Well...based on the other reviews I can save a lot of typing. Horrible, no number to contact the actual store when they tell you to call back for various reasons and customer service is no help, they tell you that you have to drive out there (in 2021 the only contact to the store is to drive out there) cars are giving to you unfit for a dog to drive. But if you have no options then it is what it is.

After seeing there reviews, I came to the realization that this company is problematic and inconsiderate. Their policies are selfish and impossible to withstand. I started to express myself, it’s not worth it, the company won’t survive to much longer. I feel better cause I see now that it’s other ppl that went through much b.s with this place Also, look at their reviews on other sites. Let’s spread the word and save the next person.

Rented car the 11th Turned the car in the 13th. They never marked the car returned til 17th...🤦. Hyre car charged me $66.61. 👹 Now they are charging me $199. Please call Hyre car and tell them the truth.

I spent over $3,500.00 only for them to pick the car up because I was 9 days late. No customer appreciation AT ALL. I ask them to give me time to catch up being that I just got out the hospital but Shareena and Maria did not seem to care unless it was about some money. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM AT ALL. Plus they prices are wayyyy to expensive for the cars they rent out.

They reported the rental i was in that was paid up to date stolen and picked up by tow truck Ive had the rental over 330 days and spent over $20,000 to be disrespected in such an unprofessional way was forced to hire an attorney due to the fact they have not reached out explaining what happened. I called several times and every time i called i was told by each rep who answered the phone that someone would reach out that same day its been 36hours and Ive yet to hear from anyone and they have not returned my money for the rental that was towed after its already been paid for i dont see how they thought they could report rental stolen after Ive paid my balance to extend rental and they accepted payment just to report it stolen and towed. by law rentals cant be stolen if i was handed the keys by the company and on top of that did not owe any funds stay away from this crooked company its a reason they have a review thats only 2 stars and decreasing by the day

Customer Service was professional and courteous. Many of the reviews mentioned poor customer service. I worked with Darris on both pickup and drop off. He was nothing but professional and courteous. He made the process quite easy.

They sent a message saying the car is ready at 3:35pm but they were not here even though the website shows that they closed a 6pm. We got here at 5:02 after driving 45 minutes.

They never give back my $250 down paymentI lost 2 because they give a defective car, I ask for some compensation this is the answer:You weren’t in the car last week! Thats the reason each car has maintenance program for these issues. We can reimburse for something we already paying for you to have. Its the same situation if the car was your own car, would you call the finance company tell them ...hey I lost 3 hours today because my battery died but I didn’t pay anything for the tow truck to come out and jump the car but I want a credit for 3 hours? Keep in mind if the car is giving you issues to take to Pep Boys and they will handle the issue.

If I could give zero stars I would! Ever since they took over from FlexDrive their customer service and car quality has become complete trash! You can NEVER get anyone on the Atlanta line and when you call the head office/Miami location the reps are overly rude like customers aren’t paying for a service and we’re begging! They need to just not be in business or return to the previous owners of FlexDrive.

Do not conduct business I have paid and have been stalled on side road for four nights ...I have no way to see my family for Christmas the vehicle has auto shut off as I made my payment as TEXTED in nasty message the shut the car off !! Do not use post mates either they have shut off app thats how they know your money is there...WELLS FArgo made the observation of double dipping in my account..Class Action Lawsuit already on these guys..Happy Holidays?

Since starting with AmeriDrive I have no more worries, such as insurance, auto repairs, etc. AmeriDrive has made my life easier since I drive for UBER and I also do courier work. I am not puttiing all the miles on my car. Melodie and Nadia are also awesome. Their customer service is excellent. Even though sometimes it may seem they are having a rough day they are always smiling and always make you feel welcome. If you participate in a ride share program or do any kind of work where you are putting alot of miles on your personal car I would suggest calling Melodie or Nadia and getting on with AmeriDrive. It is worth it and for you self-employed contractors it is a business expense.

I love AmeriDrive already. But ever since I was laid off from my job I haven’t been able to fin a new one. But since they partnered with HyreCar I’ve been able to rent and drive for Uber and Lyft.

Ameridrive provides an array of cars at reasonable pricing. Nadia and Melody are amazing and custom service is and beyond this 5 star review. Since renting with ameridrive, I have more freedoms to not deal with insurance and maintenance which over time can add up greatly. I grateful to Meoldy and Nadia for thier services. Rent your car from them!!

Their newer cars all have mechanical issues, Pep boys is listed as their service company if you have problems with the vehicle. They only authorize some repairs which means they want you to drive a defective unsafe vehicle. No thank you
