I waited 45 minutes plus for my appointment. Unorganized! They told me average wait is 1 hour because they have one doctor! Go somewhere else

The wait is terrible, my son had a general clean up and it took 2 hours. He sat there for 1 hour and 15 minutes doing nothing.

Waste waste waste of time, we made our appointment at 1 pm and and when we arrived we have been informed that appointment is at 1:30.... also whenever we make appointments we get call after 3-4 days saying we wont be aboe to see you we are canceling your appointment....I would never suggest anyone here... will be changing our dentist today itself.... totally waste staff and Dr.....

Came here with an appointment and showed up 15 minutes early was told I was at the wrong office. I drove to the other office and wasnt in their system so I came back here and turns out I was in their system and was now late to my appointment because they put my info in wrong. Waited 2 and a half hours without being seen what so ever while people that were there after me were seen before being told they needed to reschedule my appointment because they had fallen behind. My husband took work off to watch our kids so I could come here and then I was not even seen after waiting all that time in a freezing lobby. Receptionist was nice, but do not come here. Ended up driving to tracy and got seen immediately I was in so much pain and they were just okay sending me home that way. Ridiculous.

Staff members are extremely nice and professional. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the wait time. I waited half hour past my appointment time to be seen and then a total of about 1 hr wait time once I got back there just to have an exam done. There were two dentists, one not doing anything and the other bouncing back and forth between patients. She was amazing though, very knowledgeable, understanding, described things well and one staff member even came to let me know that dr would almost be done to assist me.

Every single time I come in for an appointment wait times are horrible. Why make an apppintment when they have you waiting over 30 minutes just to be taken in and then wait another 15 minutes for any service. Besides this, they also never verify tour insurance until the day of the appointment, which if it’s on a Saturday, means the insurance is closed and you have to make another appointment to come in another day! On another instance they made a cleaning appointment for a date that wasn’t at least 6 months from the previous and we had to come in another day as well. These services are truly horrible and better management would help patients. I see the ladies at front always in their own conversations and never trying their best to help out those waiting. PARKING, another major problem with this location. The staff takes over the few parking spots available making it impossible to find a parking space at the front. Anyone that’s been here knows this a huge problem with the location. You have to park on the parking lot on the other side when this could be avoided by the staff doing so versus the patients coming in all day. Save your time and don’t come here

Worst place for dental services. The dentist takes cigarette breaks while patients are waiting for the treatment. Also if your procedure is long (30 mins) then be prepared to wait for 3 hours because they will treat others first regardless of the appointment time. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

2-3 hour waits both times I brought my granddaughter. The dentist wasnt here both times. Staff is helpful, but they cant do fillings. He gets behind because he comes in late & then just does half of the work. So we have to reschedule. And its the same thing all over again.

Very bad experience it was my first time at western dental first they made my appointment at 10:30 am for regular cleaning and called me at 11:00am after examining and everything doctor said she doesn’t have time to do it that i have to reschedule the appointment. Its a worst place

By far the best dental experience Ive had! Their office is spotless, the girls in the front and in the back are super nice and so helpful. They helped me understand my insurance coverage and pick a payment plan that i could afford. At one point i could not make my payment on-time, they were so sweet and understanding and waived my late fee. Dr. Cercenia is also a sweetheart, and has angel hands. She knows i am scared of needles and goes extra extra gentle on me. When its time to numb i never feel a thing, the assistants even let me hold their hands. Ive never felt pain, not even when i had my wisdom tooth pulled, they are the best! i also love that they open Saturdays because I work Mon-Friday. Thank you Western Dental!!!

First of all, I had to bring my baby with me to my appointment as I do not have a sitter. I thought that would be a problem but nooooo! The staff was so friendly and assured me that it’s ok. Nancy especially, she held my crying baby WHILE she was working.....I could not thank her enough. She is just one of the nicest people I’ve ever met. The dentist and dental nurses that I’ve been dealing with there are just as awesome. I’ve been there three times and not a single bad experience. If I could give them 100 stars I would because they deserve it.

By far the friendliest staff Ive encountered, the Doctors are really warm & easy to talk to too. Also the Manager Nancy is super sweet & very helpful, really broke down any insurance questions I had regarding to what actually gets covered and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable.

Walked in with irresistible pain, made me wait 40 minutes to be attended just to receive the basic X-ray examination and tooth cleaning. Then they recommended me a tooth extraction (had to be done weeks later with appointment) that asked a $4000 contract. I signed away desperate to be attended to get rid of my pain. Walked out with my pockets empty from a down payment and the payment I made for the services I received. I called days later to cancel my contract and scheduled appt. for tooth extraction. They seem to have never cancelled it. A month past and the next month they called me every single day to ask for my monthly payment that was due. Every single phone call I had to explain to a different person that I had cancelled and never received additional treatment. Finally after almost 2 months they stopped calling me and I received a bill from a collection in the mail. Apparently I owed 2 monthly payments. Honestly I will never go back to this place and will always RECOMMEND people to NOT GO HERE

Only able too give 3 stars, been going here for almost a year.. staff are amazing!! General appts & Ortho appts done smoothly, only problem is i live 45 mins out of town, i come on time too my appointments, & i still wait 30mins-1hr after my APPOINTMENT TIME JUST too get called too back, while everyone showing up after me get called in within 5-10 mins! Ridiculous!

Don’t go here!!! Staff is rude and VERY unprofessional. Told my mom that she had a very bad infection on her tooth and that they needed to extract some additional teeth but wouldn’t prescribe anything antibiotics for the infection. She went to another dentist in the area to get a second opinion, they told her she did not have an infection AT ALL!!!! Wish we could rate it a 0 because her experience was that bad!!! Stop taking advantage of people!!!!!

It seems like everytime I take my mom there the wait time is triple, literally triple, what they tell you it will be at check in. A better estimate would be nice. Not expecting exact time as I know thats impossible, I work in a clinic myself. But I only ask so I know if I have tome to run errands etc, but to go from 30-40 minutes to 90-120 minutes is a bit much.

They actually have no stars from me. Im a new patient and theyve not been very friendly. Ive been waiting forever just for x-rays and to see the dentist to explain them. The girl Jessica who brought me to the dentist chair was not very nice and sighed a lot like she was annoyed.

Sitting in the office with my children now since 240 I came early to be a good customer its now 5:00pm my appointment was 3:30 pm, not 5, not 5:30, not 6. I have a disabled child with me and didnt expect to be waiting long since I made an appointment. Let me tell you, they just play around in the back, goofing off. The lady told me 2 people, Ive seen 4 go back. Had to reask if anyone was infront of us supposably not but well see. Recently had treatment at this location, wait time was definitely a bit longer than usual but the customer service I received made up for that. I rather wait than have a rushed service.

If I could rate a ZERO I would. I called ahead to make an appointment gave all the information and was told it wasnt in the system. I came early and then they wanted me to call the number again and ask why it wasnt showing up. I asked them to call their own system as it makes sense due to it being their system. They called and are still unsure why it didnt show up. So they asked me to wait a little bit...I asked how long the wait....just 1-2 hours. So what exactly is the point of making an appointment? No thanks WD Manteca work on your customer service.

2 hours waiting just for a 6 month check up for my 5yr old the appointment was set at 2:30 and gets off at 4:45, they need to work on booking right cuz this is crazy waiting for this long super crowded, not organized.. this is not ok can get other things done instead of waiting we should only wait 15-20min and then been seen,

The staff has excellent customer service, yes they do have a wait time but because of the customer service I am willing to wait, the doctors are awesome and they do monthly pmts.

I have taken my son and daughter to this place and the staff were very helpful and nice...but now that I am in need of a root canal they are charging me $2,000 plus! For a root canal on ONE tooth including crown. I am shopping for other places but I cant seem to get an honest quote over the phone, I know a quote can vary from person to person and a quote over the phone can come off as a very dumb question to most but I am out of ideas and on a tight budget! If anyone knows of any dentists in the San Joaquin area that take denti-cal please give me a shout out, thanks.

Very professional courteous staff, I went there for my deep cleaning they done a great job.

Avoid going to this place. The waiting time is unreal. Theyll apologize over and over but do absolutely nothing to change a thing. I brought my brother in for a CLEANING and we were there over two hours. We have had this problem multiple times and everytime Im in there I hear people complain to them and people are constantly leaving pretty upset. You will leave very frustrated and with a huge headache!

Ive never had a problem with Western Dental Manteca.I go there because my daughter has braces. Whenever we walk in we are always greeted.Everyone is very friendly.The office is alwaus clean.We usually wait about 10 minutes to be seen after being checked in. Which is way less than at a dr.The dentists are very thorough.Not to mention Stephanie, and Miguel they are awesome.They are very knowledgeable.Always make my daughter feel comfortable.They always work on my daughters braces. She always comes out telling me how nice they are.All in all everyone at this office are very good.

Came in for a check up and i got to say they have the nicest staff I have ever encountered, yes there is a wait time to be seen but it is the only office where I could make pmts on my treatment.

Horrible service, horrible staff, very dirty environment. I took my 2 kids there, when they took us to the back there were dirty tools from the last patient. The appointments were scheduled for noon and we didnt get called to the back till 2pm. If I could give no stars I would. By far the worst dentist I have ever been to. Appointment was at 3pm, was not called back until 5pm. It is almost 6pm and my son hasnt been seen at all. Receptionist was trying to reschedule everyone a month out. Dentist has spoken to me once and was very rude. Will not be coming back here again.

Horrible place. As you can see from all of the comments this is a horrible company. I always had to wait about an hour on hold to get through to a live person because of their understaffed call center. My husband had work done on his teeth and they gave him a break down of what insurance would cover and his out of pocket. They estimated $2500 out of pocket and that the insurance would pay the other $1600. 2 years after his work was done and his $2500 was paid in full, we recived a bill for another $1000 and when we called they told us we had 8 months to dispute it with the insurance but it had already been two years! There was nothing we could do after so much time had passed. So we owed another $1000. It is ridiculous. We will never return. We found a new dentist that we highly recommend, they dont take advantage of patients and they will get you in immediately. Id recommend giving them a call. They are Valley View Dental on Lathrop Rd next to Raleys.

This is under staffed placed where there is only one Chinese Doctor, they literally made me wait 2 and half hours and finally Doctor shows up, he didnt even looked into my teeth, just looked on the X-rays, and told me that I need a braces, I need deep cleaning. My chief complain was pain and swelling which he clearly ignored and did nothing for that.I been to dentist 100s of times no one told me that I need a braces. Ok that might be unrelevant, he told me that I am not biting properly without doing the bite test, how relevant is that. He also told me that there is no meaning to fill up the tooth because I am not biting properly, how stupid answer is that.He was clearly handling 3-4 patient at the same time wearing same gloves. This place is clearly a scam. They just made some money from my insurence for X-ray and whatever else they added on my bills. But I was the patients and let me tell you this, I havenot received anything not even a treatment, treatment plan or not even a toothbrush....This place is here to only make money not to treat people.

Made an appt request online (new patient, never been there before), got a scheduled time two days later in my email for the next day. Ok, all good so far. Then a few hours later, I get a call from them saying they have to cancel my appt because the dr is going to be out tomorrow. I say huh, alright, well when can you reschedule me? She looks for a spot, finds no openings, then tells me I can try calling back next week to try to schedule one. Doesnt try to squeeze me in, doesnt put me in any kind of callback wait list for when an opening comes up, just s.o.l. try again next week.Then I get an automatic how did we do? survey in my email, so I click on it and its a broken link. Yea... so heres my feedback: 1 star.

So bad!Partial plate impressions done last year October 2016, still cant give me an appointment to claim it. On top of that they sent me a bill that they claim I underpaid them and want the payment and when I asked what the bill is for, they said its for the fluoride treatment which I didnt ask for. Thats 106 dollars for that paste of fluoride!!!!
