Gr8 place for auto repair/ inspection. Was given an appointment for pre-purchase car inspection immediately upon call. Took hardly 30 min in and out. Inspection report was very clearly explained as to what parameters were checked and why they were important. Mac and his companions were very professional and polite in conversation.Would definitely recommended and would love to return for any repairs/inspections in future if needed.

AMAZING AUTO REPAIR COMPANY! Honest, thorough and fair pricing!!!My husband found Crawford’s on google and liked the fact that they had so many reviews stating how honest they are. So we took my car in to be evaluated because they didn’t have an appointment open for service but wanted to evaluate to see what needed to be done and right away the owner took care of a noise my car had been making for years completely (my dealership said to fix this was $300). So he said we can bring it back when they had an appointment and he would further address the issue but at least I wouldn’t have to listen to that noise until my appointment time. I was so impressed with this. Then he went above and beyond when it was time for my appointment. Personally drove to get the part at the dealership, explained the charges down to the penny(which I appreciate!), stayed at the shop until midnight to get the job done correctly, and didn’t charge me for the extra hours of labor because he said he already quoted me the price and he was sticking to it. I was blown away.They are just an all around honest, fair company and I am so grateful my husband found them. We will be taking our cars here from now on. I trust them completely after only one visit!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

The owner here is not sincere at all. He overcharged me when he told me one price initially over the phone and when I arrived he raised the price 50 dollars. I then was told to come back the next day because the job was incomplete. As Im driving it home I immediately notice the A/C and heater arent working. I bring it back the next day and he tells me there is an issue with the upper radiator hose. I look and it has been snatched off Im assuming by the owner of the shop inorder to try and get more money from me. Which is ironic because my car wasnt at all leaking and that sort of issue causes a leak. I also had a full diagnostic on my car prior to purchasing it and this was not an issue at all. I told him my vehicle didnt come to him like that and he then said he could try and fix it. However he did not fix the issue he just pretty much rigged the hose on and that was poorly done. If you want your work done properly form an honest individual dont come here. He is a scam artist. I know we are in a pandemic but that is not how you go about things.. I am in the process of filling a lawsuit against this business

Excellent experience here! I came here with a check engine light on and the guy was honest and went above and beyond to find a solution for me. Most of all he was HONEST and treated with kindness and respect as a young woman. I really appreciate it and will definitely return if I have anymore issues.

I recently had my daughters car towed to Crawfords on a Saturday for what I was told was an alternator or starter issue. I truly didnt expect it to be diagnosed and fixed on a Saturday since they close at Noon and they didnt receive the car until 11AM. Mac called me to tell me he got the car and he was running some diagnostics. Mac called me with constant updates and he determined that it was actually just the battery by making some phone calls about the cold charging amps because it wasnt listed on the battery. This man saved me a ton of money and stayed until almost 4PM on a Saturday so my daughter could pick it up that day. My cars will go there from now on. I highly recommend and cant say enough about Crawfords Auto Repair.

I cannot recommend this place highly enough. I came in with an oil leak, they discovered that the Hyundai dealership technician had only finger-tightened the plug. They tightened the plug and cleaned everything off free-of-charge! I was in and out in 30 minutes. Crawfords Auto Repair is trustworthy and honest, and Ill definitely be coming back.

As a female, Ive seen my fair share of service providers who try to capitalize on limited knowledge, up-sales, and high pressure fear and intimidation tactics. You wont find that here. They go above and beyond. If youre looking for a cushy lounge and capachinos while you hang out all day, you wont find that here either. They are more interested in getting you back out on the road. Were pushing 200k miles and running strong. Havent been stranded yet!

I dont live in Marietta and needed a pre-purcahase inspection on an automobile I was buying near by. I found Crawfords in a google search and they live up to the positive rating. I called last minute to see if they could work me in and even though they were busy, they found time to look over the car. The office staff was fantastic - very professional and friendly. After the inspection was completed, they took the time to go over in detail the issues they found with the car and what was involved with the repairs. They explained what might be urgent and what could be handled through my next maintenance stop, They even provided estimated repair costs. If you live in this area, you should definitely give these guys a shot. If they werent a two hour drive from home I would take my car to Crawfords for all repairs.

Came In with a broken window waited for 2 hours just to be told that they couldnt help me that day and left with my car untouched. Came back and I had asked them to get my window working agian rolling up and down, and the window was barely held together by duct tape and couldnt roll up or down. I was upset and just wanted to get out of there until they tried to charge me 100 dollars. As much as I wanted to leave I wasnt going to be taken advantage of so I hassled him to bring it down, but please dont be taken advantage of by this greasy old man worst of the worst in the mechanic world.

Went in for preventative maintenance.Everything they fixed failed. Left me stranded on the side of the road. Nothing was wrong with my vehicle when I went in, everything they touched went wrong after. Do not use this repair shop.

Great work! Took a while, but they were thorough. Ive taken my car into a few shops and asked them to find the hole in my tire. Same answer for over a year - theres no hole. An hour or so at Crawford and they found it, patched it, and my tire is good as new.

I was on my way home to northeast TN and bumped the back of a trailer hard enough to bust my radiator and radiator support. I had no idea what to expect from these guys when the wrecker dropped my truck off at Crawfords...everyone in the shop was amazing and got to looking at my truck and fixing it immediately!! They made me feel very welcome and comfortable in a crappy situation where I was stuck so far from home. They even asked me to please call when I got home and settled so they knew I was safe. If I didnt live so far away, I would definitely be bringing my vehicles to Mac and the crew. I cant thank them enough for their help, hard work, and hospitality! Thank you!

Be weary and wise. He will double charge you. He is a self employed mechanic trying to make a buck. He will do what you say but he prepared to pay for it even if it does not fix the problem you are having. He is far from a professional but he is good and he knows, mostly from internet guides. I found myself paying $700 for a check engine light that was never fixed to have to go to the dealership and spend $800 to actually get the problem fixed.Myself working in the automotive industry as of 2015 I understand the need for profit, its a difficult business.I also live in the area and ride my motorcycle nearby, I do not agree with the way he treats cars during test drives, max throttle at a red light turning green and spinning tires on Roswell Road is not appropriate, also I concur on allegations and rumors that the owner spends a lot of time taking customers Cars on test drives to the Marietta 120 Tavern as I have seen him enter while I was leaving in the middle of a week day during business hours.

Awful. I went in with two diagnostic codes. They were for a misfire and O2 sensor. I was charged $150 for labor and told my engine needed to be replaced. I took it to Ford and they did a tune up and now everything is fine. Stay away.
