Always super helpful over the years. If it can be repaired it will be.Very busy team so be patient or make an appointment before you go to get incredible service.

When I bought my dektop computer in 2008 they said that it would be better foe them to install all the software as they qould do it in the right order and all it qould cost is $25. When I went back to pick it up they told me it would be a $100 and i was like what. They said it was $25 per software. I was like that is not was I was told. They did lower it to $25. Today I called to see how much it would be to look at my 2014 laptop. After 10 minutes and 8 times sounding like someone kicked, no one answered the line. Poor customer service. I would not use geek squat again.

If you need the geek squad, choose another location. the group here is lazy and looks for reasons to not do their job. they are ignorant on the products they service and come off as rude and busy. the difference between this group and the geek squad i have used from other locations is a world of difference. I had to literally return the following day and connect the geek squad manager with Apple care via my own phone for Apple to explain to him what he needs to do. unacceptable even for low level management or a normal customer service rep.

VERY slow service. The kids working here need help and are in over their heads. Stood in line for almost an hour even though I had an appointment. Watching the workers fumble through the customers in front of me was frustrating although at times somewhat entertaining. Does geek squad train the employees at all?

Managed horribly. would get better service from a craigslist basement repair shop ran by a middle school b honor roll kid.

Chi helped me with an install and later resolved an issue that came up. He was very dedicated, patient persistent, and kind the whole time. This man is talented no doubt. Would recommend him.

Rather go to my senile grandma for help before I ever go back to geek squad, they just want you to buy new things do to even bother to help. Looked at my laptop for 30 seconds before they told me they couldnt do anything. Pretty pathetic

Barely took the time to evaluate my laptop just told me to throw it away and get a new one, went straight to sales mode. If you want to repair your laptop I would recommend finding a local shop that takes your pocket book more seriously. Go to Wuzzys in Oakdale problem fixed for under $100.

Squad members were always busy but managed to be polite and complete my service sooner than promised. Did have to wait awhile to pick up the computer due to their business. Wish price did not have to be so high!

Great customer service, Updated the latest software on my computer

If I could give a negative number I would. I told them I had an hour before work and needed that data recovered from my hard drive and placed in my external drive, saying I just wanted to drop it and I’d buy a new laptop. They took the computer to see if the drive was resdable despite being the ones who had checked it before and the clerk went back to another client. The tech in back I could see and he was done in 5 min. 45 minutes elapsed and I had to ask to get the laptop to leave. Apparently only one clerk talks to people and discussing food for 45 minutes was better than getting my device hecjrd in so I could leave it to be worked on and buy a new laptop while there. They lost service and a sale and not s single person on this geek squad location seemed to care about the customer.
