours, I was told they couldnt fix the camera as it was something else they werent sure about and I would need to go another store on Roswell Road to find out if it was a logic board? I would NOT recommend them.

My wifes iPhone screen was suddenly bulging, so I called when they were near closing, they had a new battery in stock, checked the phones functionality, replaced the battery and now the phone is good as new!Good thing I brought it in, because the battery was clearly bulging and near catastrophic failure.
