Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Cost me $117 for the oil change and tire rotation it took over two hours. Unacceptable. Got my car back from the car wash and it wasn’t even dried. This place is lost it’s touch and attention to detail. Also tried to sell me a useless fuel cleaner for 160 bucks. They have lost my trust!

My girlfriend has been shopping around for a new car for about a month. Weve been to almost every dealership in Minneapolis...and even Las Vegas. All that to say, this is the grossest dealership weve ever stopped in. All Lexus dealerships are ugly beyond belief. But this one takes the cake because at least the other ones are full of friendly people who, at the bare minimum, let you sit while you wait. This place just stares blankly at you while you awkwardly stand in the lobby for minutes on end.My girlfriend came in with the intent to buy a Lexus. Every other car dealership is fighting inventory issues but there are at least a dozen and a half confirmed, unassigned, versions of the model she wants here.My brother just literally bought this car at a good rate. She went in knowing that and they laughed her out the door and called her a liar.So all that to say, this dealership is ugly all around - bad furniture, bad lighting, no hospitality in the form of snacks, water, coffee, coupled with a bad attitude by older men who think women dont know anything.

Had my non-Lexus car in for the “spa” treatment and it came out so clean and shiny that I couldn’t be happier. The associate that helped me check in & out made everything easy and quick which was impressive being a new customer not in their system. Thanks for the great service!

He made an appointment for my car, kept in contact with what was going on with my car, took care of it and returned it like new!I wished the appointments could have been available sooner due to certain situations, such as the door not locking properly. I was a little surprised today when I took my car in to get an oil change the guy that help me was great they usually wash your car and vacuum it out just wipe it down they did not touch my car with a vacuum my car was all wet when they brought it in so no one even wiped down I was willing to wait I don’t know what the reason for that was but absolutely no vacuuming and it really did need it. That’s the first time that the service has been done poorly. Hopefully next time it will be better

I brought my car in today for routine maintenance before taking it on a 2,000 mile trip. They found the transmission fluid a quart low because of a leak. They had to wait for it to cool before they could fix it, but I had another appointment to go to, so Steve (my service rep) went to help hose it down to cool it faster so we could be on our way. Thanks so much for going the extra mile and saving my transmission and a very costly breakdown on our vacation! ❤❤😀

Great service. We’re honest that even if they replaced the bulb it would not make the headlight brighter. We’re able to get screws off liscense plate holder. They did not charge my son for this awesome service. They were very practical with service that needed to be done. Will be back sometime when we have time to get it done. A great experience.

On the positive side, the work was completed in a timely manner. However, I had just had the car in to this dealer for a full inspection including brakes and it passed with flying colors. I was specifically told that the brakes looked great and the written report reflects that conclusion. Today, only a month later I was told that the rear brakes showed severe gouging and had to be replaced. It makes no sense to me that the brakes could have deteriorated so quickly. I was also quoted a cost for the work but when the bill came it was $60 higher. The difference was taxes and a service charge. In my opinion, the quote should reflect what the customer pays, not what the dealership keeps. A not great experience and not typical of my prior experience with Lexus service.

Excellent dealership! I went in for routine maintenance, and they found a small leak that was covered by warranty. Since it was going to take awhile they offered me a loaner. A few blocks from the dealership an inattentive driver darted out in front of me and I almost got stopped but I broadsided him. After calling authorities and having the accident investigated, I called the dealership. They worked with me getting accident reported, just glad everybody was safe.

Lexus of Maplewood used to be a fine, honest dealership that took care of their customers first and foremost, until recently when they were purchased by the Chicago-based Ed Napleton Automotive Group. Since then customer service and ethics have declined to the point where I wont bring my Lexus there, nor would I recommend anyone buy a car there. If youre determined to buy a Lexus (great cars--five stars) find it outside of the Twin Cities and have it serviced elsewhere by a local mechanic or a Toyota dealer. They also purchased Lexus of Wayzata but I dont know anything about that dealership.

Purchased my third car at Maplewood Lexus this past weekend. The sales rep, Andy Solomonson was a great help and was very patient with me as I did my research. I felt no pressure at all to purchase. Over the years I have had a great experience with this dealership. And probably in a few years I will start my new search there again.

I had my usual 5,000 mile maintenance. The things done were the inspections and rotatingthe tires. They said it would take an hour and a half. It ended up taking two and a half hours. No work was required, no explanation for what took so long. No compensation for my excessivewaste of time. Very disappointed in their service.

A simple oil change turned out to be an all day affair. But they gave me a loaner right away! Mike is super service focused.

Service was good and we’re always treated with courtesy and respect. The service advisors communicate clearly and have a loaner vehicle for us if we need. We live a couple of hours away so they endeavor to keep to our appointment time although if they’re busy the wait can get a bit long. What we’ve learned is to simply take the loaner car and take the pressure off of all involved to get our other errands run. Work quality is always top notch and the waiting area is like a mini resort stay!

Well it Started out not so good, especially when I called to ask if my car was done, and he said they couldnt find my car, and said he had to call me back when they found it, !!!! They found it of course, lol but then when I finally picked up my car it was washed, and buffed out, it looked better then when I left it.... and it was a very positive experience with the helpful very personable staff, and they explained everything about my key fob, and computer chip. that I had made, After loosing my only key, I was a basket case, lol they got it done, and also my son asked them to check another mechanical issue with the car,,,, They assured us it was not dangerous, And peace of mind is a big thing with me, since I am older and I want to be safe and not break down !! thanks again

This dealership will make you feel good about coming in for service. I worked with Thomas, an exceptionally experienced and skilled staffmember. He helped me get some recall maintenance done, and skillfully sold me a sparkplug replacement. I feel that i received great service, and Thomas treated me well. I purchased a used Acura TLX from Lexus of Maplewood. I noticed dried oil around the valve cover gasket. I mentioned it to Ray and he told me he had a tech look at it and the tech concluded it was not leaking. 1 month later after taking the car to my mechanic, he told me the valve cover gasket is leaking and in need of replacement. I reached out to the GM Matt and he agreed since it was promised as a contingent of the deal that they would have the vehicle repaired. They paid for the entire bill completely out of warranty and provided me with a loaner vehicle while the car was being repaired at Acura of Bloomington. Highly recommend Lexus of Maplewood! They very much care about their reputation and ensure every customer is happy with their purchase.

Maplewood Lexus had vehicle that I was interested in. I arrived after contacting the sales rep via Facebook messenger through marketplace. Whenever I’m in the market I always go and physically look and test drive before I do anything! This particular vehicle is what I wanted and had the features. The only thing I wish it did have was being fully detailed and reconditioned cosmetically! I know that most dealers would not put too much money into a vehicle since the price will reflect what has been done to it. If the vehicle was not a one owner and did not have a good track record I would have not purchased. I almost backed out but because my offer was accepted based on the vehicle’s condition, it was a deal too good to pass. I’m glad a deal was made and both sides ended up with something! Took my car in for an oil change and had to replace my water pump. They gave me a loaner car and ended up I needed an extra part that had to be ordered. The part came in earlier than expected and returned the loaner. My Lexus is in great shape now and glad it all got taken care smoothly. Havent had a car here in years. Wont stop marketing me, using my personal profile with other customers who take out cars for loan. I am genuinely concerned that someone will rent a car in my name, damaged or not return it, and the next move will be trying to prove that it was never me... Overpowered by up sales! They want to charge to arrange your floor mat? No thanks I scheduled an oil change and was bombarded by services I didn’t need or want. Called 4 times to get update on vehicle. Only part of the experience that was pleasant was the receptionist each time I called, she was friendly and helpful. I bought three cars from this location but this was probably the tipping point for service.

I purchased a 2018 Lexus and I had the best experience then I have had with any other dealership.
