I brought my car in for an ignition interlock installation. They said it would take 1-2 hours to install, and that they would call me when it was finished.After 3 hours of waiting at the McDonalds across the street, I got sick of waiting so I went to see if it was done. It was, they just didnt bother calling me.When I brought my car in the air conditioning and ventilation modes worked fine. After the installation, the controls no longer functioned, or lit up. I went to explain the problem to the mechanic, and he claimed that the problem had nothing to do with the ignition interlock wiring. Its true that interlock doesnt directly tie into those systems, but they were down in the wiring and probably accidentally unplugged the controller or tugged too hard on the wiring bundle.Now I have at least an hour of work to try to figure out what they messed up..what they wouldnt take responsibility for.If you need an oil change or tires rotated, they are probably really good at that.But if you need anything more complex than that, your probably better off going to a real automotive shop; one that isnt in the back of a gas station.

Kinda going down hill.Got a oil change and the kid changing my oil was new, but he was working his was off. He couldnt print my receipt due to computer troubles and received absolutely no help from the manager.I was there more then an hour.While getting my car washed that came with the change, the carwash pooped out mid-wash. I had to call the cashier to send a mechanic to get me out.

Ill freely admit I chose Fleming as it was so close to my apartment and I was scared my car wouldnt make it far. HOWEVER, now that I have had a real experience there, I will absolutely be back and recommend to friends and family.I was in quickly and the issue (mass flow air sensor) was diagnosed promptly. All pricing was discussed and justified well before any work was done. Communication was excellent in regard to what was wrong with my car. Mechanic also alerted me to some other issues that will need to be dealt with soon and included pricing for those additional issues.Ultimately, you never want a broken down vehicle and the costs that are included, but it happens. When it does, I, for one, am glad to have a professional, courteous team like Fleming on my side.

Best oil change shop in my part of town. Lonnie and Amos are considerate and knowledgeable...and they have charisma! They go above and beyond in checking all elements related to a periodic service.To top it off (pun intended) their prices are unbeatable.

Flemings is well deserving of my first ever posted review! I brought my car in close to closing time and Amos was more than willing to service my car. He was determined to fix my headlight after another auto shop did a piss poor job of putting it in. He also did an oil change and put on my summer tires. Amos had top notch customer service throughout, as well as the other two working in the gas station! Unfortunately, I did not catch their names, but I hope you all see this and know how much I appreciated the friendliness and customer service I received. Ive never felt so comfortable in an auto shop. Not pushy, just tells it how it is.I will definitely be back!

Bring your money and time somewhere else! Went in for a wheel barring replacement and just as the part went out of warranty it started making loud vibrations. I had a friend look at it. They chiseled the wheel bearing off and left grooves so when the new one was out on it warped over time. They also over charged me for the piece and amount of time it took. Also they didn’t put a grease fitting back in and it was bone dry. Very unhappy.

I have been going to flemings since about 2011 and I absolutely love them! They are always honest. Prices are always fair. They never push you to make a purchase that you dont want. Friendly customer service. I use them for large repairs and small. I have even gone in with a lose panel, they fixed it up within five minutes and sent me on my way with no charge. I recommend this place to all my family and friends.

Amos was my saviour today!! I got a flat tire across the street from Flemings auto service. Walked in and asked them if they could help me fix it. Not only did they help me change it, they found the hole and patched my tire as well! Less than an hour there and I was on my way. Quick fix for an emergency situation. Would definitely recommend. Amos was very kind!!

We were traveling to Carlsbad Caverns when our car started sputtering and broke down. We were able to get to the caves and explore for a few hours while the car cooled off. We hoped it was just from the heat, but just as we left Carlsbad the car had enough and we were stranded.We called Flemings at about 5:30 pm, waited for a short time for a tow truck which they called for us. They stayed late, way after hours to fix our car, solved a mystery we have had with it for years. They quoted us a very reasonable price (Ive been quoted twice the price for the same job elsewhere) stuck by it and got us back on the road with a warranty and roadside service.These guys went way above and beyond to help us get home. It was 115 degrees out in Carlsbad, most people would have told us to get a hotel and deal with it the next morning.We are so grateful for such honest, hardworking people. Best mechanic Ive ever dealt with. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

My name is rick anderson i brought in my 2007 jeep grand cherokee so repair the problems that i was having is it was stalling out every time it was hot. I had taken my vehicle to other shops to try to find out the issue but none of the shops were able to find the problem. I ive spoken with a good friend of mine and he suggested that i take my vehicle to flemings because that the repair work there has been phenomenal. i had received a call from john the very next day and he said to me that he had found the issue he was able to figure out the problem.i want to thank john and brian for their dedication and their hard work to find the problem.

Great Customer Service!!! They find and fix Intoxalock issues quickly and correctly! A different company improperly installed the unit by twisting copper wires together, taping them, and expecting them to hold. Flemings fixed the intermittent issues by using the professional approved connectors. They were fast, and even charged the fix back to Intoxalock! Thanks Guys.

Went there to have the bulb in my head light. Was told in order to change the bulb the bumper had to come off. When I questioned it the guy gave me straight attitude. When I tried to pull my truck in the bay there was a bucket in the way. The guy would not move the bucket so I could pull in straight. After trying a few times to pull in the guy snapped at me to get out the truck so he could pull it in. I backed out of the bay and left. The guy was very rude and had bad customer service. He acted like he did not want to do the service in the first place. I have never been treated so bad when trying to have a service done.

I have to say that I had the most amazing service today at the gas station portion from Luke. I specifically asked for the receipt for my $3 purchase just so I could get his name. What a nice guy! He made my Friday!

Amazing and fast service!

While on vacation on 7/31/13 our 06 Toyota 4Runner broke down. We had it towed to a Toyota dealership . They determined the breakdown was due to the failure of improperly repaired wires in our wiring harness and that the damage to the wires was caused during the previous replacement of our timing belt/water pump. The timing belt/water pump were replaced by Flemings 12/2011.When our car broke down we were on the interstate and in a very precarious position to have our car die. We were fortunate to maneuver to the shoulder without accident or injury.We incurred expenses & a 24 hour delay in our vacation while our car was being repaired as a result of the damage caused by Flemings and their subsequent improper repairs.In addition, our wiper blades were supposedly changed during an oil change on 7/22/2013. While in the Toyota shop it was determined that our wiper blades were cracked, old, worn out, and needed to be replaced. Apparently Flemings replaced them with used wiper blades. We have been customers of Flemings for 15 years and have noticed service declining over the last 2 to 3 years. But we did not think they had sunk so low as to endanger our lives.Weve sent a certified letter to Flemings asking them to correct the problems they caused. They ignored us. We filed a BBB complaint. In response Flemings claims they had not heard of the problem until the BBB complaint but then went on to say they had tried to call the business cards which were included in the certified letter. It seems that Flemings service and word can not be trusted.

I give this company a terribly poor review based off of the discriminatory methods of prejudice mannerism they allow to be used upon their customer service representatives, its sad that in this country we still have ignorant people who are quick to judge. .. A cash paying customer should not have to be insulated by deragitory accusations prior to paying for services.

I needed an oil change as we were leaving on a 1200 mile trip the next day and also needed to fill the tank. Stopped by Flemings Auto Service & Repair to do it all. I asked if they could do this while we had lunch and the response was absolutely.We walked across the street to Bleechers Bar & Grill and had great burgers and margaritas! They had a full menu with a lot of items, but we just wanted burgers. Lunch took about an hour and we walked back across the street to check on the car. To our surprise, it was all done and more.While they were changing the oil, they found some loose stuff on the front bumper & grill and fixed that too. They topped off all of the fluids, changed the oil & filter, fixed the loose stuff, cleaned the windows, and ran it thru the car wash all for about the price of an oil change at Walmart. Needless to say we were extremely happy with the service and the polite attentive service provided by the employees. Even the owner Katie came out and thanked us for our business.I would highly recommend Flemings Auto Service & Repair to anyone needing an oil change. Plus its kinda convenient to have a place for a burger and a margarita right across the street while you wait!

I was looking at a used car, and brought it over to Flemings to have them take a look. They gave me great advice, and helped me avoid buying a potential lemon. They didnt charge for advice and helping troubleshoot the problem.

Had gone to this station on 5/1/14 just to buy gas as I had a lunch engagement at a nearby restaurant with a client. On a whim, I asked for oil change, filter, rotation and wipers hoping to kill two birds that day. To my surprise, they were able to fit me in. The location was clean well maintained and well attended. (It now reads Minnoco, on the facia and on the sign. I think its a Minnesota local gas chain.) In any regard, I was greeted immediately at the c-store counter and the gal immediately had one of the techs come out. He was able to take care of everything within an hour. I went to my lunch meeting and returned to a finished job. I was pleasantly surprised by the bill as well. They didnt take advantage of my short notice or their services. The tech mentioned a couple of other items that he noticed during the rotation that felt were things that I would need to address in the not to distant future. He didnt try to hard sell me on these other maintenance items. He just wrote those down on the invoice and told me to keep an eye on it around the next oil change. When finished, I got a complementary car wash, and the gal at the front counter asked me if I had a good experience with their service. (That question never seems to be asked these days). The owner (Katie) has definitely trained her staff to do and say the right things. Will be back for more. Highly recommend because they are fair and most importantly honest. Kudos to Flemings.
