Big washing machines and big dryers.Bathroom availableWould be 5 stars but the floor was filthy and ceiling tiles missing. Such an easy fix to make this a better laundromat.

Ive used this place on and off for years. Never an issue. Strange to say, because laundromat...... however its the one I prefer over the ones on kent

I have been coming here for a few months now. The condition and upkeep is getting worse. Today when I got there, 5 dryers had clothes left in them and one of the doors opened where clothes were spilling into the floor. The dryer lint trays are never cleaned even though the note in the dryer states they must be cleaned daily. The floors and both room are filthy. Time to find a new laundromat.

Would be nice if there signs telling how long wash cycles are. Didnt look all over the place but wasnt easily noticeable.

Little spendy but its convenient they do have a nice big big dryer so you can do like almost three loads at once so thats a nice thing but its pleasant I recommend it

I went to do my family Laundry and wasted $6.50 in quarters trying to use four different machines just to wash one load. EACH time id attempt to use a machine it would take almost $2 and then stop taking quarters, and obviously not give them all back either. Theres no attendant or working phone number to assist you with any issues you come across. I dont recommend this laundromat at all.

Clean. Doesnt stink. Machines we used worked without a hitch. Coin change machine and soap vending machine available.

I’ve had a couple machines take my quarters and there’s nothing I can do about it. Place could use a good scrub. But, I have to say that I have always left my stuff there while it’s washing and it’s always there when I return. That is not always the case at some laundromats but this one seems to have good people using it.

Cant recommend to others. First time there and first washer I attempted to use ate $2.75. A local guy told me which machines to use luckily and there isnt another laundromat for miles. Place could use much needed maintenance and some of the washers had debris from previous users. Cmon yall .....

VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Came here to wash a comforter. The first machine that I tried using filled with water but did not spin (washer R). The hot water wasnt working either. I waited 25 minutes for the cycle to end and the door to unlock. There was no phone number to be found to call for assistance or to report the problem. With a soaking wet comforter, I was forced to try a 2nd washer. That one worked. The place was dirty and even had mold growing near the door seals...gross. I certainly will not be rushing back. This place is the best advertisement for the cleaning business which is 2 doors down.

The place is small and dirty. Dryers are $0.25 for 5 minutes and high is more like low. So be prepared to spend all your quarters trying to dry your clothes.

This place is filthy. I understand it’s a laundromat and it’s not supposed to be fancy, but it’s a total dump. It doesn’t look like the floors have been mopped in years. There’s filth built up on the machines. I felt like I needed a tetanus shot after leaving

They do an incredible job with our clothes they come back very clean. They can mend and repair. Plus since they do our day-to-day dry cleaning so well We gave them my wedding dress to clean and it turned out lovely!

When they work, they work. When they dont, good luck getting a hold of anyone for your refund.. no phone number posted for a contact anywhere in the laundromat.. call the number attached to the store found on Google and the voicemail is full. Have called over 13 times and not one answer or phone call back.Wasted my time, my 3.25 in the machine and laundry detergent.

There is no maple valley lake. Auburn, Kent, maple valley, and black diamond all grabbed as much land between each other as they could legally get away with. Areas that had other names were gobbled up and are now labelled with screwedupt names like black diamond or maple valley.The name where the laundry mat is located is called Lake Wilderness Shopping Center!!!!

Grumpy review time. I’ve used this laundromat a number of times. It’s been so-so. Clean enough to not be negative, not stellar enough to invoke any Owen Wilson level “wow”s. Didn’t really have any issues until randomly one of the machines malfunctioned. It took my $5.75 in quarters, locked the door, and....did nothing except spin back and forth. The clock read 32 minutes for about 45 minutes, then started beeping maniacly and released my clothes. To put into perspective, my clothes were in there 45 minutes and my Tide Pods didn’t dissolve and my laundry softener in the dispenser above didn’t get disturbed. Malfunctions happen though, right? Well, after tracking down the number for the place on google, I called. And called. And called. Again, things happen. But I expect if you own an establishment like this to at least have a number with a working voicemail??? The only assistance I got was the robot lady informing me your box was full. Very glad your machine EVENTUALLY decided to give me my clothes back, but not happy I wasted almost $6 and couldn’t even reach a person to sort out a solution when I thought I’d have to abandon my own clothes in the demon washer. **Edit: if you’re wondering, demon machine was letter O **

Pretty easy to get in and out in less than an hour with 5 loads of clean and folded garments.

I sit in the car reading these reviews and im totally amazed about what the people say about this place. I come every sunday from northeast Tacoma to do my laundry. I come between 7 and 8 am. This place is clean and the machines do work. And between 7 and 8 am on sundays there is no one here. Its in and out. And for the lady that says this place in not clean but comes here out of desperation to wash her floor rugs and dog blankets WOW really. And you wonder why machines dont work. Clogged with dog hair. Makes total sense to me. Anyway i love this place. And if yall think its to expensive how about this. With all the money you spend here dont you think you could have bought your own machines? Anyway this is a great place to do laundry like i said i come between 7 and 8 am on sundays from NE TACOMA cuz all the other places in federal way are packed. I hope the owner keeps it up. I will keep coming back.

I use this place out of desperation. Not kept clean but useable for floor rugs and dog towels.

Poor service for being new machines. These machines DO NOT seem to clean your clothes. When we walked in there were two customers cleaning up a washer that was flooding all over the floor. These two ladies had called the owners and the owners seemed to blame the customers for not having the door shut properly. In my opinion the CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT. You dont belittle your patrons who EARN YOU A LIVING!

It would be a good place if the owner would CLEAN!!!!! Take a little pride. Its obvious that its all about the $$$$ shame on you. Machines even have mold .Use borax. This place must have health issues .

The machine started taking my quarters then i had to force them in. Then i had to get them to return them to me because the machine was stuck. I needed to buy soap and it took my dollar but never spit out any soap. I did it again with another dollar and still got no soap. The machines are ridiculously overpriced and the place isnt very clean.

Doesn’t clean the clothes, still had a lot of stains and hair on our clothes, it is EXPENSIVE AS HELL, and the dyers are horrible.

My laundry is stuck in a washer for over 5 hours now. No way to contact anyone, and the phone is sent to voicemail every time.

Obscenely overpriced machines, some of which didnt even work. I dont know if the shopping center is charging ridiculous amounts or the owners, but the prices are inexcusable.

Very crowded on a Sunday afternoon. The dryer leaked water. And there isnt a place to sit really.Plenty of machines though.

The washers are riddled with black mold. and it says no work clothes or horse blankets but with no staff.... people do what they want. and it leaves behind stuff in the washers...
