AMAZING experience for my entire family and I.From my 1 year old little girl to myself.We took our 3 kids there and Taylor and MD. Rick did an incredible job. Not just with the cleanness and wow customer service, but the quality of care and approach. My kids LOVE it there. Taylor is so good with kids as well as MD. Rick.We most definitely came out of there with SMILES from ear to ear. Absolutely amazing I’ve been going to him for the last four years now he always takes care of me, clean friendly environment, really knows what he’s doing I was scared to get my wisdom teeth pulled and he got it done in about 30 minutes. Highly recommend I won’t go to anyone else for my teeth.

I made an appointment to get new fillings since my old ones came off early covid times and was in extreme pain. when I came in they looked at my teeth and gave me an estimate of $10k to get the works done (unasked for). Pressured me into getting it, just pay monthly with credit when I said no they billed me $75 (no fillings done) and sent me out the door.TL;DR got charged $75 for 0 service

My whole family has been coming here for at least 7 years. Dr. Tran is an excellent dentist and his whole team is outstanding. Ive gotten from a simple cavity to implants done here. We feel at home from when we are greeted by the girls in the front desk to when we see Dr. Tran

All I can say is WOW, friendly staff, excellent care and a pleasant experience.

Today’s service was great. He explained in details about my X-ray and what tooth needed fix. Made me feel very comfortable and not to worry when I get my treatment done. I know I will be in good hands.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Dr. Tran and his Team are the most caring and kind individuals, you really feel like part of the family. They have a way of putting you at ease, your comfort is a top priority. I love their spotless facility, and they always have some good music and movies on for that extra soothe. Also the Dental Hygienist Taylor B. was so kind and really put me at ease for my first deep cleaning, his technique was flawless, there were no cuts or scrapes at all that I was expecting the next day so I healed very quickly. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality and kindness.

3 Days ago, I went in with excruciating pain in my wisdom tooth, after a quick assessment, the tooth was pulled and I was on my way to healing. I am now pain free! I highly recommend this place!

I was allowed in the lobby of the dentist office and I was asked a few health questions which I answered, then the assistant took my temperature with a swipe motion past my forehead. When I asked what my temperature was she said 88.2. I said thats kind of low isnt it and she said yes. I had never heard of a body temperature that low so I was somewhat worried and asked the hygienist about it when I was in the room. She said she didnt think it was anything to worry about. She cleaned my teeth, then I consulted with Dr. Tran, and then I left. Thinking of my teeth only I forgot to ask him about my body temperature. When I got home I looked it up online and found that anything under 92 degrees was very serious hypothermia, even life threatening. Symptoms of hypothermia would be shivering and exhaustion, confusion, memory loss drowsiness or slurred speech. Alarmed by this information and wondering if I needed to go into ER immediately, I got my own digital thermometer and took my temperature. It was 98.8. I took it several more times and it was always in the 98 plus range. Not experiencing any of the symptoms of hypothermia I realized that the dental assistant must have taken my temperature in error. I would just like to let the staff know that their temperature taking is not accurate and if they get a temperature such as 88.2 they should recognize that that is very serious and they should double-check their reading.Other than that my hygienist was very nice and gentle and we were done in about 20 minutes. I do think Manteca Dental prices are pretty high, since I dont have insurance and the cleaning plus a brief consultation with the doctor cost me $182.

Taylor Bowling did my deep cleaning with a very steady hand. Very professional at what he does. I would recommend him for anyone needing a deep cleaning and laser treatment.

Brought my toddler in for his first exam and the staff was great. No tears from the little and they were all great about being patient with him and not forceful. The appointment was really quick from arrival to departure but we didn’t feel rushed at all.Only negative is the parking is a joke. The spaces are barely wide enough for a car but that’s obviously not their control; just be prepared to park creatively.

My experience was great. All the personnel was friendly and courteous. My dental hygienist Taylor was fantastic, he was friendly and explained everything he was doing. He was gentle and made me feel like he cared about my well being. Dr Tran is also wonderful.

The staff did a great job. Taylor the hygienist talked with me about ways that I can improve my flossing and was very detailed with my cleaning. The dentist, assistant, and office manager were all very helpful even though I was in a rush. They made sure I was out on time and explained everything very well.

Great staff, friendly. Procedures are explained well. No pressure to have dental work done that can wait. They prioritize the procedures needed and can let you see the breakdown of what your insurance will pay as well as out of pocket cost. Very clean sanitary facility to combat the pandemic. I have been to other dentists in the area and have returned back to Dr. Van Tran, the best clinic in the area based on my experience.

I had such an incredible experience at this dental office. The entire staff is friendly and helpful and I couldn’t believe what a full range of services they offer. The Doctor is really patient and takes his time to explain multiple options and reviews everything with you. Their accounts supervisor Jennie was awesome too! Initial visit was good.After sharing with their front office personnel what I wanted, what I needed and more importantly what I didnt want!I have had allot of work done and need some replacements and possible orthodontia work......again. So at 61 years old I don’t have time for nonsense or un-necessary work.I start a treatment plan soon and will see how I like the care after I get started. Amazing customer service from front desk, to dental staff. Originally I had gone there for my husbands tooth pain. They were the only local dentist that would take him so last minute. They were very professional, kind, and genuinely concerned about the pain he was in. They scheduled his follow up appointment for the next morning. He had a root canal done. He said it was painless, and they made him feel very at ease.Fast forward a few months. Im currently 4 months pregnant and began having severe tooth pain. I am terrified of the dentist; however they put me completely at ease. Before I had my dental work done they gave me a free cleaning. I so appreciate that, being pregnant gum health is crucial. Michelle was so kind, professional, and gentle. I will definitely be going back in 6 months for a cleaning with her.After my cleaning I had a root canal, filling and cap done on 3 teeth. Dr. Tran couldnt have been more amazing. I felt little to no pain, I did not feel rushed and he made every effort to make sure I was comfortable and at ease. I went to Manteca Dental Care because on a trip to CA from NC I had a crown come off. They could not have been more professional, friendly and reasonable on cost. Rosa made some changes to my crown and it fit even better than it did originally! I was in and out in just over an hour. If I lived in this area, they would definitely be my dental office!

This place is absolutely wonderful, I came in for and emergency visit in which they took me in an hour before closing. The receptionists are very sweet and helped me get my paper worked all filled out. I found out I needed to have a root canal.I went in yesterday for my root canal. Though I was anxious, the staff helped ease my nerves. The procedure itself wasnt as bad as I thought either. Dr Tran is amazing with getting you all numbed up and is excellent with his patients.I had various staff members check in on me during my visit. They make sure that you are pain free and as comfortable as possible. I loved the experience I had here and was very excited to get my wisdom teeth pulled here. But the horrible experiences came later. They told me one thing the over charged me later. I signed for one amount and even opened a line of credit with them to cover the rest. Then I received a bill in the mail form them for an additional 700$. When I brought this to their attention they told me I only signed for an estimate. But why would you even charge me and do the work with out being sure. Then on top of the financial burden they caused me. My left side of my mouth never healed correctly I lost all feeling in my jaw from the numbing medicine they gave me. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. BE CAREFUL!!!

I had chipped my front tooth (using my teeth instead of scissors) and Dr Tran fixed it beautifully. I keep looking at them trying to see where the repair was made but I can’t tell - not even in my 10x mirror. He is such a great dentist, with a super personality and a friendly staff!!

Excellent! I had questions about my treatment plan today and Dr. Tran was very respectful and took the time to review the options and priorities with me. We revised the plan and he completed two fillings quickly. I really appreciate the professionalism with personal, and even fun service.As for a prior negative review by someone who felt overcharged, I have to say thats ridiculous. My family has had numerous procedures done by Dr Tran and his staff, including cleanings, fillings, crowns, extractions, and an implant. Compared to other dentist offices in my past 60 years, this is the most fair, the most willing to work with both me and my insurance, and the one who has really earned my loyalty and recommendations.

I have been a patient at Manteca Dental for the past 5 years and throughout that time they have been extraordinary. They are always friendly and make you feel comfortable. They performed some serious dental work a few months ago and everyone was wonderful. I trust them completely to take care of my teeth, its great to know you are in good hands.

Dentists that do your cleaning are awesome, profesional and very knowledgeable. I wouldnt say the same for Dr. Rick, he did a few fillings on my molars last year and I had to come back 4+ more times because I was still having pain. Maybe he used a cheap resin or the filling was not done properly? IDK, but today Im still having the pain.

My daughter had a different appt but he kept changing it. She was in so much pain I called this office just to check. The Dr Tran said have her come in at 12:45. We went. To my surprise he took the Right then. The wisdom teeth were out within an hour she was fine and very happy I would recommend him to anyone is a very kind caring professional doctor

Update: the office contacted me and told me they corrected the accounting error. I am please they just didnt ignore my complaint! I am a senior on retirement income, without dental insurance. I dont like surprises. I feel so much better knowing they cared and looked into my concerns.Went in for consult. Paid $75 for cleaning and X-rays. A month later I received a bill for over $300. $100 charged for new patient set up fee! They never told me of these charges when I was there. Why would you have me pay the $75 in the office then bill me this other amount after I leave the office? Why not be upfront of the total cost at time of service?

This was my sons first trip to the dentist and it was definitely a positive one. It is a kid-friendly place, the staff was very nice and very patient throughout the entire process. He was a little nervous and they did a great job making him feel comfortable.

5.0 star rating 5/16/2017I just loved every single person in the office. Talk about treating you like family, they make that motto a reality. I was so impressed with everyone especially Cynthia. She took the time to listen to me and help me figure out how I was going to pay for my treatment without making me feel pressured. I will refer everyone I know to Manteca Dental Care.

Excellent experience. Great staff who are friendly and easygoing without being chatterboxes that make it hard for me to concentrate :-). I also personally witnessed Dr. Tran save a bus full of children and kittens from an attack by ISIS. That is at the same time he took care of me during my visit. True story.

My experience here was excellent! The whole staff are very friendly and they got me right in with an appointment the very next day. Everything was explained to me and I left feeling welcome and appreciated.

Always professional and friendly!!....Whatever!!!Let me retract my review, 5 days laters... I come in and was refused care on my follow up. ( That was paid for)The office manager advised that I owed more money for cleaning. I asked them how much I owed before I even received any treatments due to my new health coverage.The same so called office manger advised me that it was called in again and my portion is listed. Not one time did she advise me that I owed any additional funds for cleaning.I received a call the day before my appointment and I asked was there any out of pocket expenses due and she stated if everything was fine, I would not hear from her.After not hearing from anyone I show up today and the rude office manager told me I owed more money and I explain to her the situation and she advised me I would be checked out for refusal to pay. I took the time out of my day to come on time to be treated in such manner. Make sure you get everything black and white before you deal with anyone of the office staff.$$$$ I guess its just business $$$... well get it right the first time and dont put your mistakes on the patients!!!!Really upset patient!!!!

I had a filling break. I havent seen dentist in years. Pick Dr. Trans practice from a google search. Got right in. I expected the usual mediocre dentist but to my surprise this practice is designed around insuring you get quality service from the meet and greet, the actual dentistry work, to the out the door. I felt pampered the whole way. I am having them do all the work I have been avoiding for years. This guy has an ultra modern practice with staff highly concerned with your well being.
