The dental hygienist is a professional at damaging teeth and gums. They know how to make you feel extreme pain on your gums, to divert your attention to them. That way they can cut away your teeth. They cut off 70% of my molars and I didn’t even notice due to the extreme pain. They do it so well that x rays don’t even show the damages, only photos work. If you plan to visit this clinic, make sure to record and take pictures.

I have been going to this dental office for 6 years and have been diligent about two dental visits a year. They have a nice facility, friendly staff, but the quality of teeth cleaning is insufficient. I have noticed decline in my teeth, issues that should not be present for someone who visits every 6 months. I asked my 9 year old son if he thought they do a thorough cleaning and he even said no. We are searching for a new dentist.

I saw Genna and Dr Ziemer to remove a cavity. They were both nice, professional and talkative.

I have always had a great experience with them! Friendly and attentive staff!

Okay so I have high anxiety when it comes to the dentist and I have not seen a dentist in 5 years because of this..But I scheduled here and I have honestly never had a such a nice experience at the dentist. The dental hygienist I think it was Katie I’m horrible with names sorry!! But she was the best talked to me told me what she was gonna do what I was gonna feel and she cause me NO pain...5 stars..

Please do yourself a favor and do NOT come here. The dental hygienist are awesome but that’s it. The doctors are not friendly and billing does not disclose things you’d hope they disclose. I had to get a root canal done and due to insurance, they recommended I wear the temporary crown until January (3 months) so the benefits would renew. The temporary crown fell out the next day. I went back in to get the permanent one place and when leaving, was told I owed over $600. Considering I did not have that nor did I expect to owe that, I asked about a payment plan. I was told that was not an option and had to open up a credit card, in that moment, to pay for the service. After a week with the new crown, I noticed an “off” smell when flossing. I called and left a message. I was told “don’t worry.” Fast forward you today, my permanent crown fell off and is clearly infected. I am so disappointed that I paid $1,600 for all of this and have had nothing but issues. Incredibly unprofessional.

If I could give them a zero, I would. My family has been going there forever.....5 kids, two are now adults. ...Because of an insurance change, even though they take that insurance they only take so many on it....We are now considered new patients and they will no longer see my kids.Nice treatment of your long time customers. It seems they have forgotten who keeps them in business.

Park dental, please stop abusing your dentist status to harm civilians’ teeth.

Super friendly and professional. Just a little less speedy than ideal, but maybe Im just a little impatient.

Very disappointed with the treatment I have been given this past 6 months. I have been a patient at this dentist office for 25yrs and have brought my children here since they have had teeth. My husband also is a patient here and after the way we have been treated we will be looking for a new dentist office.

Ive been going here for a couple of years now and they have been great! Easy parking, great service, and friendly and knowledgeable staff.

Terrible customer service!! I have been in pain for over a week! They call me the day before Im supposed to come in and they switch the doctor on me... no big deal. The ext morning (day of) they call and say sorry, the doctor looked at your xrays and we need to refer you to a specialist! So what now???!!! I have to wait till next week when I have another day off and be in pain that entire week!?!?!?!? Never going back and I highly recommend no one else lines these terrible doctors with your money!! DO NOT RECCOMEND

Took my kids here Saturday was awesome quick friendly and they actually cleaned their teeth. We used to go to health partners they just brush your teeth and they every single time some one had cavaties, this time no one had cavities theyd always make it sound like no matter what we did they had horrible teeth, but I think it was the dentists. I love seeing the dentist when my teeth feel clean afterwards
