Very thorough inspection of vehicle with video showing a summary. Oil changed and fluids topped off. We had a small concern and they took the time to check into it and review the results. Car washed and all service completed in under and hour!

The new inspection video feature (which showed the underside of my car) is great. It was great to see the completed work of the installation of the anti-theft catalytic converter shield. Ive used Maplewood Toyota for my repairs for several years. They are keeping my 2005 Prius in good shape.

Had my front brakes replaced. They estimated the cost down to the exact dollar a week prior. Explained everything I asked about, and only took a couple hours. Still go to maplewood even though it’s a bit far because I’ve always had good and transparent experiences there. And they have some big fish in that tank now 👍

Ordered some wheels from Scott in the parts department. Something got messed up and all though my parts were supposed to be in, they were not. But Scott stepped up and had the wheels there the next day! Thank you Scott and Maplewood Toyota. My wife loves her new wheels!

Brought the car in for regular maintenance as well as analysis of problems with A/C. Ended up having to replace the A/C compressor, so it wasnt a cheap fix. However the tech texted me a video explaining everything he checked and all service required and cost estimate to help me make a informed decision. Required leaving the car overnight. Everyone involved was very helpful, and the loaner car they gave me, a Toyota Venza, was a great ride. Everyone I have dealt with at Maplewood Toyota have always gone above and beyond.

I mainly used these guys for diagnostics of my wheel bearings in this visit. I thought it was probably my front left wheel bearing making the noise. For $70 they ran their diagnostics and told me that I needed two rear wheel bearings. The price to replace the wheel bearings was exorbitant, $1700. I declined to have the work done, I bought two rear wheel bearing hub assemblies from an auto parts store for $150 a piece and I replaced them myself in my driveway the next morning in four hours total. The dealership was right, my vehicle is smooth as new now. The Service tech was friendly and supportive of my decision. I am glad I had the dealer tell me which bearing; other wise I would have done work I didn’t need to do. Definitely worth the diagnostic fee. I’ve been to this dealership service department a few times with Toyotas I have purchased from this group and with Toyotas I have purchased on Craigslist. These guys are always honest and friendly. They are also as expensive as any dealership’s service department. Sometimes I have them do the work, more often I do it myself. I will only bring my Toyotas to this place or do the work myself. Otherwise there are too many crooks and too many incompetent people in the world. You get what you pay for.

Ive always received great service at Maplewood Toyota. This was my first experience with the video walk around and online ability to accept or decline any additional or suggested services.

I’ve been taking my Toyotas, most of them older cars/SUVs, here for years. Dealer service and parts mean spending more. So far, totally worth it, and the customer service is excellent.

We ended up buying a Rav4 Hybrid 2018 we love it!’ However it was pretty dirty when we took it off the car lot! Talked to your salesman Rick S which was very helpful with us and he was pretty disappointed how dirty it and said it should’ve been even out in the sales lot! I got home and cleaned it up the best I could but he said they would take care of it. I’m bringing it in on August 17th for detailingand new tires put on. Your sales been Rick S was very helpful and honest with us. This is the second vehicle we bought from you guys first one we had was a RAV4 2016 but the new one it’s fully loaded what we were looking for and we just love it!!!
