True Automotive is by far the BEST European car shop I’ve ever been to. Everybody in there is very friendly & they make everything real easy for you. I brought my BMW in for a drivetrain malfunction message. They quickly confirmed the suspected problem, had the repair parts quickly and coordinated with my vehicle service plan company to cover the necessary repair. Their communication was outstanding and workmanship was very professional (I do most of my own routine maintenance and am under the hood and car regularly, and inspected their work after completion.) I will definitely return for any future service/repair for my BMW and have finally found my local shop.

I went in for a scheduled oil change appointment. It took irregularly long for a simple oil change, but the technicians at TRUE automotive went above and beyond. The completed an entire undercarriage inspection and informed me of everything I should be cautious about. I left knowing my car got a thorough diagnostic evaluation and highly recommend any type of service being handled with TRUE automotive.

We have both of our cars serviced here and its an absolutely top notch place, been coming for years for routine maintenance of our older vehicles, and the occasional bigger job. Customer satisfaction and charging a fair price for quality work - and not trying to push anything that you dont need - are obvious priorities here.

Less than 15 minutes within the grounds of the shop the HEAD Mechanic was sure I would need a full inspection with at LEAST a level 1 diagnostic. Translation : Clearly I know what the issue is. Its audible. I will however charge you 150 bucks to confirm what I already know. END OF SERVICE. Multiple times I have tried coming to this shop only to be sold a free service that is available at any other shop. No I did not pay I just went to the next shop down the road and got a real diagnosis. This place will take you for every penny you have if you let them. Didnt matter what my issue was I was being talked to about the bill before any work was done.

The service was great, I would get a call to let me know the status of the repair and an expected time my vehicle would be ready.

My family and I are new to GA and we both have BMW vehicles. My warranty has expired and anyone who’s familiar will know that this means EXPENSIVE service and no more loaner convenience. TRUE Automotive seems to have changed that. Not only do they have loaners, great service and products, they appear to be honest, communicative and knowledgeable. So far, I have recommended them to my entire family in Georgia and that = about 12 cars 😂. I’ll keep you posted posted but I’m feeling good about TRUE!

I recently just got a car and was having trouble with emmissions and went to True Automotive in Marietta. They quickly got me in, keep me updated with my car about what needed to be done, and it was all done in the same day. It was also very affordable. The workers were also nice and welcoming. They even directed me to an affordable emissions place. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. 👍👍 They definitely earned themselves a new client.

I have always taken my car to the dealership for service but my last few visits have not been good. When my check engine light came on, I called for service but could not get an appointment until the end of August. I called True Automotive, they immediately made an appointment to check the engine light. From that to getting the oil changed, this is an outstanding service center. The entire staff was courteous and professional and explained everything to me. I will continue to use them for all my car repairs.

I stay next door to the business and I always seen several cars there, and decided to take my car to Nissan. Nissan could not find the solution to my problem, so my wife suggested I take it to True Automotive. Needless to say, it was the best decision to make from a person who knows nothing about cars. Coming to TRUE Automotive was by far the best experience of my entire life when dealing with any auto repair shop! Had a very hard to diagnose problem with my car. Turns out that my csr was sold to me with the wrong size tires. All I can say is Wow! True Automotive was my 3rd stop to get my Jeep repaired. I waited 2 weeks to get an appt at the Jeep dealership. Rented a car and waited 3 days and still hadnt heard back from Jeep. I called. They said I was next in line. I said, No thanks... Ill come get my Jeep. I don’t believe that my words will do justice for the quality of customer service I received from each and every person here. My car broke down at work and I had it towed to True Automotive in Marietta. I called and spoke to Brian to let him know that the car was going to be towed there and what it was doing. The next morning I spoke to Bill (the manager) and he told me he had the car and asked me questions so he fully understood what the car was doing. Bill constantly stayed in touch letting me know what David’s thoughts were and how the testing was going. Bill’s professionalism, and kindness made me feel confident in all the repairs my car needed. Since I was at work when he sent me a link which allowed me to see pictures, and technician notes. I fully understood what was needed and why. When I arrived to check out Emily’s smile lit up the whole room. I felt immediately welcomed. She took care of my payments and made sure I fully understood the bill. My trust has been wholly placed in True Automotive now. They have definitely gained a customer for life!

All I can say is wow! The company is professional from the owner Bill to the technicians and office personnel. Mechanic shops are like dentist offices to me, I hate them. Its hard to trust the mechanic, especially as a woman driving a decent car. However, this experience was so different. It was like going in for an interview for your dream job! They identified the issue with my air conditioning but it was too expensive to repair on my old Mini. More an issue with how complicated the Mini is to repair.They did a free inspection but I think some of the items were not checked but listed as needing attention because things like air filters, cabin filters always seem to need attention even though mine were replaced two days before this service.Friendly facility and they seem competent. This was my first time there and I would go back.

True Automotive replaced my brakes on my vehicle at a great price in April, 2021. Within a few months, I was experiencing some complications with the pads they used. They gladly offered to replace them at no cost to me, explained the problem that was occurring, and made the change without any hassle or complaint whatsoever. I highly recommend True Automotive and will continue to use them in the future.

So I waited until they got a tech experienced in VW, Audi, etc. to service my TDI.I did not want to deal with the inept dealership_(VW)They gave me a curticy ride home.Long story short the routine service on my vehicle saved me at least $100 over the dealership.This was my second experience with True the first was for a crown Vic.I have been pleased with both experiences.

The other night while leaving a friends house I hit a dip and tore the under paneling on my Kia Optima. Nothing too terrible but it made an anxiety inducing scraping sound from time to time when it hit pavement just wrong. I found out that TRUE would be able to take a look at it as soon as the following Monday so I went in and they took a look. $267 to replace the underpaneling. If I wanted to. They were completely honest about the fact that that part is largely unnecessary as long as I have the piece thats in front of it. I walked out of there and paid nothing. Because of that honesty and service I can safely say I know where Ill be taking my car with any issue or for maintenance from now on.

Found this company through Carmax via RepairPal, (used MaxCare). Both Carmax locations near me were scheduling weeks out, but True Automotive had the car back up and running in two days. It broke on Tuesday, and I picked up the fully repaired car on Thursday. They got the needed part shipped next day, and they even let me add on an oil change halfway through with no extra wait. Emily kept me informed, walking me through the whole thing (even helping me navigate my first towing). They took a bad situation and made it a lot less frustrating. I will absolutely be returning for all repairs while I have MaxCare, and probably after it ends, too.

These guys are absolutely awesome people. They are transparent and honest about everything they do, and are sometimes even willing to work with you on some things. I had a break job done, but my brake pads were so worn that the brake calipers had locked up and the job ended up being way more than they expected, but the technician was very nice and decided to help me out with the labor cost. This was the longest brake job Ive ever done he said.When my timing belt broke on my car, they clearly showed that they want whats in my best interest. With my particular car, the engine would have been cheaper to replace, than replacing the timing belt in the old engine, however they didnt try to milk money out of me...they suggested that I try to get a new car at this point, and I totally agree. Totally loving the patience and honesty that they have shown me.If they make an accidental mistake, they will tell you and not hide it like other auto shops. I feel like their goal is to be the most honest auto shop ever and be the good apple of the bunch. I always feel very comfortable and friendly, and like family whenever I am there. They are very communicative and dont brush you off if you have questions. You can actually talk to the technicians themselves if you need something explained to you in more detail as well!I am a web developer, a coder...a mechanic of the website industry, and as such, I am very satisfied with the service and transparency I have received and continue to receive here at True Automotive. By far the best auto servicing Ive ever experienced! The owners have set up a really different business model that totally changes the experience of taking your car to the shop. The knowledgeability and communication from staff (Emily) enabled me to make informed decisions about what to service and when in a way that minimized the long-term financial burden of regular maintenance of a car (i.e. I was able to save over $400 by combining repairs in a timely manner and declining other repairs). Plus, all prices were extremely reasonable! My experience included: ease of dropping the car off at night with prompt call in the morning, detailed and prioritized list of optional repairs, attached pictures on the repair list (see below) providing proof that the car needed serviced, and, most importantly for me, the knowledgable staff in the office who took all the time I needed to patiently explain what each relevant part of the engine or shock system does, approximately how long I could wait before it might cause further damage, which repairs would or would not impact the overall safety of the vehicle, etc. Grateful for the time and care of all the office staff AND technicians, and glad to have found an auto place I feel I can trust. :)

Very professional. Their technicians are as good if not better than dealership people. They use the same Parts at the dealership. The cost is going to be about the same as a dealership with less hassle and the ability to get your car back to you much sooner.

John McRae diagnosed and fixed my Jeep heater in less than 10 minutes! The dealership wouldn’t touch it for 3 days until after Christmas! He’s amazing! It is a very clean, professional, and highly technical and modern shop! Highly recommend!

I arrived a few minutes before my appointment time and was seen right away. They were even able to get my second car (that I had my teen drive) in as well for service. The electronic inspection report that was sent to my phone is a huge plus. Lastly, I found the cost for services very reasonable, and I appreciated the great customer service.

I have been having an issue with my brake lights for a while and no one was able to figure it out. The people at True Automotive in powder Springs took me right in figured out the problem and fixed it in the same day. After having gone to several places previously For this Recurring issue, I was so Relieved the technician took the time to dig and solve the causes. They quoted me an affordable price . Most of all, they were just genuinely nice people and did everything to accommodate me. I appreciate the technician who dug deeper into looking into the causes. Even though it seem minor the issue kept coming back and he was able to solve multiple problems. Very grateful that he took the time to figure that out. This shop has been terrific for me through a variety of cars over the years. John got my original owner 1975 MGB back on the road after being stored for a long time. This is the first time Ive visited True Car Automotive and i was blown away by the amazing customer service shown by their staff. Bill and Rob were very friendly and informative and always answered my questions honestly and always stressed the importance of providing the best customer service experience. I drive a 2006 GTO and needed a couple o2 sensors replaced. Now I rarely let anyone drive it, let alone work on it and i can happily say everything turned out great and will definitely be going back there for any future needs on my car so GREAT JOB GUYS!!

So Ive used this place maybe three or four times over the years and Ive been pleased each time. But this last time they have exceeded my expectations. Initially I took my car to the Audi dealership land received horrible service from them. I drove my car in 105k mile service and had to tow it home. Needless to say, I will never go back to them again. Ill provide review a little later.Anyway so when I realized I needed to have my car towed, I towed it to True Automotive and gave them the list of things Audi said was wrong with the car and the number to my warranty company. They have been so patient and proactively handling the warranty company and my insurance company to fix my car.Basically the dealership told me I should just get a new car after their negligence damaged it. Not the case at True. Its a convertible and Audi suggested replacing the custom top as well as the waterlogged VCM module. All of that, plus draining the water out of the car, would total it out. In the middle of a pandemic, I didnt want to do that and I felt like I should not have to be made to do that because of their negligence. So I brought it over to True and they were able to Repair the car and the top so I would not have to pay over $6,000 just to replace it. Even though I had a warranty company that would cover some of the internal damages like the power steering pump sway bars and stuff like, when Audi had it, they hadnt even tried to submit them to my warranty company.True automotive replacement ECM module repair the top and was able to work with my warranty company to address the other issues and I didnt have to get involved. They drained the water out of my car pull the seats and the carpet to dry everything, they took pictures for my insurance company/lawsuit, and the customer service is bar none. I love how they take you into the shop to see the repairs needed before they do it. They are listed with AAA (thats how I found them) and the technicians are excellent and can think outside the box when necessary. They are just great. I like Sam shes really helpful in explaining the issues and next steps. Brian is excellent as well making sure updated on my cars progress.Its a small shop but they provide loaners to use while they are fixing your vehicle. I have recommended family and friends to this place. They also give out coupons by the dozen and Ive never had subpar service or even felt like theyve cut corners. When something is repaired you can feel it in how your car rides. I lo r this place and will not go anywhere else ever again. I just always thought the dealership was better for servicing your car since theyre the ones who manufactured it. Definitely not the case.
