Would highly recommend owl phone repair, Scott Vo saved me over $400 and offered insurance plan cheaper than apple care.My phone was in purse (writing from my husbands gmail) in an otter box and I was outside at a concerts and it started to rain pretty heavy. When I got in the car the phone appeared to be in working order. After two text messages and three songs, I see the screen start to turn black starting at the bottom moving up. I put in rice once I got home but did not appear to charge the next day. I made an appointment with apple store who told me the only options once to purchase a refurbished phone as this one appeared to have water damage. Mind you this is with just looking at the phone but not actually opening the phone. I passed on $600 refurbished phone. I googled water damage to 11 pro and saw people jumping in pools and phone still come out working. My phone was dropped down a flight of stairs. Screen cracked and frame bent on my IPHONE. I was in dire straits I called two companies who flat out said it would be min $150 and no promise they could fix it. I located Owl Repair in Kennesaw and boy the reviews were great and it was close to my home. After making an appointment online, I called and asked if I could come in earlier. I met Scott Vo who explained to me the process and it would take about 20-30mins. $42.00 later not only was my phone fixed Scott listened to me vent what a headache this ordeal had been. GREAT GUY! They replaced my phone screen quickly and the price was low but the parts they used were cheap. The display on my iPhone X acts weird sometimes and the refresh rate is visually lower than OEM. The screen also doesn’t get as dim as before and things like force touch don’t really want to work. They also said I was getting an OLED display, and I paid for an OLED display, but when I’m in a dark room and I turn the brightness down I can still see backlight so that was a lie. Additionally since the screen was replaced I’ve seen worse batter performance.They have a lot of five star reviews because they give you a free glass screen protector and apply it for you if you leave a five star review. If you just want your phone to work again and don’t care how this place is fine.

Scott was wonderful to work with. We came in with a phone that had a charging port that didnt work consistently. Scott checked and could replace the part for $50 but instead he cleaned the port professionally (took him 1 minute tops) and made the phone like new again. Needless to say, spending $50 and a few days on an unnecessary repair was not what I wanted to do. Scott took care of us and made a lifetime repeat customer. Cant recommend this shop enough!

I’ve gotten at least 3 devices (phones & tablet) repaired at Owl Repair in the last year and have had zero issues since! My iPhone 8 was responding very slow, but is responding fast like new since they swapped the battery. After I dropped my My iPad Air, I got the screen replaced and this time I bought a sturdy case from them too!

Honestly, these guys deserve no stars. One star gives them too much credit. We took one of our IPhone 11 phones to them for a screen replacement. Now 2 screens in, the screen has yellow lines vertically down the screen. And they claim they have “lifetime warranty” but now it is apparently an LCD issue which is not covered under that. It’s complete BS how we have nowpaid around $300 here and can’t have a properly working screen.

Repaired my phone with faulty product, the pressure touch for screen didn’t work, and had a chip in screen that spread through the phone. Horrible customer service.Reply to Response from Owner: As I stated previously, the physical damage was caused by the repair or a faulty screen. I noticed it was chipped when I got home, and had work which is why I could not escalate in a timely manner. This chip spread across the whole screen no more than a week after the repair. When providing a service, if it does not meet expectations, the provider of that service normally acquiesces to the customer. I was greeted by one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I have ever witnessed to date, and I work in the corporate service industry. I was told by someone who did not even oversee the repair that my guys would never put on a bad screen and that he “orders the parts himself as if error, especially human error, is not fathomable. The gentleman who replaced my screen was incredibly professional and diligent in his service. The person whom I spoke to on the phone after my issue came to fruition, needs a lesson in professional courtesy and speaking to customers.

Customer service was great! I got my iPhone 6 Plus fixed here. At first, my Touch ID on my home button wasn’t working when I received the phone after repair. I live hours away. Nonetheless, when I called to speak to the manager, he worked with me. He was willing to make things right and make me happy. I’d say this place generally has decent service. I brought an iphone 11 Pro in for repair. The first screen that was put on was trash, this one is better but it’s still a little glitchy 🤷🏾‍♂️ If anything, i’d send my phone off to Apple now just so that it can be fixed with the right products, my phone can tell it’s not the right screen lol I think if you have a newer device, send it to the manufacturer, if not i’m sure this place would suit just fine.

Absolutely the best repair store in the surrounding Atlanta area! Scott had me in and out in less than 30 minutes, brand new screen, new home button, and all for under $50 dollars. Not to mention with the virus scare they are very safe and take preventative measures to keep you and theirselves safe. They have a line inside the store that you can’t cross and wear gloves, keep their distance beyond 6 feet and sanitize the store after each customer. If I could leave more stars I would!

Review amendment: Fast & Friendly, yes, price lower than the rest for a reason....The replacement screen (advised as a factory replacement quality) not only has operational issues, but the clarity is no where close to the quality as the factory iPhone screen. It has a yellow tint, and the dimmer function does not operate anywhere close to the parameters as the factory iPhone screen. As far as operational issues, having to section lower screen functions are troublesome at times. (Pressing harder should not be a solution)After reading other reviews it seems this is a common issue with this vendor. I suggest the proper solution is to replace your broken iPhone screen using genuine Apple parts. I would have happily paid the $30 difference for better quality and an extra $50 for the trouble of unneeded 2nd replacement.I have to give it to him, he is friendly and quick. 3-Stars for that.

Went here to get a new screen protector since mine had shattered. I was curious to know how much it would cost me but I was pleasantly surprised! Sam cleaned and applied the screen for me. I was out within 5 minutes! Very kind, and prices are very reasonable considering most phone repair shops are super pricey. I would 100% RECOMMEND OWL REPAIR!
