Two Conchs Fishing Charters is top notch from beginning to end, from booking the trip to cleaning your catch at the end of day! We will definitely be booking more trips with Capt Manny and First Mate, Savannah .What an amazing day Manny and Savannah gave us! They both were super friendly, very professional, shared a lot of fishing tricks and tips with us and put us on some great fish!!!! I know there are many fishing charters to choose from, but hands down, Two Conchs has our vote each time!!!!! Can’t wait to come back and fish again soon!! You can’t go wrong with booking from Two Conchs Charters and Capt Manny!!We were able to hook and cook our catch from this trip with recommendations to Lazy Days Restaurant in Marathon! Now that’s fresh seafood!!#twoconchmannyandsavannah

I fish with two conchs and captain Manny two to three times per year. No matter the time of year, the weather, or the fishing report the results are always the same, a full box of fish and a great time! Whether you enjoy offshore, wreck fishing, or heading out in the gulf he can do it all. You have top notch equipment, and well maintained yellowfin boats at your disposal. If youre in the keys and have any interest in fishing, two conchs and Manny are who to call.

We had a FANTASTIC time on our inshore charter with Captain Nick! Very professional and friendly. He listened to what we were interested in and helped plan and guide a perfect day of fishing. We limited out on snapper and even had time left over to try our luck at some sport fish. We hooked a few tarpon and ended the day with a manatee sighting. We highly recommend a charter with Two Conchs and Captain Nick!

What a fun day!My husband and I are big “fish-cationers”. We traveled to Duck Key, FL. and booked a half-day. We watch Two Conchs fishing show, and they impress my hubs.We had Jordan, and he has the patience of a saint! He was really cool, kind, knowledgeable, has great balance (funny story... he didn’t step on my sea-sick daughter, laying on the ground), and he was personable. We had to cut our vacation short, for an emergency at home. We had literally one day to enjoy, and Jordan made it great!I asked him if he saw any turtles to let us see... he stopped on a dime! We saw a massive one just livin’ life. Beautiful! We stopped at the company store, and he was on the store front. Naturally I had to take a pic!If you’re going to the Keys, and are looking for a company to fish with, definitely give them a call!

Reserved and Chartered the boat. Was called 2 days before the trip and advised a storm might cancel it. Notified Captain Alex then we would have a 6 and a half hour drive if he could tell us before we leave. He called 24hrs before and said everything would be fine. Drove, arrived on time and was told We could try or I could upcharge to a larger boat as it was 6 foot swells. Stayed with him, was suppose to go wreck fishing. He ended up less than a mile off shore, anchored, caught 3 yellowtail. The water was bad enough he should have canceled trip. So 13 hrs round trip, for an hour on the water and 1400$ later! I WOULD NOT recommend, find another charter!

In prior charter fishing experiences, the captain has introduced himself and asked what we would like to do for the day. The captain of the 32’ yellowfin didn’t even bother to say his name; however, he did make sure to add that it was his third trip of the day and he couldn’t wait to end the night. Once we departed from the docks, he mentioned that we would run and gun a little to find fish, but in reality all we did was chase birds around that we scared out of the previous spot. Not once did anyone on the boat have an opportunity to cast a line out. All we did was troll with a frozen bait off of two rods and got lucky and caught three fish in four hours of trolling. You would think that maybe if you pay upwards of $1,000 that you would stop and maybe actually fish for a bit right? Wrong. The only time someone other than the grouchy captain and his deckhand touched a rod was to reel in a fish we hooked by trolling. Not to mention this captain did not ask about prior fishing experience and instead bossed around a 19 year old female patron like she was a professional fisher who knew exactly what she was doing. If I would have known that we would troll for 4 hours and not actually fish once, then there would be absolutely no way that I would have pushed my family to go on this charter. Overall, please go somewhere else with captains that care and don’t pay for the cool boat wraps that say “two conchs”. Don’t get me wrong, the boats look great, but if you want to catch good fish for a better price go somewhere else. Truly, from the bottom of my heart, it is not worth it to pay 1k to not actually be able to hold a rod yourself and actually fish. The boat ride was awesome!

We went out on the 21ft boat in the hunt for tarpon for 4 hours and not only didn’t catch one tarpon we didn’t get one bite. While we’re are drifting for tarpon we would cast out some shrimp on smaller poles and me and my dad combined with 4 fish the size of your hand at the end of our trip. So we averaged around 175$ per fish we caught. We paid 650$ for a sorry trip, a pure waist of time. I would recommend bottom fishing we caught 100 fish doing that just with a different charter company.

First and foremost I am a huge fan of the show. Our charter was a tough one, changing water temps and a cold front. Capt Austin did his best, jumped one Tarpon at the boat, and no Permits. He tried his hardest, and fishing is fishing.I do think it’s a bit “cheap” to have “Guides should receive a 20% tip” on a plaque on the boat. I guess they get stiffed and that’s just poor of anyone on a charter to do this to a Captain.

Spent $800.00 to go fishing and didnt catch 1 fish with Captain John Ryan. Took our 2 sons out with us (10 and 15) and he was less than friendly with them. In decency we tipped him $50 because we didnt want to be rude and thought this was more than fair seeing how we were $850 all in and caught no fish. A week later they hit our account for another $100, for what we do not know. We do not recommend this charter. I would give 0 stars if that was an option but they would probably come back and give themselves stars so whats the point?

Along the way we stopped for mahi and blackfin tuna. There was 4 of us and they didnt skip a beat helping us get the fish in the boat and the lines back in the water. Our 8 hr trip wasnt rushed we ended up being out 11 hrs and he took his time cleaning the fish and letting us take pictures.. These guys did some work. We took home a ton of meat and cant wait to go back. The owner pulled up at one of the fishing spots and asked how our trip was going. Hello, good night, I want to describe the bad experience that I had with this company, not to look for stories just so that you dont go through such a bad experience.number one last month, the 31st we planned a full day outing for the amount of 1908 $ dollars and I was confirmed for the address of marthon on the same channel that I own a property at 10:45 at night they gave me a call Letting me know that the departure for Isla Bella would be changed, however to that for me and my group we had no incumbencies, none of us waited patiently and when the boat arrived it had no gasoline even though we waited a long time they drove us to a marina called panchos and we were more than half an hour waiting for the boys to carry ice and other supplies necessary for fishing to peasr that we were already close to 9:55 am we were still enthusiastic as well as for now the captain tells us very relaxed mind I have 2 news for you, a good one and a bad one. The bad one broke the boat and the good one left another one in the afternoon without further ado they returned us to Isla Bella and of course we did not want to continue in the hands of such incompetent people without further ado I say goodbye so that dont trust this company anymore

As an avid fishermen I consider myself above average and was looking to hire 2 conchs on a solo trip to better my skill set.Upon starting the day I think I started second guessing when I saw the quality and condition of the boats.Dirty, used and abused. We set off on a trip 2 captains and myself. One captains phone rang the entire time. The other did do a good job. Which is why I did two stars. We did a backwater trip on a 24’ yellowfin. To my surprise we did not catch one single fish. Not a bite.I actually caught way more fish, fishing from the actual bridge myself.I guess it’s just saddening to spend close to a 1000 to not even get a bite. But there were also the other items in which I leave this review.- boat was in terrible shape.- the captain at the end of the day when zero bites were had. States “ well I did my job they’re just not biting “.My immediate thoughts resonated with. What would George Clooney say? Definitely.“ I did my job “What to drive the boat.2 stars is for the captain chumming and trying. But seriously not one bite. Watching the Garmin previous tracks I saw they basically take you to the same exact spots Over and Over again without much deviation.I’ll stick to fishing on my own. In 32 years Of fishing I’ve never had a zero. I guess its my karma for paying for Fishing.

Im not one to write a bad review and would rather talk with the owners to give productive feedback, but after attempting to do so Ive gotten no response. Ive done a ton of charters in my lifetime, this was hands down one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with a charter. I would never want to ruin someones career over a bad day, but our guide was off the water early 2 days in a row on a 2 day charter. He also said he had to run back to the dock at 10am of the day for a virtual Subpoena to court. He then left our cooler of drinks on the dock and wouldnt return for them.I paid for 2 full days and at best got 3/4 days.Ive heard great things about this charter service, but my experience didnt match.

When you have the name on the side of your boat, you should probably think twice about how you navigate the seas, when other people are in the area.We were trolling for dolphin towards an area of weeds to stop and fish and the black boat Twin Conches came up on us real fast right where we were stopping, so we decided to move on. Thousands of miles of water and hes gotta be a few boat lengths away.Guess after a few minutes of not catching anything he starts to drive fast away towards shore, we find a weed patch and start trolling around it. What does this guy do after we start approaching our new spot? Full throttles and turns around to beat us to the spot.Seeing this guys reviews, there a perfect explanation for his privileged fishing attitude.

Terrible experience. We hired Two Conchs for a large kayak fishing group event for 2 days of fishing. Our guide was very lazy. He couldnt have put in less effort - he spent most of the time laying on his back on his boats casting platform. One morning, he refused to go back to get the cooler with waters he forgot. Also, we had hired the guide from 9am through 7pm, but he left us every day at 4pm.Lastly, he informed us we couldnt tip with a credit card (as we were told we could) because he didnt want to pay taxes. When we refused to do cash on the spot, he went ahead and gave himself a 20% tip without our approval the next day, fraudulently charging our card.Ive hired a lot of guides in a lot of places. I am blown away by the lack of professionalism and laziness we experienced from our guide. Based on our experience, I do not recommend this company.

We went out on a half day with Captain John Ryan and left very disappointed. The captain never so much as introduced himself, gave us a game plan, or even let us know where the life jackets were. Once we got on the boat we had to go meet up with another boat to pick up bait, and then drive to a separate marina to fuel up, killing a good bit of time on an already short trip. I’m not sure if this is common practice, but any fishing charter I’ve ever been on (this was by far the most expensive) the boat was fueled, live wells full and we were ready to go. Once finally out on the water, we had very little luck. I understand that’s sometimes out of the captain’s control, but what I don’t understand is why we threw back two keeper-sized mahi mahi. After all was said and done, we walked away with two fish that we were allowed to keep and got to do about 10-15 minutes of actual fishing each (group of 4).

So me and my wife and daughter came down to the florida keys with one goal in mind, for my daughter to get on a big bull Mahi ( or as she calls it a thicc boy with abs) this kid is super obsessed she has everything mahi from socks to a hat. I reached out to Connely fishing as i knew they could refer us to a great charter captain. They reccomended captain manny with Two Conchs. I have been saltwater fishing since i was about 13, i remember the trip that made me fall in love i was standing calf deep in the back of a 53 ft sport fish after catching mahis Every cast for 20 mins. Me being a memphis,tn native i have always had to book charters for saltwater fishing, over the years i have fished with captains that will get you on the fish and once you have caught several they pull you off to head to the mythical honey hole that never pays off then you run out of time. I have payed low rates and high rates. I spoke with captain manny on the phone and let him know what my expectations were and he said that we could make it happen with confidence. While speaking to him he was very proffesional and informative . So we booked a date and waited . The morning of our trip we met captain manny at the dock and once we stepped onboard we were off. This was Very awesome for me because im use to 20-30 mins of ice and fueling. We left the dock and captain manny checked a couple bait traps for live bait we loaded up bait in about 5 mins instead of spending an hour chasing bait with a casting net. After witnessing him collect bait so fast i knew this captain was a pro! Then we headed out to catch some snapper. We hit one spotnwhere we loadedup about 20 snapper in about an hour. Once the feeding slowed down captain manny spent no time wrapping up and heading to hunt for mahi. We took out and after a short boat ride we located a school of mahi. Shortly after we had several in the boat. We finnished out the day catching massive mahi. This trip was a trip of a lifetime that we will never forget. So if you want a no BS capatin that will do anything ( with in the legal limits of the law) to make sure u have a great time and catch captain manny is your guy.

Five STAR Fishing right here, don’t make the mistake of booking anywhere else. I had a booking for me, my dad an my son, from another charter cancel that day before the trip due to 2-4’ waves. I coincidentally ran into Capt Manny at the store(10 mins after my trip being canceled) who operates a 36’Yellowfin with not one, not two, but three Mercury 350’s on it. 😳I stopped him cause I had a few questions about his thoughts on the weather an if he still planned on going out. Which I’m sure he gets a lot of us tourists who wanna ask a bunch of questions but never book, he had no problem with sitting there talking to me for 15 mins not knowing wether or not I would even book with him. He said that he wouldn’t be going due to it being the only day he don’t have a tripped planned for that day. With an 18 pack in his hand it looked as if he planned on enjoying his day off, yet still offered to take me out instead of enjoying his first day off in weeks. We discussed prices, which were only a lil bit more then I originally paid with the other charter. Which turns out is well worth every penny. YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR. Capt Manny was very courteous, down to earth, impeccable throttle control and enjoyed sharing his knowledge and skills with us, which clearly put the meat in the cooler. We had Mahi bulls in the cooler within being in the boat only 30mins. An then kept the bite rolling throughout the day. We did NO blind fishing. When the bite stopped, we would roll out to the next bite. Run and Gun style fishin. Which keeps the whole day exciting. Capt Manny took three different species off my bucket list. Mahi, Tilefish, and even went out of his way to make sure I was able to mark tarpon off my bucket list. I will be booking with this company from now on an will request Capt Manny everytime. Two Conchs is lucky to have such a person working for them. I couldn’t have asked for a better trip. My deep freezer is full, thanks to Two Conchs and Capt. He doesnt waste any time putting you on fish. Also a huge variety of fish. Mahi, tuna, tarpin, king, yellow fin, catfish, sharks. Will not even consider other captains next time I am in Marathon. Already planning my next trip!

We decided to do a last minute charter and was fortunate to have found this place. Captain Jack and his staff did an amazing job and this is a top notch charter company and was a great end to our family vacation.

Do not under any circumstances use this charter boat. They took my buddy Rusty Pritchard for $200. They were supposed to mount a pair of shark jaws for him and send them to him. They took his money and ran.

Find a different Charter ! Heres our experience. Called and talked to Captain Jack about a half day possibly a 3/4 day Charter. I asked Captain Jack if there any wahoo the area . He said, they have spotted some and if we would like, they would target wahoo if weather permitting. He said we would Charter with Captain John and a 30ft boat. Turned out the boat was 28 feet . At 8:00 in the morning Captain John informed us that we were better off due to weather. We should head into the bay and chum up mangrove snapper . We agreed, and that was fine . After traveling way out there . Captain John fought the anchor and realized that it wasnt adequate for the boat . So then he said, its our lucky day lets go get that wahoo. So, we headed into the Atlantic. Turns out, the Seas were way too rough, like he said. So why did we go there?. After slamming around, I made the suggestion, can we go get another anchor and go back to the mangrove area?. He said sure. Not sure why he didnt just do that earlier. Finally,we acquired another anchor. Headed to the mangrove area to find out now storms have moved in. Heres where it got bad as if that wasnt enough. Captain John said we could wait it for a short time for storm to clear, but he would have to charge us for a 3/4 day instead of a half day. Theyre inadequate anchor screwed up two hours of the day!!!! At that point we had enough. And came back after 3 and 1/2 hours of nothing. Never touched a fishing pole. Understand, they will charge you for their mishaps. Find another Charter!

We paid for a full day trip .it took 2 hours to get to our spot caught 3 big fish but when capt. JACK decided to move to another location he realized 2 of the 3 motors werent working properly and we had to head back. Back to shore after another 2 hours trip back. He offered us go again another day, we thought he was being fair and having us pay only the gas for the trip because we only had fished for an hour, which was the right thing to do. Next day we went with captain Cam, horrible guys that mocked us all day, didnt catch any edible fish, made us pay $1400 for the trip and demanded 20% tip . We were deceived, lied to, taken advantage of. I feel robbed !! so at the end we spend $3500 for 5 hours of fishing and 2 days of our vacation ruined.Be aware !!!

We had a great day on the water with Capt. Cam. I would highly recommend requesting a charter on his boat. As an experienced angler, it was nice to have a low key captain that doesnt bark at you like some charter captains do. (and hes very meticulous while cleaning your catch!)

These guys have excellent equipment and will put you on a fish quick. Our captain (12.31.2018) was Brandon and he is an absolute pro. Put us on a fish right away, was very easy going and willing to teach us his tricks. Absolutely recommend him. Also these guys do not see a cash cow in you, which unfortunately (but understandably) is a case with many other charters. Will not even look at other charters next time I am in Marathon. And that is soon.

The captain of then black boat does not know the rules of the road and flys through anchored boat areas, cuts people off and I wouldn’t charter with him because of this.

Awesome two days of fishing. Capt. Jack Carlson made us feel welcome from the start. We fished with Capt. Cam Null. Capt Cam wad very personable and took extra time to show my two kids how to fish better. We caught a good amount of snapper the first day and 10 nice dolphin the second day.We will definitely fish with Two Conchs again!

Was at the Two Conchs Bait Shop a number of times in March, 2018 for bait and terminal tackle. Staff was always great and helpful. They were still recovering from the last hurricane but they always had what I needed. Did not go out on the Charter as I dragged my own boat down from Chicago but did see Two Conchs out on the water several times. They seem like they know how to put their guests on fish.Hope to charter with them next time I am down there. Oh, I did pick up a sweet Two Conchs long-sleeve sun shirt I proudly wear when fishing here and in Canada.

Took my ill mother in law fishing. Paid for an offshore trip woth dylan, were swapped off to the inshore guy cause dylan had already ran 2 trips that day 4 hours not a single bite, never were more than 300ft from shore. Super bummed, even more bummed with the way it was handled after.

Was out on a charter today with a different company here in the keys and we were just getting into our spot.. this two conchs boat appears and was hovering all over us.. we would turn around, then they would follow. This was going on for over an hour.So rude. You pay good money to go out on a charter and these guys ruin it.Seems that this isn’t the first time they have done this either. Read the reviews, these guys have a funny way to respect fellow anglers.

Watch the contract! Very legalized with fuel charge and automatic 20% tip for guide. Made a poor choice for my group. Boats and guides changed due to boat engine upgrade. Another boat ran over guides pinfish trap buoy so guide very angry/stressed most of the day. Visited two snapper holes poor fish size. Felt like child tourist not an experienced Florida fisherman. We tipped the guide $100 cash. Experience not worth $1200

My husband and I were really excited to go on this experience. We had heard many great things about this company. However, our captain was BEGINNING to fillet fish for the prior group into the time of which our boat should be leaving. We did a 5:00-9:00 time. The boat for our time left at 5:45.1) The captain did not acknowledge that he was late.2) we spent (no joke) 15 minutes TOTAL with actually trolling/fishing/reeling and the rest we drove around.3) The captain threw a bait box and littered into the ocean. THE PLACE HE MAKES HIS LIVING FROM.4) We arrived back to the dock at 8:45, had 3 fish. He started to clean his boat before filleting our fish. We had to go stand by the cleaning station to give him the hint that we were ready to just be done. He looked over and then decided to stop cleaning off the boat when he saw us standing on the other side of the marina.5) The captain texted to ask for a gratuity after all this.Mind you, this was about $1,000 we paid. We lost out on about an hour. So...paid roughly $250/hour for a boat ride. With one of those hours going towards another group. NOT IMPRESSED AND WILL NOT RECOMMEND OR GO THROUGH THEM AGAIN.
