My friend had some terrible credit issues after his divorce ..bankruptcy etc, and was being quoted car loans for 25% interest. I drove him there to pick it up. He just went to Xpress. Rented from them for a year off and on until his credit was back, and He wasn’t stuck in a long term bad loan once He was ready to buy a car.Super easy. No questions. Just tell them how long—day, a week, or a month. And you can use their insurance—or add to your own temporarily. You go and sign, and if you need it longer, call them up, simple signature again. And keep going as long as you need. Really took pressure off of him for asking for rides and paying for Uber everywhere. Great folks.

I dont know how I found this rental place but Ive used them twice for long term rentals and have had nothing but good experiences. Definitely cheaper than going with a traditional car rental chain company and professional service. Clean, reliable cars at reasonable rates.

Got in a car accident and needed a long term rental so I could take my time finding my next car. Xpress was recommended to me and boy am I glad they were. The car was brand new, clean, sanitized and great in gas. I’ll never rent a car locally from anywhere else!

I have been in Atlanta for the past two years on and off for an internship. Xpress has provided outstanding car rental services since Ive been here. The prices are extremely affordable and there is a lot of flexibility with pickup and drop off. I have rented a Nissan and two Kia models. I had no problems with any of these vehicles which were all very new and clean when I received them. Xpress will definitely be my first choice rental option if I am back in the area again.

I have been leasing a vehicle from Xpress Car since July, 2014 and I have NOT experienced any of the items that one of the reviews stated here claims.If I didnt work in the insurance industry for over 20 yrs or so, one could see what the problem was. The fact is a leased vehicle needs to be added as additional vehicle to the policy with additional premium and Loss Payees and drivers named one the policy. This situation would not be covered under the rental section because the primary vehicle wasnt involved in an accident, etc. The gentleman had no rights to confirm or change a policy that isnt written under his name or even speak for another person while he isnt listed on the policy as a Named Insured. Despite what he thinks, he needs to be listed on the policy as an additional driver even for the vehicle he was using. Trust me, I know the insurance companies will find any and every reason not to pay a claim. So I dont blame Xpress Car wanting to protect themselves.Having leased vehicles for over a year now, we are extremely happy with the service that Thomas has provided us. After the first year, the vehicle we had was going to be traded so we received another vehicle and we got upgraded. We have discussed about buying our own car but we feel that leasing with Xpress is a much better deal for us.If you are looking to lease, I highly recommend Xpress and Thomas you will not regret it at all.

The website is very misleading, I am in need of a car for one week to get home 329 miles and back to Marietta Georgia bc I broke down and my child had to get home to start school. This site clearly states they do short term rentals and can help with out of state needs and to discuss but I was rudely turned away and told that there’s an 1800 mile limit and that I need a business my own town even though we have to return within a week to pick up our own vehicle. The whole “family” attitude and “we want to help our customers” is just a business tactic, the man I spoke to was rude and short with me like I was bothering him with my business.

Dont spend unnecessary money on a rental when you can lease for less with them. Come to xpress and they will give you a great monthly or weekly rate. They offer newer car models VERY clean and up to date maintenance. Highly recommended.

Its a great deal for a weekly rental. Its a fair price. The only frustrating thing was a little disorganization on their end. Drop offs werent as a clear as they could be. Also... I contacted a little more than necessary about the car and things with it.But if you are needing a car for a long term and you live in Atlanta, this is a great option.

I needed a car for a couple of months and XPress was significantly cheaper than any other car rental place I could find. Thomas was a pleasure to deal with and the Toyota Corolla I rented was perfect for my needs. They even pro rated the car for an extra week for me as I needed a little more time. Its refreshing to deal with a company that takes such a personal approach with their customers. I highly recommend them!

I used Xpress Car Rental for 5 weeks, and I had no complaints. Mr. Thomas was very helpful, the prices were reasonable, and he was always quick to respond if I had any questions. If Im ever in Atlanta again and I need to rent a car, Id definitely use them again!

I rented from Xpress Car for approximately 2 months give or take. The gentleman Thomas at first was extremely nice, but going into my last couple of weeks he became rude. They had a mileage constraint of 60 miles per day which is ridiculous in Atlanta, but i agreed to pay any overages that was required. But my final week Thomas “the owner” said that i could no longer rent because i was putting too many miles on the car. I was upset but agreed, but when i returned I requested a breakdown of what was paid so that my $150 deposit would be returned, but it’s been over a week with NO reply. I’ve been nothing but professional with him, but he’s been nothing but rude. I’m going to wait another week or so, but I may have to go to small claims court. I’ll contact the BBB as well. I wouldn’t recommend Xpress Car, at all. To anyone.

This is probably one of my favorite car rental companies. If you ever need to rent or lease a car this is the place to go. They are very prompt in returning calls and getting you in and out without a wait. Try to rent a car from him yesterday and made a appointment for noon. I explained to him I was running late because I didnt know the area too well so the time I got there he, stepped out and I had to wait 10 minutes til he returned. When he finally arrived I did get no hello just felt rushed and didnt give me any time to get my insurance people over the phone again since I had to wait on him. His exact words to me was, I dont have time for this. So I left thought about making another appointment but changed my mind since his attitude was so trashy and unprofessional. Make a long story short I wish my customer service was the same that other people claimed on there reviews but its okay Ill keep my money and give it to someone who knows how to talk to people. 🙄🙄🙄

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL. I called to inquire about renting a car. The man I spoke to over the phone was very rude, and had a very nasty cocky attitude. Kept trying to cut me off, talking over me, and asking very rude questions. Will not be spending my hard earned money with this company.

If you are interested in a car rental company that will jerk you around and accuse you, the customer, of attempting to defraud them, then this might just be the company for you!I attempted to rent a car from this establishment for my mother and was very disappointed with the way we were treated. I was attracted to the company because their website promises to provide monthly car rentals for significant savings that tradition car rental companies cant match.I emailed them and told them exactly what I was looking for and the next day received a quote that was higher than I had found at Hertz. I told them, No thanks! since they were not in fact cheaper, and then they quickly replied that a cheaper version of the car I requested had just been returned and they could now beat the price Hertz had given me. So I decided to go with them and told them the date and time when Id bring my mother in to rent the car. Im visiting my family from Alaska for a couple of months and my folks offered my family of 8 the use of their van so we could get around in town. I told my mother the least I could do was provide her with a rental car while we borrowed her van.I received yet another message from Xpress that they needed my mothers insurance. I wrote back to them and told them Id get her to send the proof of insurance and told Xpress that she would be the ONLY driver. At this point, everything should be simple, but they again contacted me to say they needed to speak to my mother about something before renting the car. She called them and after having to leave a message (we have never called this company and not gotten voicemail!) they eventually called back to say that they suspected we were trying to rent a car for me (I guess because they suspected I wanted to rent the car without insurance?) and that they did not believe that my mother would be the only driver of the car. My mother of course said that was not the case, and that she simply needed a vehicle while she loaned her car to her own son. The employee said hed need to talk to his boss about the matter.When I heard how my mother was treated, I called them and left a voicemail to express my unhappiness about the accusation and asked them to call and explain their behavior. When they returned my call, they then said that since my mothers insurance company was closed on Saturday afternoon, they were now unable to verify that she was allowed to rent a car for a month or longer under the terms of her policy. They have had proof of the insurance for 2 days, so I have no idea why they couldnt be bothered to address any insurance concerns they might have had during normal work days/hours.We were scheduled to pick up the car at 8 a.m. on Monday morning so my mother could drive the rental car to work on time, but they said they would not be able to verify our insurance until 9 a.m. on Monday (the time my mother must be at work 30 minutes away). I have assumed for the past 4 days that I have a car reserved at a good rate and have made no other attempts to rent a car. The price from Hertz that was comparable to what Xpress was offering has now evaporated, and now Im forced to rent from another company and accept a last-second rate several hundred dollars higher than I would have gotten if Id never have contacted this unprofessional company.Please do yourself a favor and pay a few extra dollars and rent from one of the major rental companies. The few bucks youll save from these guys will never make up for the type of unprofessional behavior youll likely be subjected to.
