They might be the best thing that happened to car wash since the sliced bread per the reviews, but I would never know. They say that they are open until 7pm - went first time on Sunday little after 5pm, arriving to a bunch of people sitting around to be told that they already closed. Then, I specifically asked what time they close on Monday, to make sure, and was again told that they close at 7pm. On Monday, I went a little after 5pm and to my dismay, I was told again, by a bunch of workers sitting around that they are closed. They obviously didnt want my business. One wonders how do they even stay in business with this attitude. I normally dont like giving negative reviews, but this place deserves it.

I cant believe Ive passed this car wash so many times and never seen it!! This place is truly awesome. They wash your car really well and clean the inside better than ANY hand car wash Ive been to. They took out the plastic floor mats I have on top of my Honda manufacturer floor mats and cleaned them, as well as clean the manufacturer ones front and back. My car has cloth and they actually vacuumed it well, leaving nearly nothing on the seats. I would highly recommend this place if you like when people pay attention to detail. 👍🏻

Only one staff member bothered to answer my questions. A younger employee quickly disregarded my detailing inquiry with a simple were not doing that now. Customer service is not something they take pride in. Definitely got back in my car and left, found a n awesome hand wash in Johnson Ferry and the reviews are accurate. Good luck with these guys smh
