This place looks so cute. The owner was very welcoming. I told her what prob i have with my bridesmaids dress and she offered me 2 options and their pro and con. She also had me try it on and ask how much i want to expand the dress. I paid and got a ticket to come back in 2 weeks. Thankfully i came in early so i had enough time for the wedding. When i came back, she had me try it on the spot and asked if im satisfied. Also the fabric at the V cut she made to expand the dress match the dress color perfectly. My friend couldnt event tell it’s there. Overall i was very happy she could help me out. If you need alterations done remember to get it done early and try it on when you get it so they can help you fix it. I ran out of coins when i paid and she told me not to worry about it. I also introduced this place to my friend

Timeless Tailor & Alteration completely ruined my $1700 wedding gown. They placed two very wide French seams down the front of the gown (where there were no seams originally) and sewed an obviously crooked seam across the waist in the underlay that is quite visible from the outside. I rushed it to a well-known seamstress in Mansfield in hopes she could salvage it. She was horrified with what they had done and said she could not remedy their mess without ruining the remaining lace on my dress. Now I have no dress and my wedding is two months away. If you need something expensive or sentimental altered, look elsewhere. I’ve attached photos so you can see the before and after.Edit: Met with the owner, DeeDee, today who was nothing but combative from the moment I went in again (at her request) to see if she could make this right. She lied to my face and told me this wasn’t a final fitting, which none of her staff ever said at the fitting or at pickup. If you’re a bride, I suggest looking elsewhere. The great reviews are misleading. I’m sure this one will eventually be deleted.

I took a new suit in to have it tailored. They recommended that I have the jacket tailored but I elected to have only the pants hemmed. The pants turned out perfect and were ready exactly when promised, but after wearing the suit once, I realized that they were correct about the jacket. I ended up taking the jacket back to have the sleeves shortened and the jacket tapered, along with another suit and two other jackets. They were very knowledgable about measuring and tailoring men’s suits and I was extremely satisfied with their work. I will now use Timeless Tailor & Alteration exclusively for all of my clothing tailoring needs. One recommendation that I would make when having a suit tailored would be to make sure and take the shoes and shirt that you would wear with you when you go in to have your measurements so that they can measure everything accurately. I imagine that this would also apply when having pants or a dress altered as well. Again, I highly recommend Timeless Tailor & Alteration as they are very friendly, professional, and knowledgable.

I took a dress in to get a simple hem done and a snap added. It was $40 for them to hem the unlined dress. Instead of putting a snap they sowed it shut. I needed the snap so I could nurse. I took the dress back in for them to fix it and they cut the dress. They moved the snap higher to hide the cut. When I got home and tried on the dress it smelled like smoke. Now, I have to wash my dress (that was clean before I took it in ) before my sons wedding.

I’m giving two stars because i feel very conflicted..... i took a bridesmaid dress in that was altered perfectly. the sleeves were taken in and hemmed as well as the bodice was taken in over two sizes and it looked amazing. however, two of my bridesmaids took their dress in and both were hemmed much shorter than they were supposed to be. one was over four inches shorter than it had been agreed upon and a bridesmaid’s ankles were showing for my wedding............just be careful and cautious especially if you are dealing with length

Brought in a long sleeve shirt that i bought online it was size large so i took it here they ajuste it to my size which is medium...came back in few days tried it on and it fit perfectly to my right size super impressed for sure coming back here again

They were very nice and were able to tailor two pairs of pants for me in a couple days. They did a great job, I will definitely be returning in the future.

I have gone here a few times and every time they accommodate my needs, they are friendly and willing to work with everyone, especially DeeDee. I will be going there again for sure, when it comes time to tailor my suits and shirts.
