Called on a Monday to see if possible to have a dress altered by Wednesday. She was so accommodating. I told her my daughter was not able to come in to be measured until after 8 pm that night and she said shed let her in to take care of her. She had the completed in plenty of time for the event and the pricing was what I expected. The alterations were beautiful and good quality.

I took my wedding dress to her and she did an amazing job! The length and the waist were perfect! When my sleeves were a little too tight, she fixed them in two days and it was perfect! She worked with the dry cleaner to have everything out and back to me in a timely manner! So glad we found her!

Amazing! She was so efficient, patient, and sweet. She also went above and beyond to help me turn my Moms old veil into one for my big day. Fair price too!

Have been there multiple times and love the owner and how she handles my clothes.

I’ve used her off and on for 2 years or so. She started off ok, however, she does not take responsibility for her mistakes. She had a dress for over a month. Last week she told me it was ready last Thursday. I called to pick up today and the dress was still in pieces. Instead of her apologizing, she lied and said that she told me. We also agreed that she would put an extra ruffle on the dress. She lied again and said that she thought I was doing the ruffle. Why would I leave the fabric with her if I had planned on doing it? She’s has dirtied a dress, and has even kept a dress for more than two months. Whenever she makes a mistake, she just lies and says that she didn’t do it. As much as I want to support small business, I will not support her ever again.

I needed 4 small curtains to be hemmed up. I tried 3 local dry cleaner/alterations service.....prices very high, and couldnt tell me when the curtains would be picked up and returned.......Pats gave me a fair price, told me the day they would be ready...they were ready the day she said and looked great. She even ironed all the curtains. Great service and affordable..This is where Ill be going for all future alterations.

She did a wonderful job hemming my bridesmaid dress! Its the perfect length and looks flawless. I will definitely come back for another dress Ill need altered. A+ work!

I have been using Pars Alterations for many years. And even though her shop has moved a little further away I continue to use her for my alterations and ironing of other heavier garments. She does an out standing, timely job, and is resonable. She is also a very sweet and friendly lady. Thank you Pat.

I have used Pat’s for as ling as I can remember. Kim does a fantastic job. I use her for my business clothes and she did my daughter snd bridal party dresses

Been using Kim for several years now. Reasonable and will done. Dont expect quick results.
