Customer service is trash. Rude to all get out, id rather take the time and money to go somewhere else. Junk yards are a dime a dozen so if u cant take pride in customer service then ur in the wrong business. If i could of gave negative stars i would have. Very unprofessional

Overall service better than most competitive places. Would recommend them. But due to the nature of the business cant always go perfectly.

Called about and alternator and was told to bring mine in and they would try to find 1 like it. Their alternators are already pulled and on a self but I guess they failed to label what kind of car they came off of.

They told me they had a part for my truck wouldnt check to make sure then I went there and drove around for 45 minutes with a employee and didnt find the part and after I left I found out that the part he discribed wasnt the right one for my truck.

Should be more reasonable on prices as most family run businesses generally are(just going by their name). They try to make you think because they pull the part for you it should cost you 5 times higher than everywhere else. Well maybe they have to overcharge customers so they can pay all the brothers hanging around; but if you show up and ask for a part they are quick to tell you the price but its gonna be a while before someone can come and pull it for you. So the guys that are standing there starring like drunk cats what do they do???...complete joke.

Everyone here was nice except the guy that works the front desk. I dont see how they get any business with letting him talk to people. I will never come back here. They have had my business for 10 years never will I go back.

Great place to get parts! Also, they have a good selection of as-is, repairable vehicles. Fell in love with a 1994 Honda Accord EX sedan with over 223.000 miles on the odometer that was in their lot. They were asking only $1.200.00 for it, so I bought it. Needed some work,but once it was fixed it was a great car. UPDATE: Had to sell the Accord back to them because it got wrecked.😞. They have the highest prices paid for wrecked and junk vehicles.

99 out of a 100 times they will have the quality used or new automobile parts you need. If they dont have the parts they usually get it the next business day.

Not really impressed with them, they gave me the wrong rim after i showed them the one i wanted then they tried to overcharge me on the right rim after the rim i found every were else for 50-55, everyone was nice other then the front desk guy and the other workers agreed that he was charging me to much

I called to ask questions on the phone because I dont live that close and the guy on the phone was a complete ass he was very short and wouldnt let me ask question and told me he didnt have what I was looking then I told him of one he had and he told me it wouldnt work for what Im trying to do he told me the only way he could help he was to drive over I had a friend over there last week that seen the engine I need already pulled and they told him 1500 bucks for the engine I guess they dont what my 1500 bucks it just sucks when you try to spend money on something and no one wants to help you
