Had to get a tow due to transmission issues, and Carl with Terrys Towing was amazing! Went above and beyond! He even confirmed the problem diagnosis, and let us see what/where it was at, as well as some easy options we could follow up on to fix. Wonderful experience for such a rough turn in the day, and will definitely recommend and use them again (if needed) in the future!

Terrys towed my vehicle on a AAA call after responding to my call for car not starting. They were unable to get me started, but got me to a garage that was open on a Saturday, and waited with me until it was clear thats where I wanted to stay. Thanks, guys, for your professionalism and compassion for a out-of-state traveler. The garage was able to help me, and I made it home that night.

AAA sent Terry’s Towing to us when our Diesel Excursion had turbo problems while towing a car hauler full of furniture for our son who’s in the military. They came within an hour, so we were grateful not to be stranded too long.They were not equipped to tow the trailer but referred us to another towing company (who did not answer their phone or return voicemail even though they were supposed to be a 24 hour operation) . But Terry’s did get our Excursion to the location we needed it to go to and it was left in a safe condition. Thankfully we had a son-in-law who could come pick my husband up because the driver wouldn’t let him ride in the cab (due to Covid-19).

My truck was towed there after a wreck, and they said they could do the repairs in their body shop. After a week, I was told they were waiting on approval of the estimate. I gave my approval, insurance called and gave their approval. Two weeks after the accident, same thing: approval needed, and approvals given. Now they say that they do not do repairs there, and they only hold vehicles until taken to other shops. Over two weeks of getting the run-around so they can rack up storage fees. Highly discourage use of their services.

Cant say it was a pleasant way to meet. Icy roads but the guys did a great job.Ohio trooper called and there was confusion over payment for tow cost@$150 but was cleared up after talking to AAA.Everytime a law enforcement officer calls for a tow instead of allowing the person call, its a problem. But they insist🙄Pair of Oakley sunglasses came up missing but not sure which tow company is responsible since another came for the car from here after reporting to insurance.

Had my van towed multiple times and they showed up before AAA said they would. Drivers are professional and prompt. They risk their lives on the side of the road. They deserve raises. Keep up the good work !

Located my stolen car and then towed it there . So i had to pay 110.00 bucks to get it back. Next time people leave and let the police do there job and call me to come get it . The car was stolen because the police didnt do there job to begin with.

This place was so disorganized, dirty, and unprofessional. I had a vehicle towed there from the Mansfield police department. I was told I could meet the driver at the car and just pay a small fee, while I was about there they lied to me and said the police told them they had to impound the vehicle and I could not get it until the next day. I got ahold of the police department and they confirmed that they did not tell them that, and that it was strickly their choice.

My teen daughter broke down and the police called this towing company to tow her. She said the tow driver was extremely rude. She was trying to retrieve items from her car and he said she could take them out later? Not sure if he wanted her to climb on the back of the truck and retrieve them there or for her to walk 10 miles to the place where we having it repaired ? Just extremely rude.My husband arrived & paid for the tow. We have AAA but apparently the police did not want to wait and called this place! The AAA is in my name so in order to receive a refund we would need the receipt in my name. My husband called them to see if they could do this and they wouldnt help us out! We will push our car next time and wait for hours if need be not to deal with this company!

When I arrived. I had told them I wanted to have my car towed to another location by a third party company, I asked about the bill and the woman said (on camera) she insists that they would bill my insurance instead. However I later got a call saying they werent releasing the car due to unpaid bills. Bills they said they would bill my insurance. When I called to settle the bill they were defensive and dismissed when I repeated her words for verbatim. Avoid this service. They will say one thing and do something else.

Not sure the name of the driver, but he was awesome came out late on a Sunday night to tow a vehicle to the repair shop. Very friendly, and very courteous. Will defiantly recommend them in the future.

Car got towed there after an accident. Went to get things out of the car, some change was missing and stuff in glove box and center console was on the floor and seat. Looked like some kind of animal lived in it also.

Other towing companies said it would take 2 hours to get to me as I was stranded on the side of 71. Terry’s was there in 15 minutes. He just happened to be driving by and stopped and got me. And they were cheaper than the other companies.

Rescued me from a tire change gone bad but the driver used a large ballpien hammer to break the wheel free of the hub. This did massive cosmetic damage the inner edge of the wheel. Upon having new tires put on, since the the flat, the wheel was checked and thankfully no structural damage was done. I asked that he use the 4×4 that I handed off his truck, he tried one strike then commenced to do it his way. State Farm insurance will be not cover it or represent me, I am left to deal with the damages on my own. I will follow up once I meet with their management. Wish me luck!

Day Time Dispatcher Is Something Else! A Grumble Bear, Does Not Like To Talk To People Or Give Information. Never Got Any Service This Time Nor Any Real Reason Why! Once A Great Towing Service, But Can Not Say That Any Longer. Would Not Recommend Waisting Time With This Day Time Dispatcher, When You Could Be Contacting Some One Else That Actually Gives A Care.

My recommendation is not based off of service, it is currently based off of what I witnessed today (4/12/19). While driving home from work I had a flatbed driver of yours tailgating me while I was in the fast lane attempting to pass other cars. This driver rode my bumper until he was able to snake around me, and then yelled at me like I was slowing him down. As we went further down the road, I witnessed him doing this to several other vehicles, once getting so close to someone that he almost came to a complete stop. When he finally left 30 to get onto 71 south, he did so by cutting off cars heading westbound on 30. Your drivers should realize that they represent a brand and should drive that way, not like they own the road.

I rarely write reviews but they were amazing and quick! The gentleman was quick and super nice! I definitely will be using them again!

They were very polite and helpful. I had my vehicle dropped off late at night after an accident and they bent over backwards to accommodate me. They didnt try to charge me extra fees or swindle me into getting repairs I didnt need.

If you ever need a Tow in or near Mansfield, I highly recommend Terrys! My nephew broke down on I-71, three hours from home, on Superbowl Sunday, of all days. Of all the places we tried calling, only a few answered and those who did brushed us off, or were little to no help, until we called Terrys. The dispatcher was a delightful lady, who was very polite and extremely helpful. We had been told the driver would be 45 minutes to an hour to get to him, but got there quicker. We are extremely pleased with the care, kindness and service we received from Terrys.

They answered the phone right away and dispatched someone who was there quickly and worked fast and efficient. Great customer service. Highly recommend.

When the tow driver came to pick up my car, I told him I wanted to pay him first. He said that he would wait until he had the car on the truck. I thought that a little odd, but agreed. When he had my car on the truck and I handed him my credit card, he informed me that they dont take credit cards! So, I had no choice but to pay him with a check. The dispatcher should have told me that when she told me how much the tow would be. I can only guess about why they were so deceptive. I wont use them again.

Called AAA for an after-hours paid tire change @ 11pm(1-5-2019) AAA informed me Terrys towing would be at service location within an hour, call after 30 minutes and again after an hour and a half again 2 hours later. Terrys informed AAA that they had serviced my vehicle and changed the tire. Unfortunately, they never showed! (Way to go Terrys)!The rep was amazing, refunded me my money, ensured me Terrys wouldnt be compensated for their fraudulent claim and dispatched another company.I would NEVER recommend this company to ANYONE!

Worst towing company in the history of towing companies. Wont charge my battery numerous times over the years just do they can tow my vehicle to get more out of AAA. Now I bought a battery from them 3 years ago through AAA that went bad last week they were supposed to replace for free 3 times but they kept forgetting to bring the battery. Now they say there is nothing wrong with the battery and wont replace it. Ive had 2 tow companies and sears automotive say it has a dead cell. This company is nothing but a scam.

Were concerned with my situation. While they were heading out to tow me they stayed on the phone with me to make sure i was ok.

Worst tow service ever!! 1st off he told me if I wasnt broke down he couldnt help, well you got to be the stupidest person Ive ever met, if I need a tow truck OBVIOUSLY Im broke down! Terrys towing is a DISGRACE. Friday i got into a car accident and we called terrys towing. They picked my car up no problem. it was going to be taken to Craig Smith in galion a few days later, because my mother is the manager there. While my car was parked in their lot, one employee had used the key fob to steel the huge ported box with sub woofers, amp, and attempted to steal my stereo. Not only did they refuse to do anything about it, they were just rude. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS

Had to leave a 1 star. If I could I wouldn’t leave any stars. I called AAA at 4:55, was told they be 65 mins. I turned a timer on for 30mins to go off for me to start heading to the location of my vehicle.(note I live 10mins away from the site my car was at)Got a phone call at 5:18 stating they were 60 mins away. I was like weird, but okay! Left when my buzzer went off. On my way to the site, I get a call from AAA stating my truck was there but I wasn’t. I said to the lady, arent they suppose to call me and she said they did. I said, nope never got a call. And she’s like well you’ll have to cal out service again and request a new tow cause you wasn’t there. So I called AAA at 6, got a text at 6:07 saying my service be there I. 65mins. I waited at the location for 60mins and got a text saying they wouldn’t arrive till 7:59. I was pretty upset so I called Terry’s to ask them if this was accurate. The dispatcher went off on me and said it was my fault. She proceeded to tell me he waited 20mins when I know he didn’t cause I was half way there when he arrived and like I said, I lived 10mins away. She then told me she called me three times and I told the dispatcher I never received no a call, and she then flipped out on me,raising her voice at me. She legit made me cry I was so upset with how she treated me. The guy who came and got my car was nice but when he dropped it off at the site he left it half way in the road so I had to get my friends help me manually push it into a spot. Rudest company ever. I don’t recommend to anyone. AAA will be hearing a few choice words tomorrow on this company they provided me.

Broke down on state route 30 near Ontario Ohio. Very fast, the guy was there in less than 15 minutes towed us all the way back to Ashland for an affordable price. Recommend them for anyone.

AAA dispatched Terrys to come and fix my tire, the driver was rude, he asked to speak to my boyfriend about my car. To which I told him no. He questioned the address I gave him because he couldnt find it, then he told me that he had not put the address into the GPS. When he finally arrived, he showed up unprepared and did not have the correct tools on him to change my flat. He did not offer me a tow away either for the hassle. So he left without helping me, and I was stranded in the dark. Never again.

If you enjoy waiting around all day hoping that a towtruck will come, look no further. You found the place.These people are the most ridiculous towing company around. Made an appointment with them to tow my car to the scrap yard, they were supposed to show up at 1 pm. After 7 calls and 8 hours, i called them back one more time to see what was going on. They proceeded to tell me that they scheduled other tows and that they would come and get it tomorrow. I told them not to bother, im not going to waste another hour waiting on crackheads to get around to towing my vehicle.

I had my car towed here because I figure, if its AAA, then it should be decent, right? Wrong. When I came to check on the car, many of the workers were quite rude, and the place was..indescribable. They told me the fuel pump needed replaced, but could not tell my uncle, who came with me, how they came to that decision. We quickly had the car towed to a toyota dealership. It is NOT the fuel pump, its the ECM, which is covered under my warranty. I would not recommend this shop, and will be complaining to AAA. The only thing I can say is that the guy who towed my car (from the AAA place) was prompt and he, at least, was polite.

Ive used them for my business and for personal reasons. Theyre credit card machine was down every time and they wont offload your vehicle after its towed unless you pay them Cash. Something they neglect to tell you when they load your vehicle.

Called Terrys Towing for a tow at 3am as my car broke down at a fast food spot. Said it would be a hour or more and THEY NEVER SHOWED!! Called back and said it would be another hour!!
