This is the 2nd vehicle I have brought here. When I moved to Massachusetts I didnt have any idea of where to go for an inspection, So relying on my neighbours I went here. It is a small family own business which I choose to support more than big business chains that 2 inspections. You will find the people here super kind and friendly. I went there not in the best mental state as my father was in the hospital and the understanding I got was both human and sincere which is hard to find these days. Best place in the world to go For a vehicle inspection. Its really nice not having people try to upsell you things that you dont need. If I could give this place 10 stars I would.

I recently found out about Jims while looks for a local shop that does motorcycle inspections. Lucky for me, Jims is a 5 minute ride from my house. The guy at the counter was friendly, and informed me that the sticker he was going to give me would expire before riding season, but I needed it anyways because of a storage facility. It was very refreshing that he was nice enough to not want me to pay for something that wasnt necessary. I thanked him, and went along with the inspection. 5-10 minutes and I was on my way.There was a few chairs in the waiting area, as well as a bunch of magazines and a tv. Id say the waiting area was about average for a shop, but Id give them the extra credit for being friendly. There isnt enough of that going around these days.
