I have used Larsons a couple of times now. They are extremely professional and Shannon is very personal! He explains why everything needs to be done and how they are going to do it. The pricing is fair and you never have to worry about random charges!

I have had work done on both my vehicles at this establishment and I can honestly say they do a fantastic job. A year ago this November I had Shannon the owner and head mechanic do a complete brake job on my Yukon and I went with the better pads and rotors. After 10k miles I noticed a pulsation in my brake pedal and a shudder in my steering wheel. I reached out to Shannon to let him know what was happening and he scheduled a day and time for me to bring it in. He confirmed to me the rotors were warped which was unusual for that quality of rotor and wound up replacing all 4 which I know is not cheap. Shannon went over and above to make it right which was so generous. My family and I will continue to support such a professional, honest and classy establishment that truly cares about its customers. I will be recommending Shannon and his service center to those who are looking for great work from an honest hard working business. Thank you Shannon!!

They replaced my headlight. I couldn’t get my headlight out, so I called up for an appointment, they got me in right away and the whole thing took about 8 minutes. They are extremely helpful and professional and I will be going to them for anything else my car needs a garage for. Thank you so much!

Never took there time to diagnose my shaking in the front end. The tech claimed it was fine after his 3-4 min drive on the highway. My appointment was at 11:00am they did not drive my car till 11:38am. I took my suv to the bmw dealership they said my tires are out of alignment. They also said a wheel weight probably fell off. Also causing a tire to be out of balance. Im just happy Larson did not charge me for the service of looking at my suv.

We usually go here for oil changes. Havent needed much work done on our vehicles. Shannon is super friendly and wont feed you full of BS. They have fair prices as well.

Took several weeks before I came around with a review because I did not want to react solely on emotion but rather share helpful, honest information with potential future clients and encourage them to look elsewhere.I brought my volkswagen in for a replacement clock spring. When I got the car back the horn and functionality in the steering wheel were fixed, but there were a plethora of new issues that werent there before. The steering calibration was off, the cruise control function and high beams were not working, and the EPC light in the dash was on.Ultimately the head mechanic, Shannon, fixed his error of miscalibration in the steering wheel but denied having caused the cruise control and high beam malfunction and refused to fix it.Like many of the rest of us, times are hard as hell right now. I am not financially able to fix the issues with the car that Shannon and his team created. I will have to work hard to save money to pay for his error. I felt the least he could have done is admitted his mistake and directed me to a mechanic who is educated in foreign cars.The owner and head mechanic proved himself to be less than what his slogan suggests- honest. I cant tell you where to invest your money during these hard times, but I can definitely recommend you look elsewhere and think twice.Refuse to pull the gender card. Dont take me for a fool.Peace.

Overall, a fantastic experience. The repair was done quickly and the customer service was exceptional. Shannon was especially helpful. Would recommend to anyone, and will be returning for all my auto needs.

Great place for any car needs. I moved out of their area and tried places closer to my home, but nothing compared. I now make the slightly out of my way drive just to come see Shannon and Kevin. These guys do great work and are very honest and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Fantastic service, honest people. Explained to me that my issue may not be fixed by what was being quoted. The car was an old beater so we had it donated. They were kind enough to let us keep the car on the lot until the donation tow truck came. They then offered to email me the donation form so I didnt need to make another trip down. Next time I need service Ill be stopping here for sure. 10/10.

Ive been using Larsons for my personal vehicles for 5 years, and have taken two companies fleet vehicles to them. Shannon will never do work that isnt needed, and once or twice has not charged me for small repairs. He runs the most honest auto repair shop Ive ever dealt with. I wont go anywhere else.

Brought my car to have new exhaust put on. They forgot a few crustial parts, and my bumper is completely smashed. I will never bring anything back there, and I will say no good word for the company.
