Had an awesome experience. Breanna did an amazing job on my facial. She was very professional, respectful & explained everything she was doing and what benefits came with it. The difference in my skin before and after was like night and day. I will definitely be returning on a regular basis.

Nicole is so sweet an professional. She makes you feel really comfortable and welcomed. Everytime ive gone over I’ve noticed a huge difference in my skin because she really gives you a full-on treatment that’s custom to your skin and needs.

I visited Open Door Med Spa to receive filler, Botox, and get some information on their skincare treatments. The owner Nicole was an absolute delight and answered all my questions. The nurse injector Kris did an amazing job on my injections, I won’t be going to anyone else from here on out. The Medical aesthetician, Breanna, was very knowledgeable and taught me so much about my skin. I left feeling great and looking even better! I will be returning monthly to keep up with my routine. About a week ago I had my first Open Door Med Spa experience and I was not disappointed. Nicole is great! Im normally a tad intimidated in this type of environment as Im not sure what I need or how to best communicate it. Nicole was easy to talk to, helped me discuss my issues and the results I was hoping for. I am new to taking care of my face and was completely unaware of how Microdermablasion or IPL would feel. The microderm was a breeze and after I knew what to expect on IPL and some adjustment on the equipment it all went very well. My skin was super smooth and baby soft afterwards. I still have two more sessions to go to see what the overall end results are, but so far I am very happy!

I did the body wrap with Sarah, everything was wonderful I ended up adding on the face wrap just bc my results was so great. I lost 16 1/2 inches !!!!! Obviously going to make this a regular thing and you should too if your looking for weight loss help ☺️☺️

I had the most AMAZING experience at this beautiful medspa with the owner Nicole! She went far above and beyond to take incredible care of me, and when I left there, not only did my skin feel absolutely refreshed, but so did my spirit! You can tell she genuinely loves people and life. I left Open Door feeling confident, beautiful, and loved. Her bedside manner is superb, and she is gentle, but highly effective in her methods. 10 out of 10! I absolutely can not wait for my next microderm & dermaplane to see her bright smiling face again!

Is this place even open? When I saw that Mansfield got an Open Door Med Spa I decided to give it a try. When I called no one answered so I left a message. The fact that no one answered the phone or returned my call should have been the first red flag. Later that day, I scheduled an appointment online for 10AM the following Thursday. Today I showed up for the appointment a couple minutes early. The door was locked. (Red flag #2) I waited in my car until 10:04 and tried again. Still locked! What a waste of time. I dont care if they still are in business, Im not letting anyone poke needles in my face if they cant even be punctual.
