I realize it’s been a while since I had this vehicle detailed but they overlooked so many obvious things. For example the dashboard was still very dirty. See the pictures below where I passed over the dashboard when I got it home with a wet towel and got dirt right off of it.Another example and again see the picture below, they didn’t pay attention to our console.They appear to be fully staffed so I can’t imagine why these things and others happened. Next time I’m going to try another car wash place and see if they can do a better job.

Nice patio and spacious area..This company needs a better way to contact customers either through a text or intercom system, because its a large place and they just lightly call your name without care.Had tree sap on my car and they suggested the $40 treatment to completely clean with interior wipe down.The service was spotty, I wasnt expecting perfection but I noticed they left some spaces with build up that were larger than a tennis ball on the side door panel, front bumper and trunk area.Then they started trying to sell me a service for $140 to guarantee a complete clean, I told them they already told me that with the $40 one.

I love coming here! The people are friendly and efficient! The place itself is relaxing with plenty seating areas, leisure spaces and snacks. And, even the music is good! It takes away the typical painful wait for your car to be cleaned with a peaceful moment to rest. And then of course, they do a great job in returning my car smelling good and looking fresh like the first day I got it!

Have been coming here ever since they originally opened and used to enjoy the service, but ever since there’s been a change of ownership this place has gone downhill. We started experiencing poor customer service and they only do the bare minimum for a pretty high price. Unfortunately will have to take our business elsewhere

Im changing my rating from 5 star to one star. Terrible service, I paid for the ultimate wash ($35), they havent even vacuum the car properly. I came home and noticed it and called to them. The receptionist (she said her name is kaisha) was just kind of ignored it and I asked to talked to the manager, she said he can not talk now. Not going there anymore.

We usually go to the Kennesaw location, but were in the area so ended up trying out this one. It will be a one and done. This location is a joke. First of all its extremely confusing on where to drive for the car wash entrance when coming in from the back of the building. No signage telling you to stop and wait for an attendant. We pulled up to the entrance of the car wash and then were told after the fact to reverse back to the prior stop sign. Then once we paid we pull back up to the entrance of the car wash were another attendant gave absolutely no assistance on lining up the car to center the front tire in the track. Then when my wife paused to wait for his direction he got an attitude and acted like he was agitated with us. We started pulling up again then missed aligned the tire and started rubbing the bar. He got an attitude again after this and you could read it all over his face. At this point i had enough and stepped out to let him have a piece of my mind. No apology from this guy. This person does not belong in a customer service related job. Needless to say we will be going to the Kennesaw location exclusively from now on. I will make sure to let them know how superior their associates and overall facility is compared to this one.

This place is absolutes joke. They don’t respect their customers what so ever. I drove up to the Marietta location 2:50 pm last Saturday.There was a gentleman at gate, he had cigarette at corner of his mouth, he up sold me to the 59.99 car wash and we proceed to lobby. We waited over two hours for my car to be washed. There was sign at front that indicates we are short staff so be patient, I respected that as we all know that is theme of our social environment . I noticed that there were 6 cars in the bay with 4 service agents working . It took them over two hours to wash six cars . At one point they order even Asian food from the next door restaurant while customers are waiting. There was not even one manager to control these clowns, they all left alone without any supervision or support. I can’t imagine that any can survive in this environment. Please save your hard earned money and don’t waist iton this group. They are NOT SHORT on STAFF, THEY ARE MISSED MANGED AND LAZY . MOVE ON.

Cactus car wash is Fantastic! They do a great job cleaning my vehicles! Jeff is very detailed and cleans my vehicles well! Very fair pricing. I highly recommend this place!

Posted a review to get the discount and had to come back to update.There were spots inside and outside the car that had been missed that I had to go back over. I paid for the Express Detail and was hoping for a little bit more attention to detail.

I was so impressed with George this morning. I arrived just as they were opening & as he removed a barrier so a van ahead of me could enter, he smiled & waved at the driver. After my SUV went through the wash (I got the $35 full-service wash), he was the employee who dried it off & cleaned the inside. He did a surprisingly thorough job with the van ahead of me & did the same with my SUV. My vehicle was pretty dirty inside from my two kids, & George took the time to remove my floor mats when vacuuming & even push the rear seat forward to sweep behind it. When he opened the trunk, he also sprayed something in the back as he was vacuuming. He also did a more thorough job on the tires than Ive ever had with a full-service wash. And yet, as he did all of this, he was moving fast. Its a little bit of a drive for me, but Ill definitely be back. The gentleman who took my order (recorded the service I wanted) also was very kind.

Mediocre jobs. Ive been here twice to give them an opportunity, but they seem to always rush through. They need more staff and more time to do better. I dont mind waiting longer if the job is done right.

They gave us a quote for paint overspray removal and stated they were confident they could get it all. We moved forward with them and our results were a scratched new car by a magic eraser, a refund for only half of the wash price, 6+ months later they still have not replaced the part that was scratched as stated they would, and they are still charging our card the monthly fee of $55 even tough I canceled it they day they scratched our car!! I can never get anyone to call me back or give me any answers.

I had them wash and do a thorough polish on my car and it looked worse afterward than before! They took an extraordinary amount of time and it was extremely expensive, I did not pay $50 to have my car look like garbage. I will never go there again.

Cactus is always the best place to get you car washed for value and service. From first being greeted and answering your questions, to the detailers to the folks finishing up a great wash.

Dropped my car off today. Waiting for 30 minutes just to do so…paid $130 to have my car detailed. Waiting 4.5 hours and called to verify it was ready. Got there and noticed the one thing I paid extra to have done (a few drops of pine tar removed) was in fact NOT DONE. Wheels were dripping with tire shine but alloys still filthy, windshield smeared, etc. BUT WAIT, then I see a gray square on the hood of my silver Lexus. Obviously someone used a magic eraser or something and attempted to scrub a drop of tar off and realized they were destroying the paint. When I called this to the attention of the worker, he summoned Jeff “the manager” 😂. He was rude as could be, told me that the square must have been there when I dropped it off and told me that “they get these complaints every day!” Ummmmm. Ok. Basically told me to F off. I left a message for the operations manager to call me. We will see. Hopefully they have the good sense to review their camera footage and see EXACTLY WHAT HAPPENED to the hood of my car! I’ll post an update when/if I can a return call.

Detailing person was very nice haven’t seen the finished product yet. However the cashier was terrible not friendly at all. Seemed like she hated to be there. Couldn’t even ask a question without her just dismissing it. She was not friendly at all. Previous cactus car washes have not done a great job and when you pay $100 + you should be wowed but I wasn’t so hopefully today will be better.Well that was the worst experience again won’t be going back for the money I spend I can have a personal detailer come to the house and do a far better. Spent over $100 and I could’ve done that at a self-service car wash not sure why the prices are as high if they’re not gonna do a good job and then to say oh you didn’t pay an extra $50 to get an extreme clean. My car wasn’t even that dirty it just needed a good vacuuming and a good wipe down and that wasn’t included in $109 that’s a little bit ridiculous anyways We will never be back it’s not worth the money and I always tip at least $10-$20 and I couldn’t even leave a tip today that’s how disappointing it was

I loved the great customer service! The waiting area was excellent and very clean. The detailing could have been better. I did the deluxe detailing and I did not expect to need to finish cleaning my car when I got home. The carpets and seats look great, but my backseat cup holder was very dirty and there were a few missed spots (as well as a used rag left behind). I guess the back of my SUV wasnt part of the carpet shampoo, because that was not done. Overall, Im happy that my car is cleaner, but I think Ill try to find a place that pays more attention to detail.

Took my car here for a super wash. After 2.5 hrs! I drove off. The outside looked good, but the inside still had dog hair in it, and worse part was it smelled like dirty rags and BO. 2 days later my car still smells like BO. Never again.

I just left this place very disappointed after my first visit. Will not return. Customer service was very pleasant and the waiting area and amenities/concessions are very nice- hence the 2 stars instead of 1. The detailing is poor. My side mirrors were not cleaned at all, there are streak marks on my windshield from the cloth and little fuzzies left over from the material, as well as smudges all over the exterior and interior. My steering wheel was also not cleaned and my radio is sticky. It also smells kind of weird. I frequent a comparable car wash less than a mile away that is cheaper and does twice the job in the same amount of time. I only tried out cactus because they were open later. I will have to clean my car further when I get home- which is NOT worth almost $50.

We paid $160 for the Super Detail Package and when I picked up the car 5 hours later (was told it would be 90 minutes), there was gunk one the roof console, the center console was not cleaned out, and there was lint in the vents still. They left cleaner sprayed, not wiped, on my baby mirror in the back and did not reinstall our mats. They didn’t even clean off the oil marker from the windshield. Very disappointed with the interior cleaning. If you expected more than an armor-all wipe down, go somewhere else. They did do a great job with the exterior.

Good service, but the time it takes to do a car needs to be improved. The purpose of a drive through compared to a hand washing car wash os about speed. Waiting over 40mins is extremely long.

Price quoted to me was $99.Then I was told it was $109, but that I would get an early bird discount of $5 because it was before 10am. Then I was told there was no discount.Employees just lead me along and didnt help make it a good customer service experience...clearly misrepresenting thinks until I was already committed to the service that they would charge me more for.Dont waste your time

2nd time at this location, first time was ok, the early bird special made it better. Today I went in ahead of the weekend rush, and paid for an extra SUV clean. The only thing extra was the time that I had to wait. When I got my car, there was a puddle of liquid in the driver seat, dirt under the emergency brake and a piece of the interior laying on the floor (idk where it goes) not to mention a pile of towels on the back seat...

NEVER AGAIN!!! if you love your car dont go to this place. I have used them few times even with their poor service because I dont have the enough time, but that is not the issue. I used them couple days ago and found out yesterday that they broke my inside overhead driver mirror. I went to speak with their manger name Jim, he did not even bother to help and accused me indirectly of lying and he claimed that this is not their fault and that they dont clean this part with special wash, he didnt bother to take one step to help and clean their mess up and said once you leave the parking lot we have nothing to do with it what type of customer service is this!!. this is very sad and unfair because I love my car and they screwed it for me. Im filing this in a police report if this place doesnt find a solution for me because its truly unfair!! lesson learned! do yourself a favor and wash your car by yourself so you dont have to pay for extra stuff. no one will take care of your car like you do!

Don’t bother with Cactus car wash. I did the ultimate full service wash, which was hardly that. After getting my car back, I noticed plenty of grime and dirt still left on the car. It’s as if they didn’t even wash the outside of my car. The inside was done decently well, but they certainly didn’t seem to care about the outside. You can see in the pictures just how much dirt they left on my car after they “washed” it. Really disappointed with Cactus Car Wash.

Paid $210 for an SUV detail, waited 7 hours because nobody called to say it was done, and found the car still full of crumbs and grime - some of which I wa able to get off myself with a damp napkin. What a waste.

Business hours on Google and the Cactus’ website are wrong. Arrived at 6PM on 7/11 and was closed. Wasted a round trip of 40 minutes to/from.

The audacity of this place. Waited almost 3 hours before we got up and asked when the car would be done. Turns out it was done and they didnt say anything. Then I notice things are missing off my dash. When I call back, the person on the phone was incredible rude. Now I have to drive all the way back because of someone elses mistake. Avoid this mess of place. Terrible.

Your car washing business does not have enough people working at the Johnson Ferry road and 120 . It’s really a disservice to waste my time as a customer . You should tell people up front that you are short handed—rather than just have me wait, and wait, and wait. Not sure I will come again if the service stays this way.

So in general this place is great... However this is the second time mywashed carpets come back dirty, like they have only been vacuumed... They arent even wet.

The staff updated me on the status of my car detail and timeline. Wow! I used my Kroger $10 Coupon from the back of the receipt and it was a terrific deal. Worthy of big tip!!!

I have been disappointed with them the last two times I went. They do not do such a great job on the interior with a regular car wash. I got in once and there was still dust on the dashboard and trash in car. (For their full detailing, it is awesome.)

This was my first visit to this location. I was more than pleased. They did an excellent job with the my car overall. I had the carpets shampooed and the exterior cleaned. My car looks brand new! I would definitely recommend this location for interior and exterior clean. Their employees were also very professional.

I am a long time customer and member of cactus car wash. I have always experienced good service - the attendants are always very thorough, friendly and happy to take care of anything extra that needs to be touched up.Today’s service was no exception, however I was extremely disappointed and uncomfortable to find that the cashier was not wearing a mask at all, and some of the customers/other people inside as I went through to pay had masks but were not wearing them properly.I am anxious to support local businesses,especially in these difficult times, but I will not put my health at risk to do so. I have enjoyed the service here but am consider canceling my mi they membership in light of this (lack of) policy.

Save your money. I purchased the deluxe wash with rain for $29.95. It’s like the car didn’t even get washed. There is still dirt all over the car. The windshield still has bugs and dirt on it. The white window pencil they use to write on the windshield wasn’t even wiped off. The inside of the windshield is streaked with lint. I guess they did a good job vacuuming inside, but nothing wiped down. I’ll be surprised if the rain x was even applied. There are far better places to go for even less than what you pay here. Completely wasted $30. Very disappointing.

The majority of the detail was beautiful. But after $150, including tip, I was really disappointed to find the trunk not vaccumed and SOAKED from them spraying debris around it. Id say its a fluke but something similar happened last time I came beginning of last year. I wanted to give them another shot. How do you run a luxury car wash that water logs the trunk of a luxury sedan and leaves it dirty? At least the rest of the work was good.

Everyone I came across seemed professional and kind. Although my wait time was longer than what they quoted me as their usual, I do not mind the wait. What I do mind is this: The gentleman that came to get me to show me my car was rude and gave me no social or verbal ques to let me know I could leave. He just asked for my ticket and walked away! I noticed three MAIN things about the service of my car. I noticedthe review mirror was not clean. The second thing I noticed was that when I roll down the windows the very top of my windows were not cleaned therefore they did not roll down all the windows when they clean the windows of my car. The last thing I noticed which was the most obvious, very disappointing aspect of what I observed was that the trunk had not been touched at all. The trunk the trunk still had dirt on it it was not wet from their supposed cleaning and vacuum. As disappointing as I was I tried to deal with it but I couldnt I called the store and there was an option to leave the manager of voicemail for a call back so I left the manager a voicemail explaining exactly what I was disappointed in with and I gave them my phone number and hopes that I would get a call back but I never did. so my last attempt to get their attention is to leave this review so that others will know the kind of work that they do for the amount of money that they charge. Not happy with the service at all, I dont think Ill be going back.

$35 for hand wash. Not looking to own the company. Came and got me because they couldnt find FOB. It was laying on the ground in a pool of water. Would cost $300 to replace. Interior Windows could be cleaned better with a dirty did towel. One cashier. Long line. Never again.

Avoid the place at all costs! Ive been here a few times for simple service to full out detail.My last one was a simple detail that was beyond horrific.Staff had no idea that parts of the car wash wasnt working. The male cashier ignored customers because he was too focused on looking at the schedule.Jame the manager didnt care at all when I told him how sloppy the service was. He folded his arms and just responded with no concern.The detailer messed spots inside and outside the car. I found tons of hair inside from the towels they used. Marks where they went and places they missed. There is a reason for their such low rating compared to others... Never again.

First and last time going to Cactus Carwash in Marietta on Roswell Road. I paid 159.95 for a Paint Recondition and Compound. I waited over two hours to discover my car finish on the hood, trunk, and roof had been completely destroyed. They told me my car no longer had clear coat on those parts because of the heat of the sun. Those areas now have white swirls on a brown car.After speaking with the manager I was told they didn’t destroy my car. They treated the entire car using the same process and those parts were obviously like that originally, but just couldn’t be seen until they buffed the car. My car is not that old. It is a 2013 and the body and finish originally looked almost as if it was new. I only wanted to have a few scratches buffed out and they suggested adding the compound portion. Makes no sense to me.They did refund 60 dollars, but now I have to either have my car refinished by the dealer or live with it.I must admit, they were nice enough, but unconcerned about my complaint about the condition of my car.Steer clear of this business for having your car detailed.

Their detail job is awful! I asked for the leather seats to be cleaned and they did a horrible job. The outside was not dried off fully, so my car had many spots with left over soap dried on the exterior which can eventually stain the paint job. The windows were not wiped down. They also did not clean the dashboard or the outside mirrors. So don’t waste your money on a detail job that will not be worth it.

I just took my car here and got the $35 carwash. It was done in less than 30min and looks like a full detail! They did a great job in a short amount of time and the lobby was very clean & nice! I will be back, thanks!

I picked $179 option for new car. They used a blower on inside of car so now my black rugs, cupholders, baxk seats are covered in dust and small pieces of colorful dirt. Will have to use sticky tape roller to clean. Also bugs and spots left on outside. Nice places to sit inside.

Cactus Car Wash damaged two wheels on a 6 week old 2022 BMW 840i. Cost $540 to repair wheels. Asked them to cover the damages and they would not.

The greeters were NOT professional and rather smart assess. This was my first and last time here.

I have been a long time customer at Cactus Car Wash for many years and I have three different vehicles I bring to them, so I am a regular customer. Overall, everyone is nice except for the guy in front who takes the order. He has a attitude every time I bring my vehicles in, but today I cannot take what he did today Oct 31, 2020. I brought in two vehicles this same day and the first one he let three cars get in front of me and took there orders and then when got to me all I asked the guy was to take off my antenna to my vehicle and he said he would not I can do it and took me to the sign where it said customers are responsible, but sign dont say about if customer has a disability which I do and since he made me take off the antenna which was high up on my suv I further injured my neck. I think as many cars I bring to them he can take off a antenna. Then I had to bring this vehicle back because they didnt do a tire shine. Then I brought in vehicle no 2 and there was only one line when I entered and then one of the attendants told me to come to the right side which I did and then the rude guy who took the orders started to wait on cars behind me and said he will get to me when he can that I cut in front of other cars which I did not just did what his co worker told me to do. Then he told me to get out pf his face and called the mgr said I was irate customer. The mgr came and took care of me but I am not happy the way I was treated today for sure. It is a shame that one employee ruins a good service because they do a good job washing cars is why I come up there a lot, but I do not know after this If I will return. Right now I got to go to the dr where the rude guy made me reach and take off the antenna because I just had neck surgery and the guy wouldnt giove me a chance to tell him this. Instead he was trying to educate me of what customer responsible for

Went to this location for the first time almost 3 weeks ago. Complete lack of responsibility from everyone, all the way up to the owners. Somehow, my car got knocked out of gear and rolled into the vacuum, which bent my door up and out, causing major damage. THEN the guy putting the mat on the passengers side banged the door into the cart and dings that side. Initially theyre apologetic and filling out forms and promising to get it fixed, but I have yet to get any response from them. Meanwhile I get to drive a car with a bent door and grinding hinge. GO ELSEWHERE!!

I’m a long time member of this car wash place.The place and service was always good but with only one problem that I used to ignore until today. The first guy that sign us up at the beginning, always had some kind of a bad attitude which I didn’t care much in the past.However today, he pulled another one of his games and when I told him”you are liking me man”, he hold me in line and made me wait even longer and wait for me to talk to his manager. His manager came listen and did nothing at all to fix my complaints. He actually admitted that this guy have a bad attitude often. So I’m asking you why would I keep my membership at this place. ... I’m done with Cactus. Totally unacceptable behavior and disappointment that this is how they treat they clients.

I came with my husband while he got his truck detailed, this place is so nice they did such a good job waxing his truck. I wanted to highlight how personable their staff was! The cashier was such a doll, the two female managers were bouncing around decorating for the holidays, I as a fellow business owner really enjoyed seeing the personal touches and watching how politely they interacted with each other! Good moral at this place! :)

Great car wash. They are the best deal in the area. They usually offer 50% off if you stop by early in the morning. They also offer a subscription plan that is an excellent value if you wash your vehicle frequently.Also, the staff are super. I highly recommend this car wash.
