Farida did a wonderful job threading my eyebrows. I had not gotten them done in over a year and a half, but she was so nice about it and they look great now!

Service was absolutely amazing 🤩. Farida is the only one who can make my brows look as if I’ve drawn them on. Perfectly shaped and took her time. So neat and natural. She has also grew them from being damaged. Love her and this place 🥰😍.

This morning I thought let me find someone who threads closer to my house instead of going to Arlington. So I walked into this establishment and she said I needed a mask no problem went and got one. I came back and she never said hello, or how can I help you, nothing she continued on with her customer. I gave her some time by looking at the items she had displayed for sale, and still no communication. It was like I was not there. This is very sad customer service for a business to have. I hope you do better with the next walk in and especially one looking to come consistently as I was.

I just left Brow Vixen. Every time I go in there’s a different lady but they do well. Today I went and the lady makes fun of my hair because I came from the gym and it’s everywhere. Then she continues you to tell me how uneven my eyebrows are like I don’t know. Then Asked just for them to be shaped up and she basically took off the tail of my eyebrows. When I went to pay I paid with card it prompted to tip 0 or other. I was already planning to tip but before I could even press anything the lady is telling me to to press other like I’m obligated to tip her after she was rude to me. This happened around 1:15 on May 27.

Today I walked in and was greeted by one lady that was currently working on a customer and ignored by one who wasn’t working on anyone. I ended up being with the lady who completely ignored me whenever I walked into the building. When I finally got in her chair she started to complain on how she wanted to go home and was “done with this”. Which I understand your tired but it’s still unprofessional and honestly as a customer, it made me not want her because I felt as though she wasn’t going to do her best one me. Long story short my eyebrows were terrible and she kept taking brakes to converse with other people in the room giving no care in the world about my time. I payed my $10 and said never again. Highly Highly dissatisfied! DO NOT GO HERE.response- my names amya and I almost asked for a full refund when I was there but I decided that I was just going to let it go because not only is there a small patch on my eyebrow(which I confronted her about it when she passed me the mirror to see my eyebrows) but she also didn’t even finish the service because she forgot to trim my eyebrows and I didn’t realize it until I got home. So I won’t be needing the 10% of because I won’t be coming back anymore but I would like a full refund.2nd response - I don’t want to have to put it out there publicly but i’m pretty sure I was the only amya that came 30mins to an hour before y’all closed.

Horrible experience!!! I booked lash appointments for my daughter and myself. Unfortunately after my daughters lash extensions she waited 30 minutes for me to get off work. My daughter had her debit card for payment. The entire time she never asked about remaining balance, even when I arrived she said nothing so we left. Half way home she texted my TEENAGED daughter that she had my license plate and was going to call the police on me. The threat of calling the police on a woman of color is nothing to play with EVER!!!! Have posted reviews and she will lie and say she does not have record of us. All I wanted was for them to admit what they did and own it. This just lets me know that this is who they are and people like them are dangerous to all. Go at your own risk, you may not be as lucky as me.

Went in for brow threading based on so many good reviews and I’m happy I did. I went in a little apprehensive because of the scary comments I’ve read and heard about threading hurting more than waxing and burns. It was super quick, virtually painless and exactly how wanted them. Kinda said I didn’t the lady’s name.

Ashmita is amazing and she just passed her NCLEX so now I’m gonna have to find someone else…happy for her but sad for me. 😊

Farida did an amazing job on my brow threading and light tinting at the Broad Street location. For sure recommend using her for your weddings, proms, gatherings, or just all around normal self care.

I have used this location numerous times before the pandemic and had always recieved excellent service.So when I went there on May 7th I expected the same excellent service I was the 1st customer no familiar face I had my usual treading and tint but this time it was very painful and now 6 days later still irritated,painful and swollen. I went to the shop on Broad Monday and the tech put some vitamin E and took my photo.Hopefully this will heal soon and I will go to the Broad location.May 7th at 20am I expected to have the same experience, I was the 2st customer it hurt more than usual and now 6 days later it still hurts is irritated and swollenI went to shop on Broad and she put some vitamin E on it.hopefully I can get

I always tried to get eyelash extensions at OTHER places but had an allergic reaction each time. I got my lashes done by Cia and had an amazing experience. I explained to her my experiences and she explained the whole process and lmk the glue they use and it turned out perfect. NO ALLERGIC REACTION. If you have sensitive eyes you def need to try them!!! Also, the eyebrow threading is great!!

Worst experience ever this was my second time going. And i believe her name was Ashley but she was rude when i entered because I had my kids with me she said if there was anybody in the car they can stay with and i said no and she got an attitude and i told her i could go somewbere else and she said next time not to bring them well guess what they wont be a next time never again returning

I got my microblading done today and all I can say is the staff there is absolutely amazing friendly, great customer service. I absolutely love Love my results.Karen is awesome. Does a great job. Love this place because Aisha and Pam always do an excellent job threading my eyebrows. I can relax and not worry about ending up with a surprised look or having to pencil in eyebrows. Aisha recommended an eyelash lift/tint at my last visit and the results were far beyond my expectations. I have naturally long/straight eye lashes but they were barely noticeable. Now they’re curled and stand out with the tint. They give my eyes a refresh look, even when I just wake up🌺.

Always get my eyebrows done from Micky. She does such a great job! Makes conversation so the customer can feel comfortable. Excellent service!!

I went to get my brows done for the first time here and Pam is the one who did my brows and she did really great! I went on a Saturday around lunch time and was in and out in less than 10 minutes. I will definitely be going back.

I did not pay 10 dollars for someone to look at my eyebrows for 30 seconds. After I showed her all the hair left she said thats more than a clean up and I told her I get a clean up every time and they always do a good job about getting all of my hair and she looked at me and said so your telling me I dont do a good job? Maybe it would be better if you didnt rush to get me out of the chair. Never coming back here

First time visiting and Ferida did a great job on my brows. Also she was the only person who greeted me. The other employee who mentioned that she does waxing was rude and unfriendly.

We had more than a bad experience today at Brow Vixen. I understand when the business is shorthanded and its busy. However, for a place that specializes in waxing and threading we were more than disappointed. First, more hair was removed from the inside the eyebrow than necessary. I let that go since it would be filled in with a brow pencil. Second, I got a face wax. The young lady did not appear to know the techniques of following the growth of the hair. She slabbed the wax on my cheeks and left many spots. I had to ask her to either pluck or fix the patches of hair at least 3 times. I should not have to ask the profesional to fix anything that many times. Lastly, my niece was ok refused finishing her eyebrow threaded because she didnt know how to hold her eye for the technician to finish her job. The technician did one eyebrow and didnt finish the other! Again, they were busy and did have more clients waiting but it is no excuse to not finish a job!
