I decided to try this place today as some of my coworkers recommended it and they have pretty high expectations so I thought it would be hard not to please me. The price I paid to have the interior and exterior cleaned was like $32. I was surprised when I got in the car and started to look around it didnt even look like they attempted to wipe down my interior. I will say they did ask when I got to the car if everything looked good and I was not sure how to tell them it looked like they did nothing. Not sure if I didnt pay for the premium interior clean but all I can say is I will not return and will keep looking for a reliable place to get my car cleaned regularly.

Friendly customer service. Beyond that... the value to pay Mr. Clean $36 to vacuum, wipe the interior, clean the wheel spokes, windows is futile. I came back home and I had to do all this work anyways. Wheels barely had and Interior, barely a cursory wipe. Windows....nevermind. Im usually a pretty good tipper because as a kid, the car wash was my first job at 13. I raked it in on tips because I made sure that car was clean. No way Im trusting you to do anything else on my car if you cant do the basics.

No longer there(Burned down)Place was marginally OK and actually owed me a free car wash because of a bad job that some of their employees did. I went back to redeem that and noticed that the entire location has burned down. Permanently closed I suppose. They recently did a major overhaul and had to place looking pretty good following the closures of the Covid pandemic. I feel bad for these guys. If they make it back maybe they will make some improvements.

The prices went up quality went down. Customer service not available. Except for select few most associates apathetic. Offered gift cards at discount then after bad service no refund. Now looks like fire closed them down G/C useless

Over priced. Interior cleaning is a joke. Interior wipe down does not clean. They want to sell a seat and leather package for another $40 or so. Will not return. Go to Hand Car Wash up the road at Valero for the best clean in Marietta.

Wonderful place. Do not understand the negative reviews. Staff has always been friendly and they hustle to make your car shine. If $36 seems too steep to you then mayhaps go the do-it-ur-self route. Sheesh.

Exterior had spots and dirt still on hood. Had to call attention to those items. Interior dash had dirt streaks where they missed half the dash from just a wipe. This new management has driven me away after 2 attempts for them to earn my business. If you want a lick and a promise car wash for +$30, go to Mr Clean. The old management would never had stood for the job these folks do.

Its finally open again and under new management! They new payment system is great! I still had a coupon book of pre paid washes from when it was under previous management and they provided me a gift card of equal value toward the new carwash system. Super friendly and nice folks from the wash team all the way up yo the new operator. I already liked this place but now its Better than before!

Went yesterday to get car detailed. Terrible job. Left multiple areas uncleaned and spots were prevalent as ever. They did not tell me anything about unable to get spots out, etc. Complete waste of money.

I have been going here to get my car washed for years. Today, it was all new - from the check in. Now you stay in your car for the wash, then drive around to have your car detailed. You have the option to do that or you can vacuum your car yourself. The guys did a super.job detailing my car! I was very pleased.

The service here is horrible, basic wash and vacuum 50 minutes. Unacceptable, the staff has an unapologetic approach. This is not a good way to keep business.

Great service! The staff was exceptionally professional. Ive never had a towel laid down at my feet before getting into my car, that really made everything THAT much better. All in all, the changes made at this location are amazing, and I loved it.

The new equipment really gets your car clean. The one thing that was disturbing was the towel cans. Black states dirty and white states clean. I would change the cans to different colors that dont reflect negatively on the black race. Which also seems to be who are represented on your frontline. But lovedthe service!

I need to find a place that can a complete detail on a vehicle. This organization wont do the engine compartment . Chemical clean only on carpet, wont steam clean them.

I got a full service car wash... considering I’m now paying more for the exact same wash I had high expectations and they simply didn’t deliver. the 3 stars are for the fact every employee I encountered was lovely. it’s unfortunate the wash was less than impressive. hope they get better ASAP or I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.Edited to add: I went back today because I wanted to give them another chance but boy was I disappointed. I’m honestly not even sure what they did as my car is still dirty, especially inside. The truck of my Tahoe wasn’t even vaccumed, the cup holders weren’t touched and it seems as though they didn’t even look at the backseat. I’m honestly impressed by the lack of care when it comes to their jobs. needless to say I will not ever be going back.

The oil change, unfortunately, was not done properly. A mechanic had to inspect and tighten the filter and plug to stop a leak, and refasten the hanging loose skid plate.

Ive been coming to this location for years. Not only does it look great, but the service is amazing. Ive never seen it so clean and organized. Manager out front checking all the cars, waving bye, towel at my feet. Just great.

One star because the new place LOOKS great. However, Ill never go back. They missed so many obvious spots on the interior of my car that I instantly regretted paying for the service. One of the workers even argued with me about a spot that needed to be cleaned saying that the spot was missing paint and not dirt. I got home and wiped it off with a rag and cleaner. My car is 3 years old. Btw - I paid for the titanium service which is the most expensive service they offer. Awful.

Dont waste your money!!!! Paid for deluxe, premium inside and out cleaning. Vacuumed and wiped down only half of inside car. Staff appeared completely indifferent to customers. Regret leaving such a generous tip.

This was my first time visiting a Mr. Clean Carwash. I was impressed! I got the $16 wash. My car looks so good! Employees were very helpful.

Customer service was excellent. While the car wash prices have increased, the quality service more than compensates for the higher prices. Plus they automated the service where you pay at a machine after selecting the service you want, then drive thru the car wash. You have a choice to vacuum your interior yourself or pay for the interior service. Overall, a highly satisfied service.

UPDATE-After emailing them like they asked I still havent heard anything back from them. VISA fraud hasnt either. So they are now investigating. ***After trying to pay 3 times and getting an error on the screen an employee walked over to explain you could only use cash. No problem had cash, paid and moved into the car que. A Jeep was up ahead and they couldnt get the antenna off, mind you they spent 25 minutes trying. So we all had to move out of the que to let the Jeep leave then we proceeded. This was Wed Oct 21st. On Friday I checked my bank account and surprise, I have 3 charges worth $92. These charges werent even the car wash cost I was picking either that day. I call and spoke with James who said they were sorry and aware and I wasnt the only one, should be 24hrs for refund. Gave him my info. No money, called and spoke with Jeremy, who said they cant give me my money its in corporates hands. Jeremy never asked for my info. So now its a week later and no phone call, no money, nothing. I have initiated a Visa fraudulent claim. Seems convenient to have the company make the customer do all the work. Meanwhile not once has anyone ever contacted me to tell me whats going on with my $92. Buyer beware.

5 star car wash. Recommended.

We only go a few times a year for emissions and washes but the place is always run well and their work is good. The guy behind the desk jumps on issues and keeps the team focused. They can also do some paint touch ups and detailed cleaning but I havent used either yet.

Quick and high quality service

Paid $28 for their better car wash and it looked like a blind pension wiped out the interior with a dirty rag. Unbelievable. They are trying again now and we will see if they can improve my rating from a 2 to a 3. The outside looked pretty good except for no effort to dry off the top of the SUV. Update. They did a pretty good job when I sent it back.

Not the same quality! Not the same options! Picked out their .75 cent air freshener and was told I had to pay extra. They said it only came with their platinum wash, which I paid for, and then asked me to prove it. For real?! Customer for 10 years and will not be returning. In addition to investing in your automation, try investing in employees who don’t accuse customers of lying or trying to steal an air freshener.

Went to get car washed and had a technician cut in front of me from the oil bay. I got out and asked why he cut in front of me and stated it has to be washed as soon as possible... then some other guy, assuming a Supervisor, said that he was next because the cars were backed up in the wash lane, yet I was able to pull all the way back within 3 cars, so it was BS. I only went there as it was the closest to my house, but will gladly drive further as there was definitely no professionalism in the way it was handled and the Supervisor seemed to care less. Dont waste your time here... let alone your money. Glad I left and definitely not coming back

Service is always great here and you can get a decent wash quickly. I almost always find something they didnt quite clean to my standards but they are quick to jump right on it and make it right. I leave satisfied with the work and price.

Website still says they’re open and that they close at 6pm. This is the 4th time in six weeks I’ve made the ten mile trek to get my car washed only to find the are still CLOSED FOR REMODELING. I am so aggravated with Mr. Clean, there is no excuse for not updating the public on their worthless website. I even drove all the way to Canton and wasted my performance wash ticket only to find they were doing an exterior wash only, with no interior or tire service, not even a wipe down.

Really a hands off experience. It is rather complicated with machines to select the service you want. There are people there to help you with the machine. Kind of defeats the purpose of automation.

Very disappointed today in paying over $230.00 for a detail that more closely represented a simply car wash. bug and dirt on outside, no tire shine applied, never cleaned under wipers and the inside was simply wiped down. NO attention to DETAIL at all. Had to point out several shortcoming before accepting the car....found many more when we got vehicle home. Strongly recommend against spending this kind of money for such poor and shoddy service. Dont waste your money or time here or be prepared to be very disappointed!

Higher prices and less service. All the people you knew before are gone. No WIFI while you wait. After taking 6 months to renovate during a pandemic, nothing in the bathroom is motion activated.

They clean my mom s SUV perfectly!! They have a nice waiting room area. They also changed the oil. Also, to get sap off just know its a different process and an additional charges

Dents shop, wants to charge $800 + to fix a dent on the fender n door! Way over priced!! Got it done else were for $250! Not friendly at the car wash they sit there and ignore you when you pull up. But the lube center was nice and friendly he helped me diagnose my check engine light. 5 star for lube shop!

An hour plus wait. Left with water spots.and streaks on windows. Return to correct mistales and car sits for 15 minutes, had to get manager to address and when I left still and had streaks on interiors that were never touched. Used to be a good place, two times to simply get car washed and cleaned appropriately and never accomplished.

Went in to get my car detailed today - they said they were not detailing cars today because they were short staffed. However while I waited, I watched several cars being detailed. I opted for the $28 signature shine, and they did a TERRIBLE job!! They hardly vacuumed the inside of the car, didn’t clean the windsheld, and barely wiped down the dashboard. I am going to have to take it somewhere else to have the job finished. I will not be coming back here, that’s for sure!

I was given a gift certificate so I gave them a shot. My car was clean but at my first stop five minutes later I noticed a lot of small spots still dirty. Also the area where the wipers are between the hood and windshield was full of leaves and detritus. Would have been nice if they had just vacuumed that out. Great for free but I wont go back.

The new model is substantially more expensive and slower. They do convert previous model coupons to current pricing but after that runs out ???$29 bucks for full wash is a bit high

Its a one stop shop with a super friendly staff - what more could you need?? They always have deals and specials going on for oil changes, different types of car washes, etc. Ive personally never had a bad experience but I understand stuff happens, and I know these guys will make it right if it does. No need to go anywhere else for a good wash!!

I have been going to this car wash since I moved here seven years ago, since it is convenient to where I live. They do a good job cleaning . Sometimes I have to ask then to do something over. The reason I am loyal is if I leave anything of value, money, camera, or jewelry they always return it to me...so at least I know they are honest...

Used to be a good place for a wash and oil change. They out the wrong oil in my car and didnt change the filter. May have caused engine damage. I will not return.

My car was pretty filthy so I splurged on the $28 full wash/wax, etc. All in all, it was a pretty poor job; not worth even $10. Apparently, the guys in the bay wiping down my car were more interested in dancing to the music than making sure my rims were clean. There were places on the body that the automatic car wash didnt get to (under the door handles) and unfortunately neither did the guys with the towels. I wouldnt waste your time here; there have to be car wash places where you can actually get your moneys worth. Ill be looking for one the next time I need a wash.

I actually really like this place. Ive been taking my cars here for many years now, and I never have had a bad experience. If youre the type of person that takes your car in for a wash often they sell washes by the book, and you get a pretty good discount. Also, after so many car washes you get one free. That way you dont have to use one of your coupons from your book.

Ive visited this particular car wash on multiple occasions and even had my oil changed there once. The oil change was fine and while the washes are fast, theyre too fast. Almost every time I get it washed, I have to re-touch up the windows or the doors when I get home. I could understand if I only purchased the low-grade option, but I almost always purchase the highest option available and its still pretty sloppy work. The last time I visited will be my last.

Have to give 1 star because there is no option for a negative rating. I went for a car wash on Aug 17, and what a disappointing service I received. I opted for the $28 deal, and it is a total rip off. There are no words to describe my disappointment, I won’t be going back there again.

Came in this morning paid $84 for unlimited signature wash mud on tire ran through tunnel twice, I was wiping mud off tire with my hand, attendant said extra $10 to wash off tire... really? Did not put in tire shine first time around, usually good service here, attendant said could not get off, I wiped it off with my hand. Come on guys you are supposed to pay attention to the details! I don’t have a Mercedes like the lady I’m watching looking over here car right now with 2 workers getting off microscopic spots... it’s a truck and I want clean tires🙁

Ive been coming here for years. They used to do a great job. However, it seems like the past year or so they have really declined on their quality. Ill go through a wash and interior clean and sometimes the inside doesnt look like it was cleaned at all. Ive stopped coming here because of that.

Got there late - 30 minutes to closing time - and they changed my oil and did emissions testing in less than 20 minutes.Also got a free car wash with rain guarantee for any car (not the one I was changing the oil on).Highly recommended!

This location is a bit aggressive with the up-sells, particularly when getting the oil changed. They will make recommendations based on their knowledge of your vehicle only as it exists in their system relative to manufacturer recommendations. For example, each time I get my oil changed, it is recommended that I get rear differential fluid changed based purely on mileage on my vehicle. 1 month ago I had a power steering pump replaced by my mechanic and all new power steering fluid put in -- This Mr. Clean location recommended I get a power steering fluid flush today based on the mileage on my vehicle. Make sure to know your vehicles maintenance history before visiting here. Outside of this, I like the ability to get an oil change, wash, and emissions done at a single location.

Horrible service! I wish pictures could show how bad of job they did! Will never go back there again, 3 times should be enough times to give you a chance.

Each time I’ve gone to get my car washed here, the experience get progressively worse. When I’ve tried to voice my complaints, management has yelled at me, been defensive and not offered to correct the issues. This is completely uncalled for, especially if the customer is calmly voicing a concern or complaint. I will not come back here. I’d rather wash my own car and skip the headache.

Quality and speed are declining. Lots of smears. Like the place, Ive been there for years and buy coupon books. Ill keep going until quality drops below my minimum standards. Several issues. The workers they are getting now are not as hard working. Also, they seldom wash or replace the towels. They lay it on the ground and then use it on the next car. Need to refresh the towels more often. The good things include Howards work, and the responsiveness when problems are pointed out to them. I know its tough to please everyone. I hope they turn around their performance. Its good, not great.As an update, March 22, 2019, I believe their performance is improved. Glad to see managers checking on work. I see more diligence by workers. good job....keep refreshing those cloths.

The customer service at Mr. Clean Car Wash was very unprofessional and unacceptable.. I took my car to get a $27.00 car wash and I asked that they clean all the panels on my door as well as the hard surfaces which is an additional service. When my car was finished, I noticed that they didnt clean all the doors or any of the hard surfaces. I asked the greeter what happened. I said why didnt I get the service I wanted on my doors. She got very excited and angry and said that I couldnt get the full service on my car because I had two cars in front of me and there was no time to do mine because they close at 6:00. I said but I came here almost an hour before closing . Again, she was getting angry and was telling me that I should have known I was not getting the full treatment because I only paid an additional $15.00 and not $50.00. I said I didnt pay attention to the bill but more importantly why didnt you tell me that up front. Again, she starts yelling at me and saying she did and there is no way my car can get done today. I finally looked at the manager Enrique and asked him if he was going to allow her to continue screaming at me. He did ask her to leave. He was nice but explained he was new as a manager and really didnt know how to handle the situation He did call Nick, the general manager, on the phone to explain the situation.Nick was polite.. However he didnt provide the customer service he should have. Number one, he should have told his greeter to apologize for her rude behavior. Then, he should have told his employees to finish my car even if it meant working past 6:00. Instead, he told me he would give me back the $15.00 (again I have no idea what this paid for) and to come back another day. He totally could care less if I left an upset customer or not.I have been a loyal customer for years and spend a lot of money at this car wash but no longer. I will take my business elsewhere and I will not recommend this car wash to anyone.

Had received bad service in the past but wanted to give them one more try. Should have listened to my gut. They do a horrible job. If the sprayer doesnt get it off, it isnt coming off. Paid extra for a dash application not sure what that was as the inside wasnt even wiped off. The car is a cream color and the outside was still grey in most places. Asked the guy to wipe off the mud from where I had hit a puddle. He tried to tell me he was using a strong chemical but only wax would remove it. I then showed him my bare finger removed it when I rubbed it. They hadnt even lifted the rear window wiper as it still had road grime under it. When I got in, I could see the dash, console, door panels or anything else had even gotten wiped with a damp cloth must less the extra I paid for. Will NOT be going back. Suggest you dont waste your money.

I got my oil changed, transmission flushed, and car washed today at Mr Clean. It was my first time there and it is pretty nice (for a car wash). Since I got a few services, it took a bit but I got to chill out in the leather chairs inside and watch football so it flew by. The oil change and transmission flush price were competitive and the car wash was a couple bucks more than Mister, which is where I usually go. The car wash was very good...better than both Mister and Wash Tub. The only reason I went was because I was given a gift card for xmas but Ill probably be going back frequently. Hopefully they have some coupons on their site.

This place is pathetic. I called to get a quote on a wash and detail as my car had been parked outside for an extended period. I show up and the person REFUSED to detail it claiming they were too busy. Run, dont walk, away from this $hithole. Ive lived in this area for 30 plus years. This used to be the place to go - not anymore. Should be ZERO star because of zero service and REFUSING service.

Recently went to get my car wash and asked specifically if they would clean the inside well including all the small spaces. They said yes and charged me extra but didnt deliver what was promised. I had to go to Walmart and buy my own cleaning supplies to finish the inside job. I payed over $30 but was not worth that at all.

Wonderful Place! They did an amazing job doing the maintenance on my car, even went out of their way to insure my safety. The carwash turned out beautiful. Will never go anywhere else.

I paid for the $22 car wash and specifically asked if they would wipe down my back seats and the employee said it wouldn’t be an issue. When I got the car the back seats were not wiped, the car was vaccumed poorly, there were still dirt spots on the back of the car and a lot of dirt spots on the hood, and the rims were barely washed. My car really was not that dirty to start with and I feel that o wasted my money especially after having to complain to two different managers and when the 1st manager finally came to wipe the back seats he spent no more then 15 seconds wiping them and still left them dirty.

Had my car washed on 9/8/13. I got home and had a ding and a scrape on the passenger side door, so I took it back. They denied doing anything. I will never use them again and will tell everyone I know not to either. If you care whether your car is treated properly, dont go there.

Rude and overprice. I went there to try and ask about getting the inside of my car cleaned out and I was originally told $200. Then I was corrected and I was very hard to find somebody who didnt have An attitude. Also not only did I receive other inconsistent and high priced answers inconsistent with what I have had done and other Mr. Clean car washes, There was Not really anywhere to park to try and go talk to somebody about what I needed to get a cost estimate the period their prices posted do not match what they Apparently actually charge.

Good carwash. Waiting area is a bit old. They do try to up-sell. They offer lots of other services. The cashier seems to roam around, so you may have to wait a few minutes. Staff is hit or miss.

Scammers, they sold my 16 year old daughter a $148 car wash on a 2016 with 20,000 miles that simply did not need this type of wash. I made the mistake for allowing her to take the car they by herself, and they just put the pressure on her, and stuck the credit card receipt in front of her with a $148 charge for her to sign. I could almost forgive it it was a car that needed an extensive cleaning and they sold her something she needed, but it was a brand new car, and they just took advantage of a young kid. I look forward to driving by and seeing them out of business. Truly scum.

Customer service is ridiculous. Quality is horrible. The price paid for what is received makes me wonder why Ive continued to patronize this place. Its extremely convenient to my home which is all it has had going for it. Convenient or not...this recent trip marks my last.

Over the last two years, weve been impressed by the efficiency of Mr. Clean when they do our Emission Inspections. We noticed they have a custom service that does minor cosmetic repairs of scratches, leather interior wear, bumper scrapes, small dings and so on.We consulted with Mr. Josue Olquin, the Automotive Appearance Specialist there, and he repaired a scrape (from a deers hoof!) on the hood of our Honda CRV-X; a scrape on the bumper; and he removed tree sap that we had put lots of elbow grease into with no success. His results were amazing and he further impressed us by declining to repair a tear on an armrest saying,I could make that look nice for you, but it would only hold for a few months. Of course he could have taken our money but advised us honestly instead.We returned with our BMW Z4 and he worked his magic painting the tiny nicks you get from stones flying off other vehicles tires. The car looks showroom perfect.Josue is personable, honest, quick, and his technical skills are amazing. His fees are reasonable, certainly less than a dealership or body shop. We recommend Mr. Olquin and Mr. Clean Car Wash enthusiastically.Doug Pratt and Jo Hart

Attention to detail was great. Car had some stuff on the door that didn’t come out and they worked on it u til it did at no extra charge.

Ive been a regular customer at Mr. Clean - the staff and management are really good, but have to say that I very disappointed in todays job. Admittedly, my vehicle was pretty dirty, so I paid extra for the best - $26.00 Signature Wash - what I got was a vehicle with many areas missed, both inside and out. What you might expect from a $10-12. machine wash. I even took it back - they told me that what I got was normal and the woman at the entrance did offer to do it again - which I declined - instead took it home and did the job right. Will think twice before buying the top dollar wash not sure there is much difference.

Been coming here 8 years and have been happy, except this time. Floor boards and mats were still covered in sand and debris. I got supervisor to look and he actually tried to say it wouldn’t come out of the carpet. I took a matt out and shook it, to show him the debris was falling off it. He actually still tried to say it was the best they could do. Maybe time to find a new place@ BADSERVICE
