So many trucks. The wait time for calling was horrible but people I spoke with were very nice and helpful... despite my needing to extend my rental multiple times.
Very bad attention I made a reservation for 10am Saturday July 24 I made it a long time in advance and when I went to pick up the truck they told me to return at 2pm after that they told me that it would not be possible to rent it to me that they had a problem very bad attention and they did not help me at all bad company do not rent in this store anything I do not recommend them very bad service 😡😡😡😡😡

Slow or “new” employees but they do their job and everything works out good... personally I think it’s a little expensive tho. They don’t even give you a truck with gas filled up. But it’s better than nothing and they are reliable and trustworthy.
Lady that was there when we tried to return the truck was very rude and yelled at us then through the keys to the truck at my daughter who is 8 months pregnant. They also have storage units there but I will never used them for anything.
Before renting anything from U-Haul, do a Google search of “U-Haul sucks”. There you’ll find stories of how U-Haul treats its customers. The day before my reservation, U-Haul moved my pickup location from Oakdale to Modesto—30 miles away. When I called to complain, the representative cancelled my reservation and hung up on me. I finally spoke to a manager who filed a complaint. I was sent an e-mail with an apology and a $50 credit. I never received the $50 credit. By far, the worst service I have ever experienced. I will never do business with U-Haul, again.
