I always go here to get eyebrows threaded…great service

Great first time experience! Jenny was great, she did exactly as I told her and was very nice:) The place is very clean and comfortable.

Older lady in this location does whatever she wants… I specifically told her to wax my 12 yr old upper lip and this unprofessional lady did that and chin hair that my daughter did not need. I called to complain and the lady boldly told me she did it because she wanted, asking her why she did it when I instructed her not to do so. Then this rude and unprofessional person hang up on my face and never answered any of my calls. DO NOT GO to this business unless you want to deal with careless ppl. I will take further legal actions.

I’ve been going here for years to get threaded. I trust everyone there with my eyebrows, they’re all good.

Im super mad with them because im coming this afternoon at 7:24 and the lady said she can take care us because shes busy and she can’t take to many people before me is only 3 personHorrible service Zero professional .Obviously im never come back😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡

I made an appointment for eyebrow threading and henna. When I arrived I wasn’t greeted only asked if I wanted my eyebrows done. I changed my mind and decided to get a henna. I was informed the henna lady was not there today. I don’t understand why they had an opening on this day and time if she wasn’t available. Quite upset I didn’t receive any service at all. They recommended I should go to Plano to get my henna done. Ridiculous! No apology, no nothing. I wish I would’ve known before I drove up there. I’m assuming they don’t confirm or look over their online booking system which they should!

My eyebrows look great, but my lashes started to fall off the same day. I completely removed them the next day. I will never be back!!

Such a rude lady that works there. And so unprofessional. If I had the option to give zero stars I would. AND the lady is talking to me while she is threading a client and her spi is going everywhere. Save your money people

I have been going here for over a year and have gotten great service every time! They know how to sculpt my brows perfectly and quickly. They leave my brows full like I want unlike most waxing places. Definitely a favorite!

I have stopped going here. The last visit was not a good outcome. It has just been a back up for me in the past. The quality of work is not as clean and perfectionism as the others.

Not great. Ive gone many times due to the location but never left happy. Finally decided to just drive elsewhere. Typically, i get burned by the repeated threading of one spot. Now permanent mark on my eye lid. They are very nice but just dont do well. I have to get them done often as they are very thick but often leave with a thin line for eyebrows. Just overall terrible job - but nice people.

What is the point of checking in on the computer if your not going to take the customers in the order in which they signed in. After waiting 45 minutes a man who signed in 2 customers after me was serviced before me. I dont care if he came in with his wife and son, he should have signed in! He was anticipating the wait to decide if he was going to get services performed.I will take my business some where else. My option also is because their nationality was India they were serviced before me.Yes I pulled out the RACE CARD because racism does exist.

They are always very meticulous about getting eyebrows exactly how you want them and even better. Reasonable price. I suggest getting their package deals if you intend on coming here as your eyebrow place.

They always do a messy job. I gave them 2 chances and both times were bad experiences. Waxing job left with hair patches everywhere. Eyebrow threading left with uneven eyebrows. My friend got 30% for waxing at another location, this location told me they dont do 30% for waxing. Inconsistent!

OMG... I havent had my eyebrows waxed, plucked, shaped, etc. in about 3 years. My eyebrows grow funny and people always mucked them up so I stopped getting them done... Durgei threading my eyebrows on today and she did an amazing job. Thank you, thank you and thank you again....
