Its is a great place to get your formal wear. They treat you like family. The also do alterations on site which is a huge plus.

Horrible! Just horrible service! We got there and started picking out dresses when a man finally approached me and took the dresses I had pulled. After about 5 or 6 dresses he cane up and said you only have time for 4 dresses! I went back to narrow my options down and a lady came in and rudely told me the same thing. Then when I narrowed it down to 4. She wouldn’t even let me start trying them on! We left! They didn’t even ask why? Or what happened? They don’t care about your having your business.- Go to Kuhns!! Great prices, great options, great staff!

It was nothing but a nightmare. They did a beautiful job altering my dress but that doesnt make up for the fact that just hours away from my wedding they didnt have everything in for the guys in my wedding. They told one guy to just wear the shirt that was 5 times to big for him. I had guys that drove an hour to even over an hour and half away two or three times because they were told everything was ready and when they got there it wasnt. For as much as they charge I expected things to run a lot smoother than they did.

From 2018...Suspenders were wrong color for groomsmen & hard to reach by phone.

I can see where the bad reveiws r coming from now that i stopped myself! When we got to the front they had a box that asked for ppl to use shoe covers in the store! It wasnt even that nice and it wasnt super bad out.. And its in the mall so by the time u get there your shoes arent going to have mud or anything mostlikely! We didnt have an appointment but there was no oneeee... I mean nooo oneeee in the store! Yet the staff made 2 comments about this is why we make appointments ha! The staff were notttt friendly either. And there was honestly barely any wedding dresses in the store. It was a waste of a trip and i would not recommend it to anyone!

Ive been going to Bonnie for years for pageant gowns, so I had to go there first for my wedding dress. We drove over an hour to get there, but it was so worth it. Bonnie found the perfect dress for my body and style, and I am in love.

Over priced! Nice staff though. I ordered my wedding gown from Davids Bridal for under $400 and took it here to get it altered ... and the alterations were over $350

This place is horrible and over priced! staff is rude and demanding! One of the bridesmaids that was in the wedding drove from columbus to pick her dress up and was told she could not pick up the dress until all of the dresses from the bridal party have been paid for. that is ILLEGAL. After all of that the owner called me twice pretty much demanding I pay for the rest of my dress over the phone, before even picking it up!!! i put a $100 deposit down on the dress.....NOT HAPPENING. RUDE i will never be back.

They are awesome people to work with! They did everything they could to help me find my perfect wedding dress and my fiences tux!

Google added these hours with with out consulting the bridal shop the correct hours are Mon, Wed,Thurs, and Fri. 11am to7pmTues 11am to 6pmSat. 10am to 4pm

Last night my mom and I went into B s sort of by happenstance! We live more than an hour away, but this shop was definitely worth our drive! We walked in and there was a little sign asking for patrons to remove their shows (LOVE IT!!) so that they can help keep their shop clean! A young lady, Kaelin, helped me try on several dresses, much nicer and closer to what I had been looking for than any other shop weve been to! Bonnie and her husband were amazingly sweet and helpful, and it was kind of like getting to play dress up at their house lol! And Kaelin went above and beyond to make me feel welcome! She was fantastic! There was never any pressure from any of them and they were extremely patient and helpful. If youre looking for formal wear, I would highly recommend taking time to try on dresses at Bs... They also have prom dresses and tuxes as well! Thank you Kaelyn!
