After having a pretty bad experience at another Jiffy Lube location, the young man that serviced my car today was extremely polite and took the time to answer my questions as well as honor the other locations free service I was offered. Radiator flush and oil change in less than thirty minutes. During busy hours!! All in all, great experience today at Jiffy Lube!!

I brought my brand new car in to Maple Valley Jiffy lube for the convenience of a quick oil change. I was the 2nd car in line so it only took about 30 minutes. I remember specifically asking to fill the windshield washer fluid. Upon getting in my car and driving away I realized the windshield washer fluid was not filled. Getting home and inspecting under the hood. Someone at Jiffy Lube get oil all over under my hood. I immediately drove back and they gave me a full refund. I left 3 stars as a review and assured them I wont go back. Well 6 months has gone by and I just went in to get my oil changed, took it some place else in town. They immediately brought to my attention my brand new oil plug was rounded off (See picture). This car had 8000 miles on it, the only person who could have done this was Jiffy Lube. So incredibly frustrated about the oil spilled all over under the hood, but this is completely unacceptable. The new place I get my oil changed told me other stories of people coming from Jiffy Lube. Completely unacceptable!

The two gentlemen who did my oil change were quite personable and got the job done in good time for a fair price. In addition to that, they went above and beyond what I paid them for. I have been having an issue of unknown origin and on my way out he informed me of some parts that were either leaking and/or needing replacement. I would highly recommend this place.

The guys were just amazing, they were very knowledgeable and informative but not to pushy. They got me in and out in no time with everything I needed. James even went out of his way to point out a pretty serious issue with my dipstick so I can do a $5 fix not a $500 fix. Stellar Customer Service! I would definitely recommend. Jr and his crew did a great job. We were in and out with the services I needed on my vehicle . Ive been here previously about 2 months ago and the service has been great every time. Even during Covid they manage to still provide excellent service and even go there extra step of explaining other services that my car might need besides an oil change .

Told me I needed both brake lights replaced at a cost of $32 but when I checked them they both worked fine

Performed oil change, technichian spilled oil when installing oil filter and didnt wipe or clean anything, i noticed after it leaked in my driveway. Not happy with level of workmanship.

One of my headlights burnt out. So I bought 2 new bulbs for replacement. According to the manual, replacing the low beam bulb on a Honda Accord Coupe, you would have to go through the tire area and would need to displace the fender liner to get to the bulb. I attempted to do one of the lights but was having a hard time loosening up the fender liner and was worried I might damage it. I called Jiffy Lube to see if they do headlight bulb replacement. I told him I already bought the bulbs and just need someone to do the actual replacing. The mechanic I talked to said they can do it for free. I brought my car over and sure enough the mechanic replaced both bulbs for free and it didnt take long at all.

Devon greeted me and directed me into an empty bay right away. No wait time which was nice. Friendly service from Devon and Andrew.

The service and car competency is great and they gave me a discount for age. My issue is the lack of social distancing of the woman who handled the transaction. You are trapped in your car and she comes right up to the driver window asking her questions. I reminded her that she needed to stay 6 feet away. This could have been accomplished by going to the passenger side window. Even after warning her I noticed how she interacted with the vehicle in the next bay. She was actually resting her arm on their open window frame while she spoke - a few inches from the drivers face. When I left she said not to worry that she was safe and had a mother at home to protect. She obviously has not been reading up on this virus. She needs to wear a mask and stay away from people. Normal conversation carries the virus and approx 50% of carriers have no symptoms and are spreading it.

I left Jiffy Lube after having my oil changed. My car lost power (finicky Prius) about 100 yards down the road. I pulled over to the side and called JL to told them what happened. Elias, the really nice guy who did my oil change, got in his car and drove to me. My car started after he looked under the hood, but Elias followed me all the way from Maple Valley to Enumclaw to be sure there were no further problems and that I didn’t get stuck on the side of the road again. I’m so appreciative! Car problems scare me and he made sure I was okay. Thanks, Elias!!! :-)

Maple Valley Jiffy Lube has a fast, well trained staff that works great as a team. They were very friendly and explained all my vehicle issues and options in good detail. I felt very comfortable that they double checked all their work to ensure my vehicle was properly serviced and back on the road.

A young guy was taking care of me that didnt have experience with a 2015 Mustang GT. They brought him some help and he learned how to change the filter. It took a while but I didnt mind. Everyone has to learn sometime and Im sure they dont get too many sports cars to practice on.But Cathy was super apologetic, gave me a really generous discount, and was a pleasure to work with. Ill definitely be back.

Really great team; friendly and professional. I had my oil changed during covid, I stayed in the car with zero contact (other than to exchange key for safety). It was interesting to see how/what they check/inspect on the car. I had no idea they did all this work! Over all it was a very positive experience.

Being a lady and taking my car in for service people try to get over on me. I will say Jr did a great job with explaining everything that needed to be done with my car. From pulling up to Jiffy Lube, getting my car serviced and being checked out everyone was very professional. I will definitely be back again when my service is due.

Jonathan gave good service, kept a copy of coupons and specials they were having handy, which was more comprehensive than the ones I was emailed. So even though I didn’t have a coupon for the oil I used, he did, and I got money off. He also saved me five bucks off for new air filter... my service was quick, and he was polite. I’m satisfied with my over all experience and would recommend.

Have come here for several years and they have been quick, kind and helpful every time I’ve been in. A couple of my filters hadn’t been changed in my car since I bought it and I decided on one of the two filters they advised needing replaced. The manager, Jonathon came in and said he was really concerned with one of the filters and said he felt uncomfortable with me leaving without it replaced. He replaced it for almost free. Thank you!

I’ve been a jiffy Lube customer for years and have been to a few different locations. This weekend I stopped into the Maple Valley Location because I was really overdue on my oil change. They were extremely busy but Within seconds I was greeted by 2 employees with a smile. The other employees went right to work on my vehicle. Jonathan and I believe a new trainee went through in detail with me on exactly what my vehicle needed and showed me some pretty discussing filters that came from my car. I couldn’t believe it, this was the first time I’ve ever been showed my vehicles filters during a jiffy Lube visit that I could recall.Hands down the best Jiffy Lube I’ve ever been to so glad I stopped.The Maple valley location is quite a bit out of my way but I will continue to go out of my way and make this location my permanent place for service.Thank you. This was my first time visiting this location and they were AWESOME! I think most people would agree with my dread of anything car related and the fear of getting taken advantage of. This team greeted me quickly when I pulled up and immediately got my car checked in. They informed me of the manufacture recommended services (which I was behind on), and gave me a time estimation to complete the work. When another team member came out to ring me up for the services the total was half of what I had confined at check in and he let me know that some of the services I had agreed to weren’t actually necessary because the car was in good shape! Honest, helpful, friendly and fast! Thanks guys :)

I went there twice in the span of two weeks to get a oil change and they didnt have the filter for my car. Nothing special, just a 2014 Mini Cooper. I was informed that they have no control over ordering stock and it was all dependent on corporate. Staff was friendly, but I will never go back and waste my time.

Went in for oil change and was greeted by very friendly and smiling faces. Katy and Kenneth. They were personable, went through all the oil change options (without any pressure to up sell, or replace a filter that wasn’t ready yet or anything like that)with us and then got the job done quickly. After we left, my oil pressure light came on so I brought it right back to see what was going on. I think my sensors are just sensitive but to be on the safe side, they changed the oil again and added full synthetic oil this time around (we had originally only gotten the 50 percent) all at no charge. That was really nice. I would definitely recommend them. They really seem to care that you are completely satisfied and want to build a good reputation in the community too.

Service is good but taking so long. Taking over 1 hour for just changing engine oil. Not busy . Only 3 cars there.

With all jiffy lines you kind of have to force the issue of just wanting an oil change or they’ll try to upsell you with like new wipers or a filter change. BUT they were efficient and got done quickly so that was what I wanted

I recently had both my cars serviced here. The first was my primary and newer car. All the recent snow had kept me from gettin into my usual place, with which I am perfectly pleased. Jiffy’s is a less than a mile from my home. The service was quick, complete and friendly. My second car is 19 yrs old and is driven maybe a thousand mile per year. Same experience. I will continue to go to my usual for mechanical issues and problems, but for routine oil changes, Jiffy’s will be my go to....Kurt

Good service but I bought extra oil for my car before getting the fuel changed. A employee came and asked me if I wanted to use my own oil, I said if it will lower my cost then go ahead. She said no but she was just asking. Now Im reading people saying to bring your own oil and filter for lower price.Did I get taken a little bit? Not sure. I know these places are here for the money but I kinda felt she may have been being dishonest.

Honestly, I felt very ripped off and taken advantage of after I left from my oil change. I was told by the guy that I needed synthetic oil, and then was later told by the owner of the car and friends that it only needs conventional. Once brought up to the employee he said he would give it to me for conventional oil price, and charged me $57 rather than the $45 that it is advertised as on the website (and the $13 coupon that was also advertised). So I paid $25 more than I should of. Hope you’re proud of taking advantage of young girls who don’t really know much about cars. Do better Jiffy LubeEdit: I wanted to update to say that Jiffy Lubes corporate has reached out to me and helped resolve the issue that happened greatly! They were awesome! Courteous and fast service! I did however, have a technician on a prior visit, tell me that there was nothing wrong with my wiper blades after I asked that they be checked because they were dragging. Technician told me that she had the same blades and they made the same sound. I replaced them and eliminated the dragging.
