Went to see the new Audi etron A6 but didn’t realize the car had some issue and couldn’t go for ta test drive wish they told me this when I called I use to get my car serviced a few years ago and they were the best Audi dealer in central NJ now it’s mess the place looks like it’s under construction and you can’t figure out how to even get in the place avoid this dealer if you have an other one around you

This is my 2nd Audi Q5 from the Millburn location and I am very pleased with the level of customer service and friendliness of the employees in this dealership. Joe Sasso (in the sales department) assisted me throughout the process and provided superb customer service. I was nearing the end of my 2018 lease and wanted to explore updated options on a new Q5. Joe followed up with me a few times leading up to my appointment date to ensure my requests and concerns were all addressed. What I enjoyed the most about this experience is Joe was honest and didn’t attempt to “sell” me something just for the sake of making a sale. He listened to what I was looking for, what I was not interested in, and made informed and appropriate recommendations.Once I took interest in a model that he showed me, I asked if it came in a particular interior color that I happen to love (Okapi Brown). He then uttered the words I have been waiting to hear, “There is one that just came in yesterday and it is still wrapped!” I was ecstatic and couldn’t wait to see it in real-time. Joe had the vehicle brought in front and as he stated, it was still wrapped and WAITING for me! I went back later in the day to pick up the vehicle and was so pleased with my overall experience!

I purchased a car as-is from this dealership, and the minute I brought the car home, the exhaust was rattling. This after their so-called 60 point inspection. I called the sales manager and tried to have them look at it, and they refused and told me to go to a Subaru dealership. Nice customer service. They didn’t even offer to look at it when it could’ve been a simple fix.

TERRIBLE customer service. Once you sign, good luck getting anything from this dealership. Waiting on the Technology Guru, Anthony, to call me back for two days. Cannot use several of the tech upgrades I stupidly paid for. Calls to Audi tell me that I have to talk to the dealership. Calls to the dealership keep being ignored in favor of clients, who are all obviously more important than me, the chump whose money they already have. No one else at the dealership will help, either because they lack the knowledge or the desire. There is a reason Audis have a terrible resale value. Once you own one you wont repeat the mistake. They are cheaper than MB and BMW for a reason. You get what you pay for.

A long day! I had called the previous week and spoke with the part department and was told my part was in stock and was around $300. I than called the service department to schedule an appointment to install the part I needed. I showed up on time and waited three hours before I went and checked with the service rep to get an update. They were wait for me to give the Ok to do the work. I already had, when I came in I told them to install the part, thats what the appointment was for. I was told it would be another 15 minutes for my car to be ready. Another hour goes by (total of 4). After getting my receipt the part was double the price of what I was told by the parts department. Not very happy to have taken a whole day out of work to have a light replaced and be charged double.Next time I will buy the part online and go some where else to have the work done. This has completely changed my view on Audi as a brand.

Called over the weekend to confirm they were open and that the car I was interested in was available to inspect. All confirmed, I drove 2 hours to be told the vehicle is in their service department, which is closed and they have no access. Very Very Sorry. Provided my cell phone so they could text me a walk around video the next day, which never happened. Beware, this could be you.

After a scheduled service at dealership, our car stopped after 300 miles in middle of highway with all engine oil draining. It was a dealership mistake however they tricked us to put a flood claim with our insurance to pay for it. We paid for towing, no loaner, higher premium instead of them owning to their mistake. Pay more somewhere else but do not trust these cheaters.

The service side is very unprofessional. First i got a loaner with the breaks and rotors sounding crazy, which they drove before giving it to me. Then, I always have a issue with them telling me what exactly is wrong with my car. I’m just having a hard time with them and im getting really annoyed.Also, the loaner has a maintenance light on, which makes no sense why would you give out vehicles that’s supposed to be reliable until your car if fixed that might end up breaking down on your customers? I just don’t understand at all.

First let me just say I’m in car sales myself at the sister company of Audi, Volkswagen and was in the market for an Audi A5 to upgrade from what I have. Jack in sales took extremely good care of me and answered all my questions along side the general sales manager Shonta! Even tho I did not walk away with a new car today that does not mean that they are unprofessional. On the contrary! DCH Audi is extremely professional pays attention to detail and works hard to do there best at getting you into a vehicle of your choice! Ziad Shehady was amazing! He sold me a 2020 S4 yesterday and the deal was seamless. I initially spoke to him over the phone. When I got to the dealership I saw the S4 with a SOLD sticker in it. Summary: Avoid this dealership all together.Car had no problems before but now it is broken.Less than a star. Also seems to be that am not the only one having this issue. Bought car pre-owned and under warranty. This was an almost new car.After few months, Went back for car check up ( because I was moving and driving the car for 8hours for the move) last thing I know car no longer works after the visit. Mind you they charged me extra for the visit!!Due to this problem the move cost me a lot more. Had to rent a van that cost 800$.Was going to use my car to move but since it was such a short notice couldn’t find any other rental for moving less than 800$.Now my car is still there. They trying to solve the problem. The car dealership has not been transparent on the issue. They have been radio silent keeping me without an explanation of what happened and also without a car.They say it needs a new part. Guys we are talking about a new car.They knew I needed my car because I was moving and kept me without any assistance. Now I have to split my wife’s car.Horrible experience. I want my money back!!!

Good morning DCH Audi, I had an appointment to drop my car off this morning for a recall repair and coolant issue. Your service advisors were very helpful and easy to work with.The issue is the loaner I was provided. The car was not sanitized at all, let alone cleaned inside or out, which is a horrible first-time experience with a loaner from Audi. The vehicle did not have the Apple CarPlay wireless option as my car does and so I had to follow my GPS app by looking at my phone until I got home, very unsafe. The last item is that the oil warning light is also on in the car.I tried to go back in but they had no other loaners available at the time. I was called after I was already home that another vehicle was available but I was not going to drive back 28 minutes to exchange it.Overall, I was left with a bad taste considering this was a scheduled appointment and the car should have been sanitized and cleaned prior to being given to a customer as well as a least contain the same features as the customers current vehicle.Thank you

Update to my previous post ------ Ill have to knock down a couple stars because following up with a issue I had with my warranty back in March. I was planning to cancel warranty and got in touch with varies people that work at the dealership to cancel the warranty. I was told the warranty was cancelled, but after a couple months trying to follow up on the warranty cancellation I was unable to get in contact with anyone that was able to give me any follow up details. Today I found out that the dealership never sent a check out and never cancelled the warranty. Very disappointed...First time buying a car from a dealership and the experience was great. Maria was able to help me throughout the whole buying process and after my car purchase. I’m writing this review a month and a half after my car purchase and still satisfied with my car buying experience and the car.

Ever since I have bought the car from DCH millburn Audi, I always go to same place since the service advisor Orlando provide me best customer assistance.But in the service department customer service assistance (I do not want to give name but he was very mean). This have let me down and say it is worst thing I have suffer until now at the DCH MILLBURN AUDI. After experience driving the loaner car that I have got it and I realize it that car has ongoing concerns such as radio was broken and some wired noise was coming from the rear end. So he did mention we do not have any other loaner car to give you but after some argument he switch me to the another loaner but the car currently what I have it now has pretty worst breaks that could put into life threatening event. I dont get it why do they provide such car to their customer which already has pre-existing concerns or problems going on. Why we customer go to the dealership for service, because we expect them to provide us right assistance so we can be peaceful. But at here their service assistance provide a car with the problem that made our day stressful with inconvenience. Currently I am stuck at home cannot go out since car is not drivable. I am really disappointed with it.

This is important because cars are on the lot with increased pressure to protect the tires while the cars sit.He pushed nothing. Worst customer service I’ve ever received. Not only are they rude and aggressive but took over 3 weeks to fix a sensor in my Audi. I was given a loaner with no gps and no charger making trips challenging (especially when it’s 3 weeks) to get a car back. Also the trunk on the loaner kept falling on our heads when I returned the car I was then charged $150 from a very aggressive woman to clean the loaner. I will never be back.

I am rating my experience at this dealership 4 stars. I was very pleased with their organization and professionalism. I was 10 minutes late to my appointment but they were still able to accommodate me well. They performed a complete diagnostic check on my vehicle and kept me updated through each step. I made myself at home in the Quattro Cafe and enjoyed a nice cup of coffee while doing some work on my lap top. Ultimately I was very pleased with the service here, my only con is that they told me they would wash my vehicle before returning it but it seemed more like they just sprayed water and dried it which I found to be very humorous.

I have leased two cars from them. Both experiences were so-so. Nothing great, nothing terrible. Just sort of lackluster. My current lease is about up and have made appointments three times to go in and test drive a car, and I have provided the exact car I want to test drive. Every time I show up for the scheduled appointment, I find out the person I arranged with is not actually on site, they dont have the car ready for me to test drive. They say oh, we will get it now or lets drive over to the other lot. The whole purpose of scheduling the appointment on my side is to make efficient use of my time. I want to go in, test drive, and if I like the car start talking numbers. I dont know if it is a sales tactic to be totally unprepared for appointments and try to wear people down by making them stand around for 20 minutes, or if they just dont care about customer service, or whatever the issue is. It is extremely annoying. THREE APOINTMENTS and each time it was as if I just walked in off the street.

Get your dream car at DCH Millburn Audi!!!This is my second time going to buying a car. Last time I bought a car was 9 years ago and that was a Toyota Corolla. This time again I went with my parents. Them and I agree that we couldn’t recommend anyone else to do a better job. Matt was wonderful. The moment we walked in from greeting us to making sure he provided us with all the information that was needed. He went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied when we walked out of the building with the new car. It was truly the best experience. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else to sell you your dream car. Very disorganized place. They never called me back, they can not find the right person to check the status of the car. But more important - I left the car for simple repair, was told everything is done, came to pick up - the sensor still malfunctions. They just do not check their work after repair. Would not trust them with the oil change. Suggest to stay away from them.

Buying a car is probably my least favorite thing to do because you almost always have to deal with salesmen who always try to push you to make a deal right there and then. This wasnt the case with Matt here.Of course he wanted to make a sale, but he wasnt pushy about it in any way. I wish there was a zero rating. They don’t deserve a one.My GF and I have been communicating with the dealer for days. We were waiting for a call back from the sales manager as we were working out the final details on the purchase of a used Q3. He never called back but we were assured by the sales rep that our appt is on.We had an appt for 2 pm and showed up promptly with a bank check in hand. After waiting for approx 15 min we were told sorry the vehicle has been sold yesterday!We drove down specially to buy this car. They didn’t even apologize! Didn’t offer other cars.Rude and disrespectful.Should have at the very least called us to let us know the car has been sold and not waste our time.This place is a disgrace to the Audi brand.I will filing a complaint with Audi corporate as well as car dealer ratings websites.I hope they get penalized!

I called Audi Millburn from out of state looking for a specific model/color combination that was not readily available near me. Steven Young was the salesperson I interacted initially over the phone. He was professional, patient, and helpful. A stark contrast from most Audi sales people I had dealt with up until that point. He was able to offer a fair price upfront without a big haggle. He helped facilitate the out of state sale and it was a very smooth transaction overall. Would highly recommend Steven and the team at Millburn Audi!

Horrendous experience at this dealership.My wife and I have been with Audi since 2008 and they treated us with tremendous disrespect. They spoke about us to other employees without realizing that we could hear, they were very dismissive, and even caught the employee who was supposed to be helping us texting on her phone at an empty cube when she was supposed to be checking with her manager. It was clear they did not take us seriously as a younger looking couple and their actions reflected just that. For all of the couples moving out of the city and into the maplewood, west orange, and Essex county areas - STAY AWAY from DCH Millburn Audi.

Not going to lie, I felt a bit apprehensive from buying from a car dealership as Ive bought cars from private sellers. I was interested in a 2016 Audi S5 that I saw there. I was greeted by Eunice and let me take a test drive in the car.Loved it.Financing took a bit of time, because I recently had my previously financed car totaled in a hit and run (thankfully they found the jerk that hit the car). The loan remained under my name unfortunately during the entire loan processing, BUT, Ashish (Finance Manager) gave me a really great rate.Everyone at the dealership was really nice and greeted me respectfully even though I was dressed in sweats (Thanks covid) and asked me if I was interested in the R8 (as a joke).Overall everyone was really nice and willing to help me out. People have to understand that sales people are working on commission so theres a fine line of negotiation that needs to be met from both sides. They met that for me and Im impressed that they did.5/5
