Dale helped me set up a new laptop and printer. He has been prompt in getting back to me. As long as he is town he arranges a quick response.On top of that he is a nice guy and it is a pleasure to work with him.

Mr. Dale Ficken, owner and operator of this business fit me into his busy schedule twice. He aids many larger businesses in the community, but I needed a personal computer looked at and he took it within 24 hours of my call, and returned it the very next day! His prices are beyond fair! I was happily surprised that as long as I brought the pc to him and picked it up when he was finished; he offered me a flat rate vs. if he had to come to my home, he would have to charge me a rate per hour. Fantastic tech support. Ive used them for website design and hosting. All of my computer maintenance has been done by Dale. Hes really reasonable and finds a way to use what you have and has even recommended free software instead of charging me for a similar paid program that does the same job. They have great customer service and can come to you to fix things or trouble shoot issues on your computer remotely.
