This place was very easy to work with. Their storage areas are clean and there are always dollies available. I would definitely use them again and they were reasonably priced.

People were always avaialable and the going and coming were easy.

Very clean, easy to get your belongings in and out . they even provide carts to aid in moving your stuff

Easy access, carts on hand to help move in your items, location was minutes from the apts.

I was able to reserve the unit and pay all online. The gate code was provided, lock inside the unit as informed.

Amber is wonderful to work with and makes transferring to any storage unit easy! We were grateful for her help during a recent move. Prices are great too!

I found Assured self storage using a google search and was impressed with its high ratings. After researching prices and comparing to local competitors I gave Assured a call. The staff was friendly and earned my business over the phone. I went to the facility and Amber gave me a tour of the units and helped walk me through the process. Through the entire experience Amber and the team have been amazing!! The staff is attentive, quick to respond and incredibly friendly. The units are clean, well secured, well lit and easily accessible. Thank you Amber and everyone at Assured for a well run facility and for making us feel comfortable storing our belongings. :)

The only reason I didnt rate it 5 stars is because I just began business with them, but I theyve been the utmost for me thus far. There was another customer waiting, and I overheard him say he moved locations (same company) because this location had far better service. The other one (a few miles north of this one) had poor customer service so I hear with rude CSR. Just saying. Im glad I chose this one!

From the minute I walked in I was greeted with a a hello and a smile. This was a unit for my 74 year old mother. I cant speak highly enough about the staff. Amber was professional, courteous, thorough and patient with my mother.She made the process of getting a unit easier than I expected.As a cynical and non trusting person, I felt that Amber was genuine, trustworthy, upfront and honest. We had to ask her three times to help us with the unit lock. She was there in minutes. Her co-worker, Olivia was just as sweet and helpful.I highly recommend Assured self storage.
