This company couldnt be any nicer to deal with!! I got a quote via email and when I called I got a real person - real nice person! Dylan took my info and informed me someone would call when the delivery was set up. Paul was just as nice to talk to and they give you a delivery window, but call when they are on their way! The driver, Bob, was great to deal with and put it exactly where we wanted! Thanks for being such a fantastic company to deal with!! 👍

Amazing service from the staff in the office to the drivers on the road. Dylan has accommodated to our companys needs from the start. Bob did an amazing job today delivering the container in an area that seemed near to impossible. I have dealt with many other storage companies; Mini Warehousing is by far the best one.

The company was very responsive. Quick to get delivery. Prices were competitive. Container is like new. Driver was able to deliver and place where i wanted it. I would definitely do business with them again. Consider doors on both ends for ease of access.

My experience throughout the process of procuring shipping containers through Mini Warehousing was fantastic. Kevin Thibeault who was my point of contact while conducting my price comparison between companies who both lease and sell containers offered me the best pricing on both options. I procured several units from Mini Warehousing to fulfill my needs.When planning on ordering these units I was truly concerned with was the difficult placements of the containers. I explained to Kevin my concerns and he conveyed them to his operations team. Happily I have containers EXACTLY where I wanted them to be.The real reason that I felt compelled to provide a review (this is my first ever publicly posting online) was the true professionalism that I witnessed today. Nick the driver showed up exactly when they said he would, he took the time and asked questions on what our needs were, surveyed the area. Nick explained to us that if he placed the containers where we wanted them, he would need to drive on our finished landscaping- it was nice being consulted before having a truck flattened out our grass . Having someone as conscientious and courteous as Nick made our transaction go super smoothly. Nick could not have done a better job and his personality was great. The entire time Nick was on our site, he smiled and you could tell that he genuinely took pride in his performance.Though I am bound to follow procurement rules, I hopefully will have another chance to work with this outfit.

We had an emergency and needed a 20 storage container immediately. Then we needed another one. We have an active construction site with a lot of moving parts & needed to fit the containers into some tight spaces while managing a strict schedule with deliveries & construction. Mini Warehousing was able to accommodate our schedule each time. I believe we have had the same driver/operator (Bob) to our site four times. Each time he has called to let me know he was on the way & what time he would be on site. Bob was prompt, efficient & professional during every delivery. He was patient & understanding as we moved vehicles & construction equipment around, which delayed his schedule. He was able to place the containers exactly where they were needed.The office/sales staff was also quite helpful with my questions & scheduling issues. I cant say enough about my experience with this company. They are an outstanding storage solution!

Great experience so far! Amazing price, literally half of what PODS and 1-800-Pack Rat quoted me. Quick and easy delivery. I signed lease via electronic document, and driver showed up a day or so later. He dropped it exactly where I wanted, wore a mask the whole time, and walked me through basics of opening/locking container. Whole process was done in under 10 minutes. In middle of rental period, but couldnt be happier. Hoping return and everything else goes just as smooth!

I’ve be using mini warehousing for more then 5 years a great company. I just had a 20 ft container delivered on 3-13-2020 also they took back a 10 ft the driver bob is always professional driver he said if I was going to keep container for more then a year I could save 10.00 dollars I called back same day saying i was going to have it more then a year. They are very professional, delivered when they said they would, and the driver Bob gave a thorough explanation how everything works (which was good because this was our first experience with a storage container.)

I am leasing to own a unit from here and I am so far very please with everyone I have dealt with! I am horrible at names, but Ashley was who I was communicating with on email and she was very fast at replying and answered every question I had without being pushy to sell. I really liked that. Then when I came to rent, I believe I dealt with Chris, who was very friendly and took me to view a unit and explain a few more questions I had. I signed the deal right there because I knew I was comfortable with this company. Then, the last step was to have it delivered. It was delivered in the time frame they said, with a courtesy call from the driver himself to let me know he was on the way. He was able to get the unit into a tight spot without creating ruts from the truck tires so I was totally thrilled. I think his name is Bill/Bob, but he was very nice and even wants to try our icecream stand once it is opened! I hope he does.Anyway, unlike most companies nowadays, I felt in each interaction that I was a valued customer and not just a dollar sign. I actually had information without obligation and I was given time to think. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for storage.

The delivery of the storage unit was great, it went very smoothly. Bob the driver was great. He was on time, actually a couple of minutes early, he called to let me know he was on his way and he accommodated my request for placement of the container. I asked that it be placed a little farther back on the property by the side of the house. Bob was able to place it exactly as I wanted it. It was all done in a matter of minutes. Also, their prices are great. I am very happy with my experience with Mini Warehousing and definitely recommend them.

I was in need of a storage container and Mini Warehousing surpassed my expectations. Delivery was scheduled in a timely manner and schedule was met. The drop space didnt allow for much room for error but the driver was very patient and slide the container into place. I would recommend Mini Warehousing for anyones container needs.
