I arrived extra early for my appointment because I was driving on a spare, and they took care of me right away instead of making me wait until my allotted time.I think I waited in the indoor area for *maybe* an hour before my car was ready. Todd was the person who helped me and he was really, really nice and made sure I understood exactly what services were being preformed and how much they would cost. The lady who helped me check out when the service was completed was really nice and friendly, too.The indoor waiting area is big, clean, and quiet. There’s coffee available and even outlets for people to charge their devices while they wait. It’s also conveniently located near a lot of restaurants, so you could walk to one nearby to get food if you’ll be waiting a while. This is my first car that’s all my own, and I’m glad I had such a great experience with my first time needing maintenance. I’ll definitely be coming back here for anything else my car needs!
I am new to the area, in the past 4 weeks alone, have had three bad experiences at Ed Voyles Honda. Dealing with them has been a complete waste of time. It is impersonal, an assembly line of representatives, cars and customers. Initially I was impressed with the production and organization, but I was wrong. On separate occasions, two different service reps never returned my call initiate my car being serviced (despite giving me their business card, and inviting me to call them directly since they were familiar with my cars needs.) I had to wait a day each time, call back several times, and finally request a new representative in order to schedule an appointment. When my car went in for service, they kept it all day. No one communicated with me, I had to call to find out the status, and pickup time. The part needed was unavailable (front struts), and I was told that I would be purchasing the part on that day, for the future repair. When I got home and reviewed the receipt, they never charged me for the part, instead charged me the diagnostic free, which would have been waived if they did the work on the car the day it went in for service. The rep encouraged me to call every couple of weeks to check the status of the parts (but he never returned my calls) and the part was never ordered. Upon further review of the receipt at home, I realized that the mechanic identified two separate filters as needing replacement, but the representative didnt bother to convey this to me, or do the simple job while my car was there (ALL DAY). This omission resulted in another appointment and another all day trip to the shop. My two scheduled visits resulted in my car leaving without being serviced. I am done. I cancelled my third appointment. As I stated, this super busy shop, with an assembly line of cars and people. But there is no follow through. In my case, there were no answers either. I have had my car serviced at another Honda dealership (out of state) for the past 5 years, with zero issues. My car has had genuine Honda parts and service since I purchased it. After this experience, I now take my business to a local small auto repair, and already, after the first call it has made a world of difference. The new repair shop asked me stop into the shop (close to my house) to check my oil level until my scheduled service appointment early next week. Ed Voyles Honda could never extend that type of personalized service, and if they did, good luck getting your representative on the phone.
Brought in a car for engine light/repairs. Marvin was excellent in explaining my options. When I commented I think the car isnt worth fixing, and that I would need to replace it, he agreed and let me know where I could go to get the best offer for it.Its a dealership, you know what to expect in regards to pricing and time. That said, the people here were incredibly friendly and made the experience of finding out my car was not worth repairing less painful.
Carmen is awesome and knowledgeable. I’m always welcomed with a warm and pleasant greeting. Carmen can tell me what’s wrong with my car by the sounds and description I give to her. 😁 I enjoy each visit to Ed Voyles. Because I know he employs an excellent person named Carmen.
Terence J. and the rest of the Ed Voyles team did a excellent job. Terence in particular was very honest and not the typical pushy salesman. I would recommend this dealership and if I’m ever in the market for another vehicle I will most definitely be coming back here.
I took my CRV in for a recall, an oil change and tire rotation and general service. MyMy service manager was great, friendly and informative. He completed the work in an hour less time than anticipated. The lady who checked me out was also very customer friendly. It was a good experience from start to finish.
We had a great experience at Ed Voyles. Calvin Palm, our salesperson was absolutely the best. He was knowledgeable and kept in contact with us from the time we came to the dealership until we came back to pick up the vehicle. It was a very pleasant transaction! Steven, the financial director, was also a very warm and personable individual. It was overall an awesome car buying experience.
Absolutely the best experience at a car dealership I have ever had! The sales rep, Terence, was knowledgeable, helpful, and he really listened to what I wanted, including my budget. He wasn’t pushy at all and he didn’t waste time with things that didn’t suit my needs. There was no back and forth negotiations, he came out with the best price right from the start, and things only got better from there. The manager and our rep were even able to help me with my current lease- end on another make and saved me money on my new lease with them. The dealership is comfortable and welcoming, the staff is friendly. They made getting a new car a fun and enjoyable experience! Can’t say enough good things about Ed Voyles Honda!
My sales representative, John Rainbow was phenomenal! He worked really hard for me, found the right car, and gave a lot of personal and professional attention to my purchase. This was a pleasant experience and I couldnt have had a better salesman. John cares about his individual customers and made the entire experience seamless. He certainly set the bar high in customer service and satisfaction. Thank you John Rainbow for your hard work, passion, and dedication to your profession and customers. You represent Ed Voyles Honda very well!!. 🙂
I’ve been to several Honda dealerships in Georgia and South Carolina. I live closer to another Honda dealership but drive to Ed Voyles Honda for all of my car service needs because I know I am going to have a great experience every time! The staff is welcoming, professional and informative.
Carmen was my service advisor on this visit and I’m hoping always going forward! She’s so accommodating helps me in every way and is beyond personable and service oriented! A great hire I’d say on Ed’s part!
Worst experience ever!!I went there to do a maintenance at 9 am. I was told that the express service would cost 3 hours and they also said there was a recall with my vehicle. I waited for 3 hours and then they told me that my vehicle needs to do a bigger maintenance for reaching 60K miles. I asked how much it will take, they told me it would be definitely be done by 3pm. Also, they told me theres no recall at all. I went home and waited until 3:30pm, still no one called me. I called them and they said my service is done, but when I got there, I was told the service paper is not there yet so I waited until 4:30pm. Finally, when it was done and they said my vehicle will be there in a few minutes, which turned out to be 20 to get my vehicle. Also, they didnt give me the examination report when I checked out.The service cost me more than 900$, including more than 500$ for the labor. I am not sure spending a whole work day and 900$ for the service is a good idea. Definitely think twice if you want to do your maintenance there.
Really a great experience working with Aaron in sales and Ryan in financing. Made it easy in a very difficult time for buying a car. Thank you.
Calvin, is an amazing salesman he made my purchase smooth and swift, he’s extremely knowledgeable of his products!Don’t let me get started with Ryan in finance, he’s definitely Godsend, he was extremely helpful and patient with everything!I have nothing but great words for the guys at Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta! Definitely recommend them for your car needs! They are very attentive and make you feel like you’re the only client, they bend over backwards to help you with everything you need!
I’ve been going here for years. I’ve only had one bad experience at Ed Voyles Honda which was earlier this year, but this time, Brody made up for my last experience. Brody was communicative, honest, and helpful, which is all I could ever ask for in a service experience. As a woman, it’s easy to feel like you’re being taken advantage of in the car service industry and I didn’t feel that way. He genuinely wanted to help me get my car fixed and was honest about any service recalls. He was also nice enough to arrange a Lyft to drive me back home so I would not be stuck waiting. Thanks Brody— I will definitely be using you next time!
Ready for me as scheduled, friendly greeting. Dug deep into my Honda online service record from another state to avoid recommending repeating expensive services. Car ready quickly. Surprisingly small bill. Car washed well, but vacuumed haphazardly.
Sales advisor, Shannon Price, is TOP-NOTCH!! She ALWAYS greets me with a smile and handles my service with care and precise. She tells me what is wrong, how much it would cost and any other suggestions that she can make! Never has she let me down with my visits. Thats why I always book with her!
John “Rainbow” was our salesperson! He sold us our odyssey and we couldn’t be more pleased with the service and attention we received. Rainbow, along with his management and team were all very pleasant and they gave us a great deal on our odyssey! We had our two young kids with us and the staff was all super nice to my kids and very patient with them as they ran around the lobby!
When I first pulled up to Ed Voyles Honda, I noticed right away how bright, cheerful, and immaculately clean the entire facility was, both inside and out. It is clear that each employee cares about their products & their space. I did not have an appointment, but was greeted right away. I came only to do a test drive but turned out I was ready for a new car.Johnny was friendly, personable, helpful, and efficient. He was available for questions and ready with information, but gave me plenty of space to think, discuss with my friends & family, with absolutely no pressure. When I decided I wanted to purchase the Fit Sport off the floor, Johnny advocated to help me get an excellent price. Ryan took over from there and was very patient & thorough, and again gave me plenty of space to think about & discuss my options for financing.Between the facility and the staff, not to mention the ease of the process, I would not hesitate to send any friend or family member to Ed Voyles Honda. The customer experience is unbeatable. Y’all are awesome!
First time taking my 2017 Honda sport to this location and I can definitely say that I was very pleased with the prompt service and also great customer service. I will definitely be taking my car here for now own to get services
Carmen is a awesome agent she makes sure every time my car is done properly!! Thanks Carmen you are appreciated
I appreciate the professionalism of the service team at Ed Voyles Honda in Marietta. They work efficiently. Often, my car is done in less time than the estimate. I usually work with Shannon Price & she’s the best!
Always pleased with service; however things are getting a bit expensive...My 2020 pilot awd informed me that it needed an oil change, upon arriving at 7:30 am today at the service dept I was asked what I came in for (oil change) and would I also like the tires rotated and of course I answered yes, after 2 hrs the service rep comes to the waiting area to discuss my vehicles work up sheet. First of all on a 2020 pilot and oil change and tire rotation was $$$$369, I was informed that my passenger side front tire had a nail in it of course I wasnt going to tell them to leave it there so by the time I left at 12:00 my closing bill was$ 440...I also own and drive a 2015 civic si coupe and a 2015 accord exl; both of which have maintained by honda...I have never been out of this kind of money for maintenance void of repairs .Just didnt feel right folks
This place was a terrible experience. We brought our Honda in to get serviced, and the tires rotated. They never even rotated the tires, as we had marked them to make sure. We had the key to unlock the tires, in the car before, and they stole that. We got a flat and realized they stole the lock. They would not order us a new one, without charging us.They then charged us to take off the lock and replace with a regular lug nut…The service is terrible, the people just want your money. I do not recommend, unless you want a headache.
On a very very busy day at Ed Voyles Honda they really shined. The service representative who greeted me was great. They serviced my vehicle in less time that I thought it would take and kept me informed along the way. This is why I’ve been getting my Honda vehicles serviced here over the years
Two days ago my wife and I visited your dealership to buy a red Odyssey Elite. Our sales person, Calvin Palm, was very nice, professional and courteous! He really wanted us as a customer! But the sales manager, Richard Wade was NOT courteous or professional! We asked our sales person to honor the discounts that two other dealerships had given us in writing. He came to speak to us but spoke down to us. He was so glad to let us know that due to low inventory that they are selling at full MSRP. The fees at this dealership were higher than the other two offers, so we then asked our sales person to ask for just a $500 discount off the high fees. Richards answer was NO. Richard knew that we had a $30,000.00 cash down payment to give to the dealership that day and that we would go to a nearby Honda dealer that had the same exact Odyssey, but he did not care. We did go to the nearby Honda dealer and purchased the same exact red Odyssey Elite, except this one had side guards. Even better. We also purchased the Extended Warranty as we usually do. My wife buys a new vehicle every 5-6 years, so Richards arrogance cost him a vehicle sale, the cash down payment, the purchase of the Extended Warranty and a repeat customer. We just feel bad for the great sales person. We would not have given even 3 stars but for the sales person.
The sales representative, Justin Asten, was very knowledgeable and kept me updated throughout the process of buying a new car.
Always a pleasure getting my Accord serviced @ Ed Voyles Honda. Todd always makes sure I am taken care of - his is the epitome of customer service EXCELLENCE! Thank you all for being my dealership & service center of choice!
Our sales agent, the GM of the dealership and the Finance manager were all top notch and made our buying experience terrific. We would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy a Honda. They treated us fairly and with class. Thanks to the Ed Voyles Honda team!
I bought a new civic in 99 now also own 2018 crv on serviced at another Honda dealership service last visit substandard first Ed Voyles visit with Crv exceptional thanks Todd Katie and staff life customer
I called in to schedule an oil change which was confirmed for 10AM. I brought my Honda in at 9:45AM and was told that due to an overflow of walk-in and over-scheduled appointments, it was going to be a 2 hour wait. I had my laptop so I thought, thats fine, Ill just work from here. At 12:45PM I finally asked for an update. I was told it would be another 45 minutes before they could get to my car. I just had them pull my car around and I will find a different Honda dealership that values my time and scheduled appointment. What an absolute joke. I dont know who has 5 hours to wait on an oil change during the work day but certainly not me. I will NEVER be coming here again.
Have come here vs Acura dealership for oil changes and a couple other small things. They consistently beat the price of Acura dealerships and there’s a much more welcoming presence. Today is the first time Ive used them for repair and feel confident they will do a good job as they’ve with previous services. Yes, it is more expensive than a small shop because they use new parts for repairs, but quality is so important on an important investment. The cars hold their value but the owner has the responsibility be an advocate for quality services and/or repairs.*Update* So repairs took a little longer to complete and were at least 500$ more than quoted which wouldn’t be a problem but out of the 3 times I calledMy car was under a different name. You’d think they would’ve added some indication to account that explained error but never did after 3 calls.I made a light-hearted joke about them not giving discount but after time and/or experience dedicated to this repair I think the extra $ it takes to repair at Acura is *absolutely* worthwhile.Thank you for always being on point!
The place was the cleanest and most organized service department I have ever seen. Everyone was friendly and seemed happy to be there. I was helped in an extremely timely manner and the price was less than I expected. Very happy customer.
Great experience unlike other dealerships they knew of common issues and extended warranty on parts they took care of the issue with the AC system on my Honda Civic without any hassle. Very happy with the service and my service advisor shannon was great to deal with.
After using Ed Voyles Honda for both my Civic and Odyssey, I really cant say enough good things about it! Shannon was especially helpful and saved us $$$$ by recognizing that an issue we were having was covered by Honda Warranty. My experience not only made me a super fan of this dealership, but also an even bigger fan of Honda!
Aaron, the Salesperson was extremely helpful and understanding to close the deal. Because of him, going out of his way, we were able to get the CRV what we needed. Thanks to him. Strongly recommend him.
Sarah B. was fantastic. Worked with us on price even during a chip shortage. Made sure we were completely taken care of throughout the whole process.
I have been a customer for 7 years at this place I know. I just recently moved from the area but wanted to continue getting my service from them since I’ve always taken my car there. I’ve called and called and left several messages for the manager and it’s apparent that I’m not that valued as a customer as he has not returned my calls. He was supposed to be getting back with me regarding a concern I’m having, needless to say, I haven’t heard back. Linda keeps transferring me to Stephanie who won’t even get up from her desk to advise the manager that a customer is on the line that is needing assistance from the manager. They could really use a lesson on customer service. My friend has referred me to to the place she takes her Honda for service. This is truly sad. There is just no standard for customer service these days, if there is, it is very low.
The service manager Joe took great care of my service repairs with my vehicle. He was very accomodating and went above and beyond to ensure my repairs were completed the same day and returned to me asap.Thank you again to Joe and Sharon
Roman Woldemari provided me with excellent customer service. Thanks for the great experience. You’re awesome !
Carmen took great care of me. She worked with me to make sure I was satisfied with my repair. She make it worth coming to Ed Voyles Honda.
Marvin Bushay was awesome! Friendly and helpful! Told us it would be 2 hours and that was what happened. They did a complete check up on our Honda at no charge. Thank you David and Naomi
Marvin was absolutely great in taking care of me. Super waiting room. However, the Tech did forget to reset my oil life indicator when he changed the oil. Now stopping back to get that done.
Came in today for the first time for an oil change. The express service was easy to find. However, they could have made the cone with the sign telling you to pull forward a little larger and brighter. Very easy to miss the sign if you don’t pay attention. The check in process was fast and painless. The waiting time was average. I only needed an oil change but it took an hour to get it done. Perhaps ‘express’ wasn’t meant express. The staff was friendly but not as welcoming like at Lexus or Acura dealerships. Maybe it’s a Honda dealership so can’t ask for too much in that regard. Overall, it wasn’t too bad like some of the reviews they had about this dealership. I was a little worried I might end up with a bad experience. In the end I am satisfied with the experience here. Next time I’ll check them out when I’m looking for a new car.
Very pleasant experience purchasing my new car at Ed Voyles Honda. Cody Eggersman was a my salesman. He gets an A for great customer service!
Jody and his team were the BEST!!! I was SUPER impressed with what a perfect job they did! Once my warranty with my current dealership is over, Ill definitely be coming there!!!!
Worst experience ever. I will have to think twice before coming back here. Young hispanic lady at the cashier window suppose to find out why its taking forever to bring my paperwork to the window. She went out of her way to avoid making eye contact with me from that moment onwards. And the lady who checked me in went on lunch thats cool no problem but could have at least told her colleagues to help me out while shes out. Thanks Ed Voyles.
Excellent customer as always. . . David Manner is professional, personable and always goes beyond the call of duty to satisfy his customers. . . A pleasure to work with. . .
Ed Voyles HonIa has always been reliable, only doing what is necessary. Their follow up is great. Highly recommend the dealership and its dtaff.
I always receive good service and lots of smiles
After expressing some minor frustration about lack of communication on a vehicle I had been waiting for, Richard Wade (Sales Director), stepped in and made certain I was accommodated immediately. Long story short, he had the vehicle brought in and available for me the next day. All staff were very courteous to me at all times and after my purchase I received a follow-up phone call from Stephen Rideg (Sales Manager), thanking me for my business, as well as a thoughtful email and video from Cody Eggersman, my salesman who was not available at the time of delivery. Even the finance/business person was friendly, helpful and fast. Im satisfied with my experience with Ed Voyles Honda and I would recommend.
Excellent sales person and finance team. My car purchase was a wonderful experience.
The dealership is great. This was my first time repair. My car was not ready as promised.
Marvin Bushay and the Ed Voyles Honda team always ensure that my car is serviced to satisfaction. Thats why I drive all the way from Riverdale to Marietta!!!
Efficient and did not waste my time as I bought my 2021 Sonic Gray C-RV. Came in about 7 pm and was out before 9 pm, even though I financed the purchase. Came back a few days later for a detail and to pick up my All-Weather Floor Mats. Great service department with wi-fi and coffee and personal service.
My service advisor Greg helped me a lot ! Always nice to me and honest ! Will be coming back here again !
As always, very professional and efficient. Appreciated very much the prompt attention and service.
Carmen is amazing and always goes above any beyond with each service visit Ive had here.
Manny is the man. Hands down, now questions. He delivered the BEST purchasing experience of my life.
The sales representatives are SALE REPRESENTATIVES. They try to scam you into paying top dollar for your vehicle. If you haggle with them enough they will drop the price to where you need to be.They started at one price and after going back and forth they dropped the monthly payment by $200!I dont want to do this to get the price I need!Go to a dealer that will be upfront with the costs and not take advantage of you.
The service center is awesome. Come here for a cheap oil change. They take care of you like they are your dad. They make sure your safe, no gimmicks, and they are extremely efficient with time.
My service advisor this time after prior visits was the first one to let me know my brake fluid and transmission fluids needed to be changed because they were dirty. In addition, the technician who serviced my car left a can of whatever he was using in my front seat.
Marvin is always the man in customer service. He is professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He knows his business, and I trust him.
I’m very happy with my purchase, they were patient with me as I got all my documentation together.
Don was helpful and very friendly. The service was quick!
After I moved to Douglasville, I took my van to a couple of Honda dealerships before landing at Ed Voyles and I will never go anywhere else!!! Marvin is the best, he makes sure that everything is taken care of before he comes looking for me.
The service was great there number one goal is to make sure each customer is very satisfied.
Marvin was, hands down, the most professional service rep I have EVER dealt with… considering I’m 70 years old that’s saying something😜
Every thing was perfect, the service was schedule for 2hours, it was done in 1hr :45 minutes .👍🏾
We praise the excellent work of Mr. Marvin Bushey, always smiling, friendly, thoughtful and professional.
Gregory Shedrick was a fantastic help to me this morning. I had a loose sun visor on my Honda Accord and he went way out of his way to make sure it was fixed and available as quickly as possible. I cant thank him enough, and I also want to give a thanks to Ed Price for the nice conversation this morning. You have a great team! All the best. Steven Lang
Took my vehicle for service, let feeling like I was being scammed. At this point, I dont know if Ed Voyles is now engaging in money-grabbing practices or they have individuals performing car maintenance/repair who dont know what they are doing???????? In the many years of having my vehicles serviced at this dealership, I wonder if the pandemic has adversely impacted the integrity of the service department employees???????
Just purchased a used 2018 Honda Odyseey from here a few weeks ago and we could not be happier with our experience. Damon was awesome and did everything he told us he would do when we purchased the car. We got a really good feeling from every person we dealt with during the whole process and we feel like they are trustworthy people. I would definitely recommend buying a vehicle from Ed Voyles.
Great service, they always take the time to explain the pricing and everything that will be done!
Excellent customer service begins at the greeting and intake and ends with the treat to a car wash
We’ve owned several Honda over the years. Ed Voyles has always provided us with responsive, reasonably priced service!
Great customer service, very friendly quick and efficient and we love our new Honda!
David is such an asset to this company, pleasant, totally delightful to work with, I love that he respects time
Service was exceptional, the vehicle was done ahead of time and my car was clean when it was returned to me
Best service and sales . Ed Voyles have always been of great service to my family.
Im honestly not surprised by the recent negative reviews. I purchased a new car here last month and the whole ordeal felt really slimy. I was given a pretty low offer on my trade-in and when I negotiated a higher price for it, they somehow came up with fees/loss of discounts I would be getting at the finance office. Everything seemed like smoke-and-mirrors throughout the entire transaction. I also negotiated some freebies for my purchase (all weather floor mats, spare tire) and it was like pulling teeth to get them to provide it for me. I was not able to get it day 1 of the purchase, and I had to badger my dealer over and over to be able to schedule an appointment for the installation. Finally, after purchasing the vehicle, we were informed that the dealer we were working with tested positive for COVID-19. I felt that they were not following proper safety procedures and didnt seem to take the pandemic seriously, since in all of our interactions with them, their masks were either improperly worn or nonexistent. This dealer is honestly lucky they had the exact car that I wanted in the entire area or I wouldve gone somewhere else in a heartbeat. Ill take my money to another Honda dealership or an independent shop for all other service-related needs. If you can find the car/equivalent that you like somewhere else, please do yourself a favor and do that. There are so many other Honda dealerships in the area.
Brought my car in for its 5000 mile service. They are efficient, competent, and professional.
Was visiting Georgia and needed an oil change. Very grateful they fit me in very late in the day and on short notice due to my situation. Appreciation to all the staffers who helped me!
Great service, very competent and reasonable time frames and prices
Very nice service advisor. informative.
Robbery!!!Honestly the fact that this place charges $150 for a simple A/C diagnostic is already a red flag. Since this is you know, Honda, I wanted the most professional and reliable opinion. I thought the $150 would be worth every penny if that meant my A/C could be fixed. As I was dropping my car off, I was told by Marvin that if my car only needed freeon then that would be included in the $150 diagnostic fee. The price is still extremely steep, but it’s hot in Georgia and I needed my A/C fixed. After my car was there all day, I was given a call about my vehicle. Marvin rambled on about everything that was wrong, said that the equipment needed to fix my car was not at the dealership, and the equipment itself would be “soooo expensive and that price doesn’t even include the actual labor. It just doesn’t make sense to do all of that work on a car your year & high mileage”.Mind you, I just went to a car mechanic for an oil change and they said that my car was in great shape and running just fine. I just don’t understand how I received two contrasting opinions about my car in a matter of one week. I understand my car is an older ‘07 accord and I recently reached 200,000 miles…however the delivery of the call was giving, “your old car is not worth my time nor my patience”. He didn’t even ask me if I wanted their service, just told me to pick up my car before they closed at 6:00.Once I was at the dealership, I saw that my $150 fee totaled $179. He decided to charge a service fee as well as another random fee. He did tell me that they put some freeon in my car so it should be a little cooler. Wrong! My car is literally HOTTER now than when I initially dropped it off. I literally paid them to make my A/C even hotter! Ugh. At this point, I am so angry, and the fact that I’m paying $30 more than expected. At this point, it’s not even 6:00 and Marvin has already left for the day. Luckily, I talk to the cashier regarding the extra payment and she was able to speak to her manager and lower my price because they did not understand the hidden fees either. I do appreciate that from them!Overall, nothing was done to my car, & I felt very much like my car and its problems did not matter. This was disappointing to me, since this is an actual Honda dealership, not some neighborhood mechanic. At the least, the “professionals” should be able to fix an A/C problem no matter how old the car is or the mileage…or at the very least….try.
The dealership as a whole is very clean and organized, however I recently went in to purchase a 2021 Honda Accord Sport. Once negotiations began the salesman and financier attempted to add an additional charge of almost 5,000 on the price bringing the price to almost 35,000 and blame it on taxes and unknown fees. Immediately I knew that I was being had and left immediately to see what other dealerships offered. I called Curry Honda in Chamblee the same day and drove off the lot the next having been there no more than an hour and a half in the exact same model and year for 5,000 cheaper. Be careful if you are young or a first time buyer there are definitely gimmicks awry.
Dropped my car for an oil change at 11am came back 3 hours later, just to find out my car isn’t ready. Really??? The cashier ladies they don’t help, be on the radio messing with who knows. Just laughing all the time and never finds out what is going on. This is the last time I take my car here. So unprofessional. Terrible service. And I am writing this review while I wait for my car. just listening and watching this 2 clowns 🤡. (Cashiers)
Shannon is always great!!! She keeps me up to date with my cars needs!!
Im a farmhand who makes $10k/yr and frequently has to travel between Georgia, Michigan, & Maryland.Ed Voyles Honda tried to hide the fact that my car had a faulty transmission when they sold it to me (having been made aware of my travels) and later lied about what services I needed in order to get more money out of me (that I do not have).::::::::::Bought a 2015 Civic with a faulty transmission. Brought it in to show the technicians and the manager went on a ride with me to hear the sounds and swore he heard nothing. I told them I had a long trip to do soon and they doubled down and even took my paperwork because they said they didnt want to charge me for the time.Took the vehicle to another dealship in Michigan who confirmed the sound was bad, checked it and flew in a rep from Tokyo to personally apologize for threatening my life with a faulty transmission.I let it slide because Honda showed great interest in making sure I was okay and didnt see any reason to hold a grudge.Fast forward to now, I decided to give Ed Voylesa Honda a third chance partially out of time constraints and proximity. I Came on for an oil change and knew I needed knew brakes soon but was only planning the oil change. The technician told me I needed a total brake restore and that my brake fluid was low because they were were in such bad condition (I checked my Brake fluid and its well over the minimum line).I know dealships are known to do this and this is the general culture. But Ive been to many dealerships across the country and it really doesnt have to be this way.
Horrible! Do not waste your time there! Had an appointment [for an oil change and an emissions test], but an appointment meant nothing. I waited 10 minutes by my car even before a service advisor approached me. Then, after I talked to her, I went into the waiting room and waited 20 more minutes, but my car still hadnt moved from where I parked it. When I asked the service advisor how long it would take, she said that there were 8 cars in front of mine and that it would take 2-3 hours for them to get to mine. If she had told me that when I talked to her the first time, I would not have wasted the time there. Do not waste your time there.
Terence Foster was delightful to work with as well as the sales director.
Greg is always helpful every time I come to get my car serviced! My experience is always smooth
If you are a single woman in the market for a new car please avoid this particular dealership. I was originally working with Cody and the 1st phase of our interaction was pleasant. However when it came down to negotiations, I was sat down across from two men who were adamantly trying to force me to quickly sign a buyers agreement that did not include the previously approved by management discount. As I was looking over the numbers the other sales person stated they are not going to change and kept trying to take the paper away as if me trying to decide on such a large purchase was impacting his other sales. Mind you it was a Friday night and they had no other customers. Once I made my concerns known I was also made aware how much time was spent working with me (8 hrs) and other dealers were charging premiums right now due to inventory. The main reason I wanted to buy from this location was because I bought my 1st civic from here and had all my service and maintenance work done here until I was in a recent auto accident. You would think and hope that loyalty would be reciprocated but that is not the experience I had.
Everything was done to perfection. The only problem is the hours of operation are not posted properly.
Managers and employees are amazing and very attentive to all needs! Love my new car!
Marvin was great. Service was completed ahead of the estimated time.
The guys at Ed Voyles were professional, understanding and thorough. Thanks gentlemen.
The service was great, and didn’t take long at all.
