I do NOT recommend! I was so scared to bring my iPad in. When my screen cracked I put my iPad up to make sure nothing else would happen. I took it in to CPR and told them what I needed done. I paid for it. And was expecting to have it back a few days later. I went to pick it up and the wires were showing. They told me they would replace it and have it ready the next day. Yea, that didn’t happen. A few days passed and I got a call saying that they broke the screen when trying to fix it with the wires showing. Then after they put the new screen on they noticed my home button was not working when they put the new screen on. (It was working perfectly fine when I took it in) they did say they messed it up & fixed it. But since it has been replaced now my finger print will not work. The guy that called said well it looks like this is just a kids iPad and it probably won’t matter if the finger print works. Umm yes I let my son use my iPad for car trips but no I use it for work and like to keep it locked when I’m at work. So the finger tip lock is nice. He said well unfortunately he can’t do anything about it. And I could come get my iPad any time. It has been already a week since I dropped my iPad off. By Thursday I went in to get my ipad. While picking it up I noticed the corner looked like it was cracked. The guy said oh that’s just the protector we place on top. I pointed and said no there is a freaking crack in the new screen. He said oh I guess there is. Since I already payed for my screen to be replaced I left it even though they have lost all my trust. I called today since it has been a week since I was last there to pick it up. The guy said yes it’s ready. So I was on my way there and I get a call saying it was not ready yet and they didn’t know it had a crack in the screen. I am so anger! My iPad that just needed a replaced screen. Turned into a two week repair and even more damaged than before I dropped it off. I get accidents happen. But I was already worried about bringing my iPad in to get replaced and they damaged my iPad more than I needed fixed and was not very professional with the response about braking it even more. I am so anger. I will never use CPR Cell Phone Repair ever again! And I will never recommend it to anyone.

Friendly, affordable repairs, wrong part sent to them, added almost a week to the wait for my repair. Their supplier has discontinued parts for S9+ in mid 2020, when only S10 and S10+ were newer Galaxy models out. Not the shops fault, but annoying nonetheless to be unable to buy a screen protector or case for my phone off the shelf. Repair looked great, other than the replacement rear glass not having Samsung or carrier logos on it like the original.

He discouraged me from authorizing an expensive phone repair that may or may not fix my problem, instead recommending I buy an inexpensive smartphone and swap out the SIM card, even offering to cut it down for me if I bought a phone with a smaller opening. They did a great job of fixing my keyboard on my laptop except that when my laptop was being reassembled, a hole was put in the case (the laptop itself). They said they would make it right and replace the case on my laptop for free and give me half off the keyboard repair. Two months later and they still have my laptop, they have not even ordered the correct part yet (they ordered the wrong one about a month ago), and it seems like I have to call them to get them to do anything about it. Two weeks ago I called and they had received the wrong part. I assumed they were ordering the correct one, but when I called today the salesman was just gonna call somewhere now and see if they had the correct part to ship to him.

They were so professional. I had an issue with my phone I contacted them and they explained that my phone was covered under a warranty from a previous issue. I took my phone in and within an hour it was fixed and no charge. I would highly recommend them.

Told me what was wrong with my phone, I paid for the part I needed. Once the part came in, it didnt fix my phone. The rep said he didnt know what was wrong since the part he said I needed didnt work. Said since he ordered the part that didnt fix it and he didnt know what was wrong, I was only charged $46...Response to the owner: The phone was not DOA, I was using it when I dropped it off 14 days prior to picking it up. It will charge wirelessly like I told the rep, so yea there is that. So I left it at this particular store for 14 days it was not fixed. Its been at another store owned by the same person for 17 days counting today. And they did everything they said they would do except fix my phone. Its literally been in their possession for 30 days total and they finally reached out today, after I left a negative review. I will accept fault for not reading where it may have said if they cant fix the phone I will be charged. But my issue is my phone is still not fixed 30 days later.

Had a screen replaced in my iPhoneX. Screen lasted 11 days before I had a huge white streak develop across the screen. Took it in and was told it was because I damaged the screen. Screen has zero damage even paid $50 for the invisible first defense screen protector. Total rip off. Will never do business there again! The screen isn’t broke the junk screen protector has a crack in it and I told you how it happened. You installed the screen protector and the screen. So go ahead and lie some more. WORLDS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
