Fix Auto was awesome! Very responsive and easy to deal with. They got my vehicle repaired in a timely manner even with part shortages.

They explained everything that would be done and made it happen . They were all very caring and provided professional service . I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

They did an absolutely amazing job. I was expecting a repair four times more expensive and taking a week. They did it in one day, one fourth what I was expecting and the body repair looks perfect. Just like new. These guys arent just good, theyre amazing, honest and really trying to help their customers rather than making a quick buck. They have a customer for life with me.

Great service!! The entire staff was incredibly friendly. They quoted me a cost to fix my mirror and when I came to pick it up they were able to reuse part of my previous mirror to save me some money. I would highly recommend!!

Called Monday morning due to my bumper falling off. Toyota’s uses four plastic attachments and the heat wave melted it. They got me in same day. Gave a quick estimate. Amazing hourly rate!! Ordered the parts which came in the same week and got my car fixed and returned to me promptly!

Fix auto took care of my Honda odyssey. They fixed the dent and scrape on two panels on the passenger side. Also replaced the running board and rear tail light. Excellent work. Customer is service was beyond my expectations - a good team. Highly recommend.

Each time I was impressed with the level of quality and service I received.I drive an older car and there are less and less shops willing to able to do actual body work that extends beyond replacing plastic parts. These people can actually repair sheet metal and are artists with paint.The employees are professionals that take pride in their work and place a high value on making sure their customers are treated fairly and with respect. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these people to my mother!

This was a relatively minor body repair—replacing the rear bumper—but they have done more extensive body and frame work in the past and the quality of their workmanship and their great customer service were why I used them this time. They worked hard to find the best deal on replacement parts and the finished repair looks great.

Joe is very professional and kind and really cares about doing right by people. I would definitely encourage anyone needing to a a repair to go in and ask for Joe.I will warn you that Jon (who also works up front) is extremely passive aggressive and highly disingenuous. When the insurance company declined to fix my vehicle, he refused to have the technician at least put the headlights back on so I could drive my car home. I had to call a tow (which costs money) because he wouldnt have the technician do something that my husband was able to do in an hour. He claimed it could not be done. I do suspect that it was more of a liability issue, but honesty on the matter would have been more professional.

They installed an interlock device in my vehicle but that wasnt the best part there was some hiccups and they went out of their way to accommodate me and helpful in making it happen, they went beyond courteous and professional all the way to comfortable.

I bought an old truck to do all those dirty tasks like hauling gravel and topsoil. It was cheap and beat up. I bought a after market bumper to replace the damaged bumper with the intent of installing it myself.When I went under the truck to size the task I realized that with all the rust on the bolts I would have a really rough time. I got a quote from Westover and took it to them.They took care of it with no hassle, on time, and no issue with the fact I had bought the bumper. The final price was as quoted and reasonable.Overall this was a very positive experience. I highly recommend them.

These guys are top notch AMAZING!! Backed into my husband’s truck the morning of his birthday and took it to them the very next day. Got a bid and dropped it to them that night. They had a new door ordered and delivered the next day and it was completely done 3 days later as they said it would be. Looks better than brand new. I will recommend them to everyone I know. 100%.

The shop went back on their price estimate (after they took in my parts), even though I showed them the pictures of what needed to be done and agreed on the price upfront.I needed to paint a motorcycle tank and fairings. I showed the the lady at the front desk the pictures and explained what I needed. Agreeded on the price. Several hours after I drop the parts at their shop the front desk lady called me and tried to tell me that I INCORRECTLY explained what needed to be done, and tried to put words in my mouth as if I said I needed to paint tank and SOME fairings, even though I never said some.Even if there was a misunderstanding, its never acceptable to try to put the miscommunication on the customer!I did 2 two prior jobs here as a customer, but now I will be taking my business elsewhere.

They gave me an estimate of both schedule and cost and met both. I appreciate the professional attitude and integrity. I will be back.

Very friendly; prompt and thorough in assessing the damage to my vehicle and emailing the details. Not the lowest estimate, but other shops were not as thorough in their examinations.

We love going and getting cheese cake. There is the kindest girl who know all the cheese cake by memory she is the best part of going.

I had an accident where I had to deal with State Farm and after they gave me a list of places they deal with. I chose Westover based on reviews all the places had. Westover had the highest score out of the 5 places and after the experience I had with them, their score should go higher. Incredibly professional and even helped me in getting my rental car with less hassle. The best thing is the work they did to my truck was awesome and you cant even tell what part of my truck they had to fix. Great experience and highly recommended!!

I have had the dubious honor of visiting these guys five times since I bought this car, because apparently it has a giant magnet in it or some sort of sign on the back that says hit me. My vehicle paint repair is still not complete....7 days later.I left the vehicle last Tuesday morning and was told the repair would be complete in 3 days (Thursday).I called last Friday afternoon as was told the vehicle was in the paint booth and would be ready Monday.I called Monday afternoon as was told that they thought the vehicle was finished, but they would check and call me back.Someone else called back and advised me to call back late in the afternoon...they are still working on it.I will NOT recommend Westover as a reliable repair shop!

I have personally known Bill Westover for 30 years. He has done all of my auto body work in that time, and has always done beautiful work. In every case I could never tell any damage had ever occurred. He has done insurance work on a wide variety of daily drivers I have owned over years, and has also done restoration work on both of vintage Buicks. If I want the work done right I go see Bill and his crew every time.

The people at the front desk gave widely different work estimates within a day of each other - one week vs three weeks. When we tried to sort out what was causing such a drastic change, each person was blaming the other personally instead of recognizing that they all represent the company. Very unprofessional conduct with no ownership taken of the error or any kind of apology given.

Nice guys that do good work. Been in a couple times and the service is friendly, including the dogs in the front office. Call back when expected. Had some damage repaired to my Toyota that was rearended. Came back looking like new
