Tommy promptly found my issue with my computer, it was the charger cord!! He could have made up an expensive diagnosis, but he is an honest business man. I got same day service and he also gave me some helpful tips on using less space, faster start ups, critical updates for performance and security. Will definitely be back with any future issues and I highly recommend his expertise!

Tommy helped me to get my computer screen working on tax day (May 17) after I dropped the laptop from my chair.  It seemed like the screen would have to be replaced, but he was able to fix the one that I brought in to him by removing it and more securely restoring the connection to the screen.  Once it was put back together, I was able to get my tax return done that day.  He did all this work at a very reasonable cost.  I think that you will appreciate his fine work and very reasonable fees.

I stopped in to Tommys last week with one of our company laptops. We had no idea what was wrong with it. It was working and then it wasnt. The keyboard would light up when powered on but the screen would not come on. Right away Tommy was able to determine that the laptop was stuck in rest mode. Tommy explained that the laptop was likely trying to install an update and someone closed it during that process. Tommy is very knowledgeable and efficient in his line of work. Within about 30 maybe 45 minutes I was walking out with our completely updated and visible screen. (Most of the time spent was waiting on the very large update that needed to be installed). He was able to recover most if not all of the data from my crashed hard drive and install a new, larger hard drive for a great price and he did it all in one day! Tommy does fantastic work and is completely up front about all costs and about what exactly is going on and what can or cannot be done to fix it. It is a challenge for those of us not very tech savvy to make a decision on who to reach out to for computer repair service. Instead of buying a new computer as was suggested to me, I found a local guy-Tommy- who assured me he could bring my computer back to life! Told me to bring it to his shop immediately after I placed the initial call to him. Ultimately the hard drive needed replacing and the external storage unit also had a major issue. He came thru as he promised after two days of transferring data, replacing the drive and restoring many years of documents and photos. Now my all -in- one desk top computer works awesome again! He was very patient, provided updates, and educated me on the repair process and even called me to check in to be sure everything was working well after I got home. Pretty impossible to beat that for amazing customer service!! My sincerest thank you and sending 10 stars your way!

Wow! Talk about customer service! All I can say is Im so glad I found Tommy. Wait for a week to get in to see someone at the Big Box store so I could wait another week to get my computer taken care of vs. call Tommy and get an immediate appointment. And he charged the same amount. Easy decision!He swapped my drives in a couple of hours, works perfectly, and I even noticed when I got back to my office he had given me a higher gauge power cord than the one I brought in with me. I called him to tell him we need to swap it back since I didnt pay for it, and he said no problem, just keep it.If I ever need anything done on my laptops again, I know who Im calling...

I initially took my laptop in for a charging port repair in JANUARY! While repairing the port, Tommy GLUED my laptop screen to my keyboard. While trying to pry them apart, he damaged my screen. He stated that he would replace the screen but there was an issue with the hard drive. I told him it’s a brand new laptop and that there should be no issue with the hard drive, stating that the computer and screen worked perfectly before he further damaged it! It took him a month to state that he was “trying to find a screen” for a 15” laptop. Another month passed and he stated that he would replace my laptop. He initially stated that he would try and replace my laptop with a Walmart brand and when I advised him that Walmart does not carry my laptop and that theirs are much cheaper. He stated he would find another vendor. I call him back Today, April 1st and he tells me he tried to find a similar laptop on Wish but my model is “sold out” everywhere. I stated so what do we do at this point? He offered me $300 for my $1200 laptop. When I disagreed about what he offered me, he yelled thru the phone “well you can sue me!” and hung up! That is EXACTLY what I will be doing!

Tommy did a great job on my computer. It was completely unresponsive when I took it in to him and he gave it back to me working great. I was terrified it was doomed forever. Tommy is THE BEST! I have a Geek Squad account and could not even get an appointment for more than a week; then I would have had to leave my computer and they would have taken several days to fix it. UGH! I called Tommy and he was able to take me almost immediately. He kept me informed of the work he was doing...it turned out to be a complicated problem, but he worked and worked at it until he figured it out. I got my totally fixed computer back the next day. Want a computer repair service that is no frills but does a great job within a minimal amount of time then Tommy is the guy for you. Twice in the last 60 days I had problems with my laptop, with the last one being a serious hack. In both cases Tommy repaired it within 24 hours at fraction of what the big repair shops charge. I thought enough about his service I recommended him to other members of my family.The only caution I would recommend is to call 1st before going over to his shop as he may be making an in home repair call.

One of my concerns with bringing my comp anywhere is that there is so much info on it to hand over to a random stranger, however I immediately felt comfortable and safe leaving everything in his care. My computer couldnt boot, only came up with the HP screen and I thought I was screwed! We had some Ransomware on our computer that needed to be removed. We called the Microsoft help line and they were willing to help us for a small fortune.
