I dropped off my sons dress pants to be hemmed on Saturday and picked up on Tuesday. Went to the location about 3:10 in the afternoon the shop was closed and light off. Waited over an hour called the number numerous times and since it’s a cell phone sent text messages. She never returned my call and I have a flight to catch for my Grandmothers funeral! Even called from different numbers she turned her phone off!🤦🏽‍♀️ and still never even called to say... Hey I’m closing my shop on Tuesday and I see you have a pick up is it possible to come early... Nothing! This is the worst SERVICE EVER! Now I have to make arrangements to see if she will open on Thursday morning before my flight just to get the pants that were supposed to be picked up two days ago!I will NEVER IN MY LIFE COME BACK HERE NOR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO USE HER SERVICE! If she is not open before my flight! I’m going to have to buy pants that I already purchased for my son! I am mourning and I shouldn’t have to go threw this 🔴

I cannot say enough good about this wonderful seamstress! Both of my daughters have needed pretty extensive alterations on their wedding dresses and this wonderful lady has come through for them in a timely fashion and at a fraction of the cost that a large chain was quoting! And both dresses looked wonderful! I highly recommend her!

I have been going to this seamstress for 20+ years. Her work is outstanding and her prices are very fair. I have moved to a completely different part of Cobb County from where she is located. However, I will drive to wherever she is located for her services. She does an AWESOME job.
