So much better than going to the other stores. Very good experience and Toby was very helpful and knowledgeable. Even gave me a water and put some cartoons on the TV for my kid to watch

Went and switched back to Verizon due to sprint having no service. was told 4 rebates totaling 1100. 2 250 and 2 300 for the 4 phones. bill near 300 month. was cool. got letter stating all 4 rebates invalid store level entered in wrong. customer support refuses to fix even tho store level issue. and 1st bill was 600 dollars. this is more than crazy. so mad

Beyond frustrated with this store, unfortunatelyFirst of all, they didnt have my phone in on time. Which I understand they cant control shipping, but they pretty much guaranteed it would be at the store before I left for vacation. Then they didnt even call me when my phone came in, I had to call them. Then, I call in and after repeating myself a couple times, I was told Id have to come in later to the store because a certain worker had to be there. I said I would be in this evening and she said that they were open til 8. Went out in the bad weather and snow to find they were CLOSED.... very irritating

Went in needing help on my iPhone. Ryan helped me determine what all I could do. Went in later after I acquired information I needed and Devin ended up helping me out. Both were if beyond great help to me and were so very knowledgeable in the area. They understood the importance of customer service unlike the Verizon store in Ontario trying to make more money off of you constantly. Thank you Ryan and Devin!!

After working 12 hours (night shift) I wanted to get the new galaxy note 8 asap so I can get some sleep for my shift later tonight. Ryan swiftly told me everything I needed to know about my new phone in less than 10 min. We had been long time sprint customers and even though it was cheaper we had very poor service. I stopped into this Verizon store for a price quote and information and Dave was outstanding - it was late when we stopped in but I never felt rushed. He answered all of our questions and wrote us up a price quote ! We had time to think about it and decided to go ahead and switch to Verizon ! He ordered the phones we wanted and also got our account all set up so everything would be in order when the phones arrived . The phones came quickly and Dave called me to say they were in and to give me his hours so I could come when it was most convienent for me. We stopped in when the phones came and the process was so simple and easy ! Dave took care of setting up the phones and making sure all our data transferred. He took the time to answer all my questions about the switch from sprint. We had questions about accessories and he took time to show us the products and explain how they worked and what they cost. We even had questions about the new Apple Watch and he took time to get one out and show us how it worked and gave us all the information we needed to decide about adding those to our service in the future ! ( and did I mention it was late ... and never once felt rushed ) .It was an easy seamless process - all the costs and fees were exactly what he quoted me - my new bill reflected exactly what we discussed !Dave called a couple days later ( he had stopped in the store on his day off - I know this because of when I had called about the best time to come in and get set up with the new phones ) just to say thank you, see how the transition was, and to see if I had any questions!I really appreciated the great customer service!! The peace of mind of having great phone service now, too has been well worth the extra money every month. You get what you pay for !Thanks again to Dave and the other guys at the store ! It was easy and we had fun :) what a great thing !

Dave did a great job switching us over from Sprint. He is very knowledgeable about the products and services offered by Verizon.Dave even went the extra mile by bringing my wife’s phone to my office when it was finished being switched over.The location is great and it’s not as busy as some larger stores.

Morgan was an exception sales rep. in assisting us with a new phone and setting it up like our old one. It is difficult for us with new technology and she eased our stress considerably. We would not want anyone else helping us because she is exceptional!!!
Dishonest. Bad customer Service.I called to make an appointment and check if they had the Google Pixel. I was told they had them. I went in on Monday for my appointment and was told they would need to order the phone, but I would still get the sale price. They said it would be in on Wednesday and they would call me. No call, but I went in Wednesday to check anyway. I was told it wasnt there but would be there tomorrow and they would call. I said I would be out of town, but they promised to call anyway. After coming back in town a week later, they still had not called. After calling them, all they could do was tell me to go to the Ontario location, which is 30 minutes away from me and they never mentioned the Ontario location either. They clearly never ordered my phone nor intended to honor the sale price.

I went in to Verizon store on Lexington ave to pay my bill didnt have my bill with me but gave them my phone number and they said the (2) phones werent in my name and would not take my payment. when I got home the bill was in the mailbox (with my name on it ) due 10-08-13. I called *611 and was given an 800 # talked to a guy named cory in Nashville that said I could make my payment to him over the phone. I ask why the guy at the store couldnt take my money he didnt know. I ask if he was authorized to cancel my contract with no penalty he said yes but would not.

I wish I had checked reviews before I went in. I will NEVER set foot in there again. Do NOT sign any purchase agreements. The sales reps are dishonest. Just spent two hours on the phone trying to straighten out my sales agreement with no luck. Stuck in a two year contract with a crappy phone AND a higher bill. Very unethical business practises going on here.

This is probably a great place to go for a one time visit. If you want some ear buds or a phone case, Im sure they are great. Follow up service however, is horrible. I had to deal with them because my wifes phone had water damage and I bought insurance through them when I bought her phone. Bad Idea!! Not only did it take almost 2 weeks to get her phone, I was continually told things that were untrue. I am out of the state which made matters worse. Although,I had her phone to there location within 2 days. They took close to ten days after that to get a phone to us (still waiting BTW). Why this could not get done in a timely matter is beyond me. They never had any urgency to get a phone to us; I am unsure how someone could ever go without a phone for this long.MY suggestion is to NEVER buy insurance or a new device through them, it may be less expensive, but definitely not worth the trouble of having to deal with them and the follow-up customer service.I have bought insurance through Asurion in the past and they were always able to get a phone to me within 2 days and sometimes the very next day.Matt assisted me with the transaction and I never felt that he was doing anything to truly help me. $20 for a phone with more gigs is great but If it takes this long to receive - it is not worth it. Doyle I spoke with last and he just wanted to argue with me and provide excuses for his company and how it was not there fault.There is a reason that this store is never busy and everything is cheaper! Think twice if you are considering going here.

UPDATE to BVGUN8472 REVIEW- I got my new phone and the Ontario location waived my activation fee and is going to credit my account the restocking fee that the Lexington Ave location charged me. DO NOT PURCHASE A PHONE FROM THE LEXINGTON AVE location. They claim they are a premium retailer, but they dont provide premium customer service. Their is a reason their phones are cheaper and there are no lines. Think about it. I will say the red headed dude that took care of us was much more pleasant to deal with then the silver back gorilla with the huge holes in his ears. My guess is the owner of this location could only afford one qualified customer service rep (Red head dude) because Im not sure how in the world gorilla boy got his job. Maybe his father is the owner. One last thing, I paid cash for my phone, and now I have to wait for 2 or 3 weeks for a refund. Hey owner, you may have cost me a restocking fee ($30) but think about the buisness you will lose when people read this review!!!! I win!!!!!

We went in to update our phones and the manager, Ryan, told us they were having a deal that included a free iPad, that all we would be paying is the line access. When we received our monthly bill, we found out that the signature he required of us was a contract to purchase the iPad for almost $500. Ryan blatantly lied to us. By the time we received our bill, it was past the 14 day return policy. Verizon Corporate told us there was nothing they could do. We are changing carriers and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau of Mansfield and the Commerce Secretary. We are now out almost $500 because the manager of this store lied to us. My husband had asked him several times to make sure there was no cost to the iPad. We have been Verizon customers for over 10 years and never had a problem until this Mansfield store.
BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!! Had a bad experince at the store in Ontario which they treated me like a number and not a paying customer. My friend told me about a guy named Ryan who has a store on Lex Ave so I went and seen him and he was able to help me fix my problem and treated me like he actually cared.. He has my business for life and I would suggest you to go to that store if you dont already.
