They were able to alter two dresses within 2 weeks for a wedding. The seamstress marked alterations faster than it took for us to get the dresses on or off. Had a bridesmaid dress pulled in smaller and a flower girl dress shortened at the shoulders and at the bottom. My dress side split during the ceremony about 3-4 inches. The flower girl dress didnt appear shorter at the shoulders and the front still dragged the grown when she walked. There was a pin still in the dress as well. I ended up having to cut the front hem tulle during wedding photos before ceremony. $96 after tax was kinda disappointing when a seam separated and I had to trim the front of the dress anyway.

Wonderful. Theres a reason everyone from locally to Fort Worth recommends this store. My dress went from being nearly ruined by a poor altering job to perfect!

Its worth my 30 minute drive to Lucy’s!I brought in my dress to be altered from extremely long to a high-low. They did absolutely AWESOME!Now I am somewhat excited to stand next to my sister wearing this ugly country blue thing that she picked for her wedding! Lol

She has done several alterations for me and I have been very pleased. They do a wonderful job. friendly, great pricing and quick turn around.

Thanks for ruining a $200 Gi...You sewed the patch on off center, tried to fix it and the patch is still crooked. I would have you fix it, but you left small rips and holes were you ripped the seam out from the first attempt.No wonder your sign says no refunds, you do terrible work and would be giving all your money away.Update. After washing it after wearing it Monday there are now holes where the failed sewing attempt was made. If you value your belongings do not take them here.

Absolutely amazing service!!! Went in needing an alteration for my work uniform and leaving for West Texas the next morning. They understood and took care of my needs immediately and didnt even try to charge me extra for an expedited service. I did compensate though as thats only the right way to show appreciation!!! I gladly will recommend them to anyone!!!

I went to Lucys to have 3 pairs of pants altered. She did an outstanding job and tailored them exactly as I had wanted them to be tailored. The price was also quite fair. Highly recommended.

I brought in a sleeveless dress to have it taken up in the shoulders for my step-daughters wedding. She told me it would be ready after 12 PM the following Saturday (a week later). Mind you the pick-up date is the day before the wedding, so thats my bad for waiting, but I thought it was a simple enough alteration. When I arrived to pick up my dress, at first they couldnt find it. When they found it, I was informed that theyd forgotten about it and hadnt done the work. Then, I was told to come back in an hour. Totally unprofessional. I almost wish they would have made something up and said they werent quite finished with it rather than say theyd forgotten about it. When I returned to pick it up, I was still so angry I couldnt speak, not even to protest them charging me full price. The one star is for the quality of the work.

Got several masks here. Lots of color choices. She has sizes for kids, as well as small, medium, and large for adults.

I love this place! They are so quick and they do a great job! I have had 2 bridesmaids dresses altered here, and not only are they faster than Davids Bridal, but they are much better. The staff is friendly and the lady behind the counter was super sweet to my daughter. My mom uses them as well and she said their price for pants hemming is the cheapest around. This is my tailor from now on!

Called 10 min till closing she took our call...IMPRESSIVE....THEN AGREED to do our ALTERATION the next day at 9am. She WAS amazing and soooo great to do this short notice. Great service. Will go there again.

This place has the BEST reputation for alterations. The work is excellent, and theyll do anything from hems to wedding dress alterations. Cut and hem drapes, repair rips in jeans, take in clothes/let out clothes. My favorite alterations shop!

I brought in a dress that needed to be let out on the sides of the bodice. I only had a couple of days. They were able to let it out just enough & had it done just in time for the event.

Absolutely no stars. Don’t ever use Lucy or her company for any kind of alterations. I have used Lucy’s for years and today she wants to argue with me about the price she wrote on my receipt. Then she cut my dress to short. I told her I wanted it longer so I could wear different shoes. She cut it so I can only wear flat sandals with my floor length dress. Starts yelling at me like it was my fault she cut it wrong. Worst customer service ever.

Read various reviews and decided to take a chance since prices are better than other places. First impression was the place was BUSY...good sign. Had 6 pair of jeans hemmed and my wife had 1 pair. Pleased with work and will return.

Lucys is a great place to get your pants altered. The prices are very reasonable compared to other places. Also, if you do not feel satisfied with your alteration then they will adjust it without any additional charges.

They usually do a good job. I had 3 pairs of pants that I needed altered. I told them that I did not want cuffs in the pants. When I went to pick the pants up, guess what....they had cuffs. To add insult to injury, they charged me extra to put the cuffs in.

I brought in a pair of slacks to be altered last week. I told them what l wanted and was told it would be ready on Monday. I went to pick it up today and it didnt look like they did anything to them until l tried them on. They fit perfectly now. Ill use them again and would recommend them if l were asked who does alterations.

I come to pick up my items and the credit card machine is broken. This lady actually expected me to get back in my car, and go to an ATM machine and pay whatever fee that would be. Then come back and pay them cash. Basically I need to inconvenience myself because your business is having issues and you have no back up plan. It was already out of my way to come here. I will never, ever use them again.

Horrible Service. Brought a jacket in with a broken zipper. Just wanted to know if it was fixable. Lady said she would look at it next week. Called on wed...said she would look at it tomorrow. Showed up on sat...they couldnt even find my jacket!!! After 10 min of looking (and getting my jacket confused with someone elses) they found it and surprise surprise, they hadnt even looked at it. Told me to come back in 20 min. Guy looked at it and said they couldnt fix it. WOW!!!

I really liked them the first time I ever went there. But the second time, I asked a question and the husband and wife who own it were incredibly rude to me and condescending. I will be finding a new place to get clothing alterations. They are incredibly rude people.

I have taken items from prom gowns to slacks to Lucys for years. They have always done a great job for us!

We have been having things altered for 15 years there but we bought a brand new tux jacket and took it to be altered. She got super glue on the front of the jacket and instead of doing something about it she accused me of it already being on the jacket. Which is ridiculous since I had just bought the jacket and it was in a garment bag. She also said she only used glue on the back of the jacket. Which I am wondering why she was using glue on the jacket at all! We couldnt have gotten anything on it. The worst customer service ever!!!!! We will never use this place again.

We use Lucys on a regular basis for hemming pants. We like the work and the price is fair.

Called to to have a jacket altered and they said to bring it in at 9AM the next day. So when I got there with my jacket they were closed with a sign on the window saying they were closed to work on their current orders and a phone number on the door. I called the number and they said they were closed for a doctors appointment - so which is it? Orders or Doctors appointment, either way dont tell me to come the next morning if you are going to be closed.

I keep trying to call them, and they dont know how to answer their phone!
