I called Trimble Road Self Storage. They were very Friendly, Fast, Efficient. At the time I wanted the smallest storage building.which was $49.00. I asked about the half price discount. He said I would receive it. Somehow, I had to call back and must have got someone else. I decided I needed a bigger storage with the amount of stuff I had, which Im GLAD I Did. But I asked about a half price discount on that rate. He said I needed to rent for more than a month to get the half price. I paid the price they asked because I needed the storage, but I would have enjoyed getting the discount. I did order the lock they provided and was VERY HAPPY WITH THE QUALITY AND EASE OF USING IT. I Was VERY HAPPY WITH MY STORAGE. I LIKED THE GATE, close to the gas station, knowing there was people always around. I Felt VERY SAFE. The Whole place was very Clean. VERY PROFESSIONAL. Wonderful Experience. I would Rent from them again and I Will Highly Recommend this place to others in need of a storage unit. THANK YOU SO MUCH. G-D BLESS. SHALOM!!!

The management is very cordial and helpful. It was an emergency move and. the storage unit was available the day I called to rent one.

I was very happy with the convenience of being able to rent my storage unit and pay for it online. I didnt even have to go out to the storage place. I just sat at my kitchen table. Which makes it so much easier for me because I am a little disabled. I have trouble walking. I have bad knees and a bad back. And pain all over my body. And the security of knowing that my stuff is safe. I like that also. And the prices are reasonable too. So yes, I was very happy with my experience. Thank you. I would definitely recommend you to others. 5-Stars.

It was great at first, not having to deal with meeting a person and waiting around. I was able to get in and get out with no problems and when I did have a problem a call back to me was very fast... The problem was when we went to check on our belongings we had discovered that there were mice and a lot of damage was done just in 1 month. After that we cleaned out unit and placed all kinds of home remedies for getting rid of mice as well as setting out poison. I paid a lot per month for a storage unit where a lot of my belongings were destroyed. Giving a heads up about this issue would have been better than not being told.. Just be aware.

The actual monthly rate is more than whats advertised due to mandatory you-pay renters protection policy, this information is not clearly stated on the webpage or when renting thought the kiosk. The lease they email you is password protected so you cant even read it. Its been one thing after another in the 24hours since I rented the unit. I personally Chose to move out from my still empty unit before even using it for storage. This place feels like one big scam and I wouldnt trust my belongings there. Many other places to rent storage space around here, do your due diligence and avoid trimble road self storage.

Called several times, put on hold each time.nobody ever answered. Went to office, sign said OPEN, door locked. What a way to do business.

Made a reservation online. I went to the automated kiosk and it could not locate it. Had a carload of stuff to unload, very inconvenient. Used the kiosks customer support feature and was promised a call the next day. Didnt hear from anyone.

For a 10×10 the starting fee is $89. Then they add an additional $9 mandatory insurance policy. Once they tax you, youre paying $105! Right down the road there are TWO places that offer the SAME 24/7 services and space for $50.

I had the worst experience with this family owned business. This company is all about money and very unprofessional. This company deceived me and harassed me constantly every other day with numerous emails, voicemails, and phone calls with inconsistent amounts due. This company does not have a local office and everything is done over the phone and through email; which is not unheard of but due to their greed for money and unprofessional manner this company will continue to have complaints. The rate for my unit did not stay consistent with my initial move in rate term. During my stay with Trimble Road Self Storage, I was in a tough situation in my life and I trusted this company with my property. I had numerous of conversations with the staff and management in reference to my current situation. This company literally harassed me with threats of auctioning my unit and stated that a bid was placed on my unit. I received a blocked unknown call from a man named Allen stating that a bid was placed on the unit and that I must make a payment of $100.00 dollars. Allen went on to say during this voicemail that if I made this payment immediately he would inform the buyer and the office that the owner has made payment and that the unit is not available for purchase. I made the payment over the phone the day I received the call. Before the payment was made I received emails confirming our agreement. By balance before the payment was $146.00 dollars. Fast forward all most one month after the negotiation, I received an email stating that my unit was auctioned the same day the negotiation was made. I felt deceived and down right horrible. I had property that I could never see again, property that meant a lot to me and my family, heirlooms that can never be replaced and memories forever lost. I then received another email stating that I will receive my $100.00 dollars upon future processing and I did. This $100.00 dollar refund will not replace my unit, and with that being said, I made two complaints with the Ohio Attorney General Office and the Ohio Better Business Bureau Office. I am currently in the process to sue this company as well. I do not enjoy exposing this company but I know I am not the only one who has endured this. My advice to anyone who is considering using this company, SHOP AROUND FIRSTCheck out everything before putting any of your property on this property. Just sayingI can only have high hopes that my complaints and concerns will make an impact to reconstruct some things with this company. God bless Trimble Storage :)

Super easy to work with. Looks like they are investing some money on making solid improvements for safety and security as well as convenience. I have been very satisfied with my experience thus far.

I was impressed by cool automated service. Use the intuitive and easy to use console interface to get every setup and access your unit right away & 24/7. Secure. Must bring own padlock or buy one at the kiosk for reasonable price.

My storage unit was taken over because I didnt have the right lock on it management put their own lock on the unit. And refused to come out and remove it.Management Sucks the Owners dont even Reach Out to their staff.

I just started renting and from the day I inquired, they were very responsive. I did everything online and by phone. I like that they send me an electronic invoice as well as accept electronic payments. The unit was clean as is the entire facility.
